I got the jalapeño cheddar and that thing is glorious. A bit of a spicy kick to it but that makes it all the more addicting. Nothing more to be said, come here for delightful bagels in a nice eating area.

Starship didn't even come close. pop up isn't open yet. when i first heard the name brooklyn bagel, i was dubious; what if this was just a knockoff of the real deal in new york? i'm happy to say that these bagels are the closest to that big, fat, fluffy bagel we've grown to love. not that many sandwich options but i really enjoyed what they had. i've had the williamsburg and the flatbush and both are great and served warm and toasted. not a huge amount of flavored cream cheese options but the fact that they have choices is a huge plus. we went twice in a month and always buy extras to take home to enjoy later. can't wait for pop up to open, but this is a great addition to the dfw area without having to make the trek to new york. there are some tables inside to sit and eat, which is actually really similarly decorated to the actual brooklyn bagel in new york.

We got the mortadella burrata pistachio sandwich, morning bun, glazed croix, everything croix and a chocolate chip cookie. Everyone was super welcoming and helpful and sweet. It's a smaller place with like 4 tables but we ate our sandwich and coffees here and had the rest of the order for later to try at home. But it's a good grab and go or order ahead. They also sell baguettes and sour doughs loafs. *Sandwich: it was better than the one we had in Italy. It was soo delicate but flavorful *morning bun: flaky, cinnamon and sugar.. there's areas of it that are caramelized and has a nice chewiness to it. Worth it. * everything Croix: if you like everything bagel seasoning you'll love. I'd choose the is over a bagel. *pastrami croix: yum! It's a fun take on a pastrami sandwich. I really liked this, I love pastrami and sauerkraut so it was right up my alley *glazed croix: I loved this! My husband thought it was too sweet for his liking but it's like a cronut but better. The croissant is still super buttery and flaky. I will say, you can't eat it pretty lol it's a messy one but I love it * chocolate chip cookie: it was good, I am a thinner cookie person but overall it was good!

The interior isn't big but there are 4 small tables for seating and a bench for waiting. They have sweet and savory morning baked goods - croissants "croix", daily made sourdough flavors, sandwiches, and coffee. The service was great - the cashier was super helpful and gave good honest recommendations. I got a sandwich (mortadella, burrata, pistachio), 3 croix's (strawberry and cream, everything, and pistachio), and a black cold brew. Food came out in about 10 mins (about the time it took to write this review and take a couple pics). Food was really good - bread was super crunchy and everything was very flavorful. Not gonna go in detail. Try it yourself. I promise it's worth waking up at 7am and driving out here! Note - while I didn't get any, I did notice that the sourdough is premade and you get it instantly.

What a charming find!…read more I stopped by The London Baker for the first time and immediately fell in love with the atmosphere. The space is absolutely beautiful, warm, and inviting. It feels like a little slice of London right here in North Texas. We tried a variety of pastries, a cake pop, and a London Fog tea. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The London Fog tea was especially delicious and made the experience feel even more special. What really stood out to me was the space itself. It's the kind of place where you can easily spend an afternoon catching up with friends. It would be perfect for a girls' day out, high tea, birthday celebration, baby shower, bridal shower, or bachelorette gathering. Every corner is thoughtfully designed and feels elegant without being stuffy. I can also see why they're so well known for their custom cakes. The displays alone are impressive, and after seeing everything in person, I would definitely consider ordering a cake here for a future special occasion. Whether you're stopping in for tea and pastries or planning a celebration, The London Baker is absolutely worth a visit. We'll definitely be back to try more from the menu.

They also have some amazing afternoon teas, if you're lucky enough to catch them. Things I would change: 1) I would love if they served breakfast until noon, rather than 11am. I'm a late sleeper on the weekends. 2) the afternoon teas are so phenomenal they should be more frequent. 2 weekends a month would be awesome, with specialty teas (e.g., Harry Potter, Mother's Day, etc) built into the schedule. Overall,
