So yes, I patronize a lot of drive thru's and Starbucks did not consider weather conditions in Florida at this site. The ordering area does not have an overpass and it rains daily in Florida in the summer. Yes the paying area is covered but you still get wet when it rains so not sure if it was designed well. The staff are covered well and don't seem to see that your car inside gets soaked while you wait for them to hand you your food because they are multitasking or talking to co workers... read more

At last! A drive-thru Starbucks near me! I've seen this place throughout it's various stages of being built, and I learned it just opened on Friday. (Perhaps to little fanfare -- it's not even listed on Starbucks' website yet!) I had to drive thru and see what the service was like. I'm happy to report that this location is excellent! I normally frequent the Powerline and Palmetto Park Rd location, but the parking situation there kind of sucks. It's hard to just pull in, grab a drink, and leave (not to mention, if you go around rush-hour, good luck trying to get onto Powerline, yikes.) There is a Starbucks in the SuperTarget in the same shopping center, but this will definitely be my go-to Starbucks from now on! I like this place because it's close to my work but one thing that disappoints me is every time I order a drink on the app and when I come pick up they always missed my drink even though I always pay extra money for extra caramel and vanilla sweet cream foam but in the end they still didn't make it . and one more thing is the staff here they make the drinks too pale compared to other places read more

I frequent this Starbucks because it it across the street from my house. I usually do mobile order to go when I leave my house and when I arrive in 5 minutes it's ready and waiting for me. What a great experience! This location has a drive through and that line usually wraps around the parking lot and can take 15 minutes, I advise downloading the app and ordering to go. read more

This Starbucks is a hit or miss on quality! They are always friendly and it takes maybe 7 minutes in line on a long day! The problem is they get the order wrong more times that not! Today, I ordered my drink and my mom got a light and sweet coffee. 3 sugars and extra cream! When she finally takes a taste, there is no cream! $3 cup of coffee that she couldn't drink! Very quick and accurate most of the time. It does get a bit chaotic when they get really busy. Regardless, the barista's do very well at keeping it together. I'm always impressed on how well they handle the pressure and do it with a smile. Always worth the wait. read more

I received a gift card, so I went in one afternoon for lunch, ordered an iced coffee and a chicken & bacon sandwich, and paid. The lady comes to the counter, said they were out of sausage, so they could make me a bacon sandwich on a croissant instead. I said I ordered a chicken and bacon sandwich, and she said they didn't have that either. I had already paid off the gift card, so I said OK. Then another lady calls the wrong name and lays an egg sandwich on some biscuit-looking thing on the counter. The first lady comes back and says that's mine. I ask for a refund, and the lady still swears I ordered a sausage sandwich. Then, when doing the refund, she had the nerve to charge me for the useless coffee in a drink-in cup. Recall that I came in for LUNCH. Coffee on an empty stomach, not so much, no. So, no, I will never return. read more

Finally a Starbucks in deerfield! Too bad I've tried to order food twice here and they're conveniently out of things. I've never been to a Starbucks that has run out of food not once but twice because, "we get really busy with food orders and stuff in the morning." So perhaps management may want to assess their ordering to meet their apparently high demand. I just find it interesting...I've been to Starbucks locations in some of the busiest cities in the country and have not come across that issue once, let alone twice. I attended the grand opening some years ago of this location. None of the staff remain and the level of service has continuously deteriorated. This morning I called my order in in advance was placed on hold and then TJ said they were in high volume but it should be done. I waited 10 minutesfor my traveller and had to ask for cups and they forgot the stir sticks. This is the 2nd time I've experienced a poor attitude and delays at this location in a very short period of time. This store can use an attitude adjustment and a refresher in customer service. read more

Make sure to check your drink if your going to use the drive thru! I go to this location because it's right by my job but literally every time I order through the drive thru they mess up my order. It's very inconvenient to have to get out of the car on my lunch break and have them remake my drink. I order the sweetened green tea lemonade, really not that complicated. The staff is super hit or miss here. Some days you get the extremely helpful barista that you want to ask to hang out; and then other days you get the miserable I hate life and everyone around me barista.... Terrible location. BAD first impression. Mr. Schultz needs to crack down on his executive management, who needs to crack down on their regionals, who need to crack down on their store managers. I normally would give 4 stars but today was the last straw. Not sure what happened to this location but when I ordered two ice coffees from drive thru and got home both were filled at the top with dish soap. Now I'm sure this was on accident and they didn't clean the soap out of whatever they made the coffee in, but unfortunately I tasted it and got sick immediately after. I will not go back to this location again as this is the third time in a row I have had a bad experience. The employees changed and this has poorly effected their performance. read more

This is my go to Starbucks, usually the staff is really nice and amiable and always greet you with a smile on their faces. They had never gotten my order wrong until today. This review isn't about my order being a wrong because I can understand a mistake but on this particular occasion when I brought it to the cashiers attention that I had ordered and paid for a venti and was given a grande she made it very clear that she was visibly annoyed. I even felt bad saying that it was the wrong size cause I knew they were busy and continuously said sorry but when the cashier gave me my correct drink back it had very little ice so the drink wasn't cold at all and just handed me the drink visibly annoyed and didn't say a word. I don't expect them to treat me a certain why just because they messed up but I would've appreciated a "Im sorry about that" or "have a great day" but nothing, she rolled her eyes as I said I'm sorry once again and left the window. I hate feeling like I'm bothering them when that is there job at the end of the day. I hope they take this as constructive criticism and learn that we as the paying costumers shouldn't be treated like they're doing us a favor. read more

Love this location, I drive out of my way to come here and study. Lots of seating, lobby is never too loud. They keep the place clean, stocked, and get to know you. Never had a drink made wrong so far, and I've been coming here a few months now. Here's a tip; if you're in a hurry, DON'T go through the drive thru during peak hours, common sense! Lots of parking, people complaining are just lazy. This is located inside a huge plaza. The walk won't kill you people. read more

Everyone has to realize that this is just coffee, your day will go on and you will live. Enough with the first world problems these people work their butts off and if you are nice to them they are nice back. Don't be a jerk and expect to be treated like a king or queen. Best Starbucks I've ever been to, at least the baristas aren't too snobby or too stuck up to talk to you. Of course there are young people working there and I love it! If they laugh or actually look like they are enjoying themselves at work good for them! Just because other people don't enjoy their jobs doesn't mean they don't have to. I stopped by this Starbucks twice today and was thoroughly disappointed in the service with the exception of Gabby who was the only attentive and service focused person working. Both times I was amazed at the way the staff basically ignored those of us standing at the counter waiting to place an order. The team here is so focused on their own conversations that they fail to even realize they are ignoring you. The second time I visited today there were eight people behind the counter yet no one could even acknowledge me and the one other person standing at the counter. The manager was even oblivious to our presence. When I was finally served, the young woman who took my order and payment turned her back on me and thanked me as she was walking away. Genuine disinterest in her job and me as a customer. I'm a regular Starbucks patron and this is by far the worst experience I have ever had in one. read more
