Well, where do I begin? The rudest staff and worst customer service ever (by the females that work there - not sure if they are managers or what- there is one really nice guy there though feel sorry for him). Place is dirty (napkins empty, counters by napkins always dirty) Had a terrible experience several months ago with a newer female manager who made my drink wrong but insisted that it was the way the drink was supposed to be made. I nicely said I've ordered this same drink for the past couple years and it was never this empty, never once. It was an $8 drink and when I said it's normally a bit fuller idk if it normally has more milk or ice or something? (it was literally only to the bottom line of the cup!) she rudely said "well THIS is how it's supposed to be made!! So if it's not like this then MY workers are doing it wrong and I'm going to have to have a talk with them!!!" I asked if I could have a little more milk at a least and she said "nope the best I can do and I really even shouldn't to this would be to add a little more ice" So I said that's it. Not going here again. And I didn't for over 6 months Was out shopping the other day and needed some caffeine. I decided to give it a try again. Same woman was working in there different barista made my drink.. this was my $8 drink (pic) used stars for the cold foam. It was literally only up to the second line! I asked politely if I could get a little more ice (knowing they'd never give me milk) and she scoffed and threw some ice in. This time sealed the deal for me. Never ever will I spend another penny there. I hear they are super great at the Sussex location.

The service was extremely fast. I ordered and got my cold brew within a minute. It was just what I needed and the vibes were high energy.

Food was good, but presented as meh. Drinks and the rest of the experience was fine to us.

Avoid this Starbucks unless you enjoy rude and condescending workers.

I love Starbucks but there was no soap in the women's bathroom and there were two flies in the pastry case.

I would come back and try the coffee drinks sometime because they did look really cool. Lots of fun options on the menu. TBH not a fan of the decor - I know the theme is "blue collar" and they were going for a steel shop vibe but the cafe is pretty dark and feels smaller than it is because of the scrap metal on the walls. Wouldn't be somewhere I'd sit and study but fine for grab and go for me. Maybe I'm just a boomer but I liked the way it was decorated when it was Milwaukee Street Traders and miss how cozy and light it was then. I did LOVE the pay it forward wall. So sweet to encourage kindness in the community and to leave tickets for people to redeem a free drink when they're having a bad day/a nurse/a best friend/etc. Overall, I'd recommend this spot if you're coming to grab something quick but would not recommend the matcha. :)

I've increasingly become such a fan of this spot…read more The coffee menu is fun and varied and the drinks are delightful. The bites are lovely--if you know what to order. I think in my last review I had gotten the egg and cheese breakfast sandwich on a plain bagel and mentioned it was pretty basic (your order was pretty basic, you may have shouted at the screen--you're not wrong, gentle reader). Since then I've grown, I've taken responsibility for my uninspired ordering and can now confidently say--they have some of the best coffee shop breakfast bites around. What should you order? Their strawberry avocado toast. Strawberries on avocado? I'm unsure, you may be muttering. Please do yourself a favor, stop muttering, and just order the dang toast. It's goat cheese sprinkled, balsamic reduction drizzled, and quite simply some of the best avocado toast I've had the pleasure of consuming. What else? The baked oatmeal with berries. Warm, comforting, and adorned with fresh berries--it's the stuff winter dreams are made of. I love during the holidays they have some fun holiday lattes (s/o to the jingle bells latte) and I've also recently ordered and enjoyed their tangerine mocha (citrus-y delight!). The service is always above-and-beyond lovely. And, dining/seating area is clean and comfortable. Get to it!

We were thrilled with the familiarity but also with the newness of the menu. As it was far too hot to eat al fresco, we were given a table on the first floor near the window. We had 5:00 reservations and were seated immediately. Our server, Mason, was fun and efficient, but he also had to cover the bar so he was running. A few more staff would have been helpful as the tables filled up, and by 6:15, people were waiting outside to get a table. The age group of diners is varied, and everyone seemed to be very satisfied. We ordered the Bruschetta and the Salmon with Lemon Risotto, both of them prepared very well. The food tasted very fresh, and the presentation was lovely. I also ordered the Bolognese because I love a good dish of it. This one did not disappoint. However, the meat pieces were small pea-sized bits of beef, which tasted good, but looked a bit odd. I would like to know why, but I was too busy enjoying the dish. It is my birthday and so I was offered either a free cocktail or a dessert. I love a good treat so the flourless cake was my choice. It was a very nice birthday present. I really look forward to our next visit. The menu has lots of options I want to try.

Well, I do think it's worth mentioning they were top notch until the end and I hear there's a new chapter (possibly different, but with some of the same people involved) on the horizon. So, if when the new chapter arrives for the building where Belfre Kitchen thrived for so long, you wonder what came before and do these folks know what they're doing? They do. Belfre served up delicious food in a chic, warm, and welcoming atmosphere by servers who were kind and caring. Until we meet again, Belfre!

It's an interesting place, but hard to put into a specific category. It offers hot beverages, breakfast sandwiches, bagels, oatmeal, etc. -- and then they also have ice cream. When I walked in, I was a bit unsure about the layout and seating. In the first area, there are a couple of tables. There are lots of things going on in this space, and it feels a bit cramped and chaotic. The order counter is here, along with a small kitchen. Beyond this space, you'll find a much larger seating area with tables for different-sized groups. I'm not a design expert, but this area also felt a bit chaotic. I didn't sense any overarching design. For me, it didn't have the relaxing, chill vibe I look for in a coffee shop or café. Got a super friendly greeting and service. Ordered a couple of tea lattes -- one Chai, and the other a London Fog (little lavender, little vanilla, extra foam). Both were made in mugs, served at the right temperature, with great flavor. Got a couple of the scones, and those were just "okay." They were dry (which a scone should be), but they leaned more muffin-like than shortbread-like. Overall, the visit was a mixed bag -- not bad, but not a place I'm likely to return to.

The Mocha had good flavor, and the right amount of chocolate (sometimes they can taste more like hot chocolate). They warmed up the cake and it was absolutely delicous. It was a good portion, with more than enough to share. My friend got the oatmeal, and that was also amazingly good. The bowl was brimming with oats and all the optional toppings. You like walnuts? There were enough in that one bowl to make a cake! Everything was delicious. My one criticism was that they do not have mugs for the hot beverages. Just not a fan of sitting down for a inside coffeeshop experience with a paper cup. Service: The people helping us out were both super friendly. Explained the different menu choices. They offer gluten "friendly" bakery, and let us know that they try hard to contain any cross contamination.. I don't have a gluten issue, but that was good to know. Gave great service for our entire stay. Atmosphere: The place is nicely designed. Plenty of natural light through the front and side windows. The seating is arranged for different size groups, and it was easy to have a quiet conversation. The design is simple, casual, and very open. It was a relaxing space. Would definitely come back again.
