I've increasingly become such a fan of this spot. The coffee menu is fun and varied and the drinks are delightful. The bites are lovely--if you know what to order. I think in my last review I had gotten the egg and cheese breakfast sandwich on a plain bagel and mentioned it was pretty basic (your order was pretty basic, you may have shouted at the screen--you're not wrong, gentle reader). Since then I've grown, I've taken responsibility for my uninspired ordering and can now confidently say--they have some of the best coffee shop breakfast bites around. What should you order? Their strawberry avocado toast. Strawberries on avocado? I'm unsure, you may be muttering. Please do yourself a favor, stop muttering, and just order the dang toast. It's goat cheese sprinkled, balsamic reduction drizzled, and quite simply some of the best avocado toast I've had the pleasure of consuming. What else? The baked oatmeal with berries. Warm, comforting, and adorned with fresh berries--it's the stuff winter dreams are made of. I love during the holidays they have some fun holiday lattes (s/o to the jingle bells latte) and I've also recently ordered and enjoyed their tangerine mocha (citrus-y delight!). This was my second time here. I came with a friend for a hot beverage and a piece of bakery, and it was just as good as the first visit. Inclusion, as the name implies, employs individuals who are neurodiverse. It's a terrific mission, and the people working there make it all happen in a very authentic way. Kudos! The café is on the end of a small strip mall. There's outdoor patio seating with tables for small groups. Inside, it's a spacious setting with plenty of seating at counters or small tables, and lots of light from the big front windows. The vibe is rustic chic. We got a cheerful greeting from the cashier. I ordered my very favorite drink, a London Fog Tea Latte (little lavender, little vanilla, extra foam) in a mug, along with a warmed-up Heath Scone. My friend ordered the coffee cake muffin and a Chai Latte. Everything was excellent. My London Fog even had lots of microbubbles -- perfect. One curious thing: they made my London Fog in a paper cup, then gave me a mug with it. It was easy enough to pour from the cup into the mug (and I was careful not to deflate the wonderful foam), but I wondered why they did it that way. I had to go here to try the coffee flight!! You cannot mix and match as you please - you have to get their specific options that they have listed for the flight. It's always 4 of the seasonal drinks. There was 1 I wasn't super excited to try, but you can't swap. It turned out okay, because I ended up liking that one (as well as the other 3!). It was nice to be able to sample different flavors for my first visit here. The flight is definitely shareable IMO, decent sized glasses! I'll be back to try other coffees, and I want to try some food - especially the bagel sandwiches. read more

This is place with a great mission that me and my family are happy to support. It's great! Sadly, our lady cashier was not pleasant all when taking our order. As first timers, it took some time to figure out what we wanted. Then we asked for our receipt and never got it. We ended up needing it as an item in our order was missing. Breakfast was delicious but, unfortunately, it didn't agree with me. The quality of the food is great and tasty, so I hope no one else experiences this. Maybe I had too many apples in my breakfast? What a wonderful cafe - the coffee is very good (well roasted, variety of options), the food is hearty (try the avocado toast!), and the mission is good. A friend suggested the spot for a meet up, and even though it was a busy Saturday morning we were still able to find a high top seat, and didn't have to wait long for our drinks. This was my first time visiting Inclusion Coffee Company and I am beyond impressed. I'm usually pretty picky about coffee shops, but this one might be one of my new favorites. I ordered an iced chai latte with almond milk (my go-to at all coffee shops) and it was probably the best I'd ever had. It had just the right amount of sweetness blended perfectly with the chai spices. The cardamom taste really came through, which was wonderful considering how many chai lattes tend to taste more like nutmeg or even cinnamon. I also ordered a slice of banana bread, which was delicious. The banana flavor wasn't overwhelming and the bread was fluffy, moist, and cinnamon-y. The employees here were incredibly friendly and efficient. It only took a couple minutes for my drink to be prepared. Matt, the barista, was so nice and funny. There is plenty of seating both inside and outside. It can get a little hot out on the patio, so an umbrella or two might be a nice touch. It's also very easy to find parking. There are a few spots right by the main entrance, and there is a huge lot right in front of the coffee shop that is shared with a grocery store. Inclusion Coffee Company has a very modern, yet cozy feel. All of the tables and countertops were very clean and the bathrooms were well maintained. I'd highly recommend stopping by Inclusion Coffee Company if you're in the area. They have a fairly large menu, so you shouldn't have any problem finding something to eat and drink. read more
