Stopped here today around 11 am. As always the place was busy, but the line was moving fast. I ordered a spinach, feta, and egg white wrap, and a hot green tea, and paid for both. When I went to the side area to wait for my items, I was promptly handed my green tea by a young man named Brion. He noticed after 3 minutes that I was still waiting for something, and politely asked me, "Michelle, did you have another order coming?" I replied that yes, I was waiting for my spinach, feta, & egg white wrap. Brion informed me that they were actually out of those wraps, and he apologized, and stated that someone should have told me. He asked if there was anything else I'd like instead. I picked another item, he made it quickly, and handed it to me. He very professionally and quietly told the gal that rang my order in that she forgot to tell me they were out of the wraps. That gal (light brown hair, glasses, ponytail) turned to the older woman staff member behind her and said, "that was your fault". In my opinion it wasn't the elder lady's fault- the gal taking my order should have been aware of what they were out of. The older staff member didn't seem too miffed and just kinda shrugged. Although this didn't really leave a bad taste in my mouth (I frequent this Starbucks often and there is a very happy vibe there), I just think the gal up front shouldn't have blamed the girl behind her, loud enough for other customers to hear. Not a biggie, but something to be aware of. Kudos to Brion for being so efficient on his end. read more

Friendly staff. Drive thru very popular. A bit noisy by design. Not comfortable seating. Blond cougar with showy boobs staring at me. Must be desperate. Plenty of parking once you learn the traffic pattern. Sorry about the cougar, I couldn't resist. read more

This Starbucks the customer service is okay. the cashier at the drive through .he is always very kind is not his fault that this store doesn't have food and this is why is getting two stars but it should get zero because they never have anything like every time I come they never have the sausage egg and cheese sandwich and sometimes other stuff like if you know it gets busy order extra stuff so that you have in stock . Never had someone here have even the slightest hint of a good attitude. They are rude and mean, and mess up my order almost every time. Even on my birthday I just asked a simple question about the Starbucks app, and the guy got annoyed that I was asking a question and wouldn't help me. Today I ordered a simple bagel through the app with cream cheese and they didn't even put the cream cheese in, even though I HAVE TO PAY EXTRA FOR IT. Ridiculous. The employees are ALWAYS super sweet and bubbly. I've been coming for months and months and I have never been disappointed. I come here everyday (if not twice a day) and i can always count on getting exactly what I ordered, super fast & just the way I like it. The staff does a great job juggling a ton of orders, different customers & their personalities. No matter what, when I walk in the employees ALWAYS maintain a positive friendly atmosphere. I find this Starbucks to have the slowest service of all the other locations I've been to. The drive-through is just insane. I thought I would experiment and twice went inside to order. Before I did I paid attention to the car I would have been behind had I gone through the drive-through. Both times there was no time saving. And both times while observing the employees they sure didn't bust their as**s to serve their customers. If only there was another drive-through that was close to home. My neighborhood Starbucks so I figured I could show some love. Since they've been here I've always been taken care of. Service has always been quick, efficient and so pleasant. Fiancée and I ordered two breakfast sandwiches (one turkey bacon the other double smoked bacon sandwich) and a hot coffee. Register employee struggled to place order and manager helped her, no biggie there. Did confirm correct order. Got coffee from manager right away. Told us food would be further down and would call name once ready. Waited patiently for 10 minutes but noticed others ordering and leaving w food so I approached and asked and they were like oooooh my bad and handed me my bag which was just sitting there getting cold. Highly annoying and lady was smug giving it to me. Left and started driving and realized they gave us the wrong food order. What a horribly run smug outfit at this location. I don't normally do this, but here I am sitting in my car in the parking lot of the Starbucks. I have my coffee. It's wonderful. You want to know what else I have a great mood for a great day. All because Justin, the guy on shift between 2-3pm today, had a pleasant conversation with. You rarely find social interaction with everything going on. It truly made my day. Online orders are never out on time. While waiting for my order they were serving food to their staff on break. I mentioned my complaint to the supervisor and her only feedback is that they had other orders. I counted and they had 4 People and 1 of those 4 was inside ordering. Are you kidding me?! read more

Drive thru ; Rude staff. I asked them Nicely to stir my coffee because on the bottom is thicker and they refuse it all the time. Also they do t have the right cups with straw. They giving you the drink without straw and when you ask they have an attitude. Often they just handing you the drink with overspilled coffee on the cup. I stop by this location every morning on my way to work. It is located within my neighborhood so I can't avoid going... until now. Coffee has been inconsistent for the past week (tastes as if it had been burned). I tried giving it a chance, which is why I continued to go after my first 5 negative experiences. When a customer is a regular at a Starbucks location and is not satisfied with their order, they are usually given a replacement free of charge, that was not the case here. There are no other locations near me (I live in Tuscany) so I guess I won't be having my daily coffee from Starbucks on my way to work. read more

Oh man...literally walked to door at 8:30 on the dot to grab a coffee for my wife as dessert for her birthday. Got told they were close. No one behind us could have easily let us in. Best practice to always open and close your doors 5 min early and late. Just know the times seem to be off as they close at 8:30 and looks like old times on yelp. Frequent customer shared this happens all the time where customers get turned away on the dot. read more

Horrible service here, I ordered a Grande Latte with light ice, they gave me a Latte with tons of milk and tons of ice. When I asked if they could do something about it, they just poured half a cup down the drain. The wifi was dead slow even though there were only five people. Such a nasty experience. When I usually go to a Starbucks I'm elated by the friendliness of the staff and outstanding customer service overall, however this Starbucks isn't like that. The baristas are like any other drive through worker, a simple hello to greet you, input your order, repeat it and then give you your total. They don't seem too happy to see you once you're at the window (and don't care about giving the impression that you're just another ticket number) then when your drink arrives they hand it to you and if you ordered food they don't let you know that it's on the way as well. They just assume you won't drive off accidentally. Oh, and when they finally give you the food, they don't ever give any napkins. I don't even think they said have a nice day or anything like that the last two times I was there. I only continue to go here because it's the closest drive thru to my house. But I'm really disappointed in this Starbucks because it's not a typical Starbucks experience. They also have a new camera set up when you order and it's really uncomfortable to be watched while you're ordering a venti latte in your car. (Rant over) read more
