The employee who greeted me and gave me my drink, Lea, was fantastic! She was so friendly and professional. She even quickly made me a pup cup to go with my mobile order. I felt good after this interaction. However, I was disappointed by the lukewarm warm mocha latte I got. I have had this drink many times in the past and I could tell the espresso wasn't made fresh, the milk wasn't steamed, or the drink was made earlier than my order. This hasn't been the first time the drinks weren't great. When I went in person in December, it took 20 minutes to get a basic latte in the store; this is why I recommend the drive thru. There is plenty of small tables inside but if you need an electric outlet, your options are limited. I went here the first time the other night because I was out and about and they were pretty much the only place open. The staff wasn't entirely nice. I don't expect staff to go out of their way to talk to me or get to know me but you can tell when someone doesn't want to be at their job and are very negative and yeah this girl just had attitude. The drinks weren't especially prepared all that great and I just got stuff off the menu, nothing fancy. I do like that they extended their drive through however it is still extremely tight and coming at night from the dark parking lot a hard to see. I definitely will not stop here if I'm in town again. The crew here is what makes this place what it is. No matter how busy, and usually they get a line from 7:45am and on, no matter the weather, the team here are always very accommodating and nice. Case in point, salted caramel mocha is a seasonal item. Unfortunately I'm addicted to this drink ever since my lips touched the cup that held this magical unicorn tears of a drink. I came in today and asked if they can make it, they told me they didn't have the sea salt because it's a seasonal item,but would try to replicate it. I've become a regular at this Starbucks as I am from early afternoon all the way to close, to be in a calm, casual yet lively environment while I study for school. As I observe the operations at this Starbucks I notice the kids here (mostly high school/college age but some older folk too) are doing a very fine job at keeping up with the high demand. They are consistently patient and polite with even the most confused/impatient customers. I notice they clean the bathrooms seemingly every couple hours which, in some food businesses, consider yourself blessed if they do it once a day. The shop had wifi issues once which I brought to a young man's attention (manager? Not sure) and he graciously came over and put on his IT hat while it was decently busy and tended to my needs. He called the provider and requested their assistance promptly. It was nice to know they cared. All in all, good set of employees and shouldn't be penalized for having a giant drive thru line... you're in warm car, can't bother to park, and complaining about the drive thru lol. If the wait bothers you that much, try ordering ahead of time. They can only make drinks so fast. read more

I have been to Starbucks time after time and my time at this Starbucks location has been the worst ever. First, the drive thru barista got my order wrong. I asked for a iced grande in a venti white chocolate mocha and she made a hot white chocolate mocha. This is not the issue, people make mistakes and that's fine. But after I tell her that it was supposed to be a iced coffee she starts to argue but stops herself and says "ok". She proceeds to got inside and tell her fellow employees to fix the drink, but through the window I can see her talking about me and making faces. As I watch the barista making my new drink, she literally pours the hot coffee into an iced coffee cup and adds ice. The drive thru barista then hands me the drink but it is barely 3/4 full. I tell her that I wanted extra milk and she tells me that because it's a grande in a venti that she can't add more milk. As I said I come to Starbucks all the time, and order this drink almost every time without a problem. She then asks if I wanted to speak to the manger, who is also the woman who made the drink. She then hands over the drink with this look on her face that says, "she's your problem now". The manager comes over and tells me that it has the same amount of milk a venti would and that the amount of espresso is constant. But it is 3/4 full. I proceed to tell her that a grande and venti is not defined by how much milk is put in, but the amount of espresso. She then tells me that I'm wrong and that I don't know how it works. I am furious now and take the drink to not hold up the line. The drink ends up not tasting like I prefer it to because the extra milk was not added. This Starbucks needs to retrain their stuck up baristas. Edit: after getting home I called Starbucks customer service and they told me that my knowledge was correct and the baristas, and manager, were wrong. This summer I spent a lot of time at this Starbucks with my sister. I loved the drive thru staff. Recently, I've been going and I haven't been satisfied with the customer service. I went to Starbucks twice today. This morning the man at the window barely recognized me and just put his hand out for my money. I order the same drink each time and I don't find the drink that I order to be that difficult to understand/make (green tea lemonade no classic syrup). This is the slowest Starbucks known to man. You can fly to Guatemala, pick the beans, roast them, grind them, and brew your own coffee faster than sitting in the drive thru. Seriously, 9 times out of 10, it's better to park and walk in. You'll be finished faster than the last car that was in line when you got there. Every time I go to this Starbucks it is absolutely packed! I've worked in the service industry before and it is not always easy to keep a positive attitude when you are busy and working under pressure. The staff here is amazing. The drive-thru is so long, so I often park and go in. Two stars because the bar never has milk (skim or whole) and if you need some you have to ask the Baristas who subtly let you know they don't like you asking for milk in your coffee as it gives them extra work.
