This Starbucks inside of Target was insanely unprofessional from the moment I stepped in line (which took about 15 min) I also drove 28 miles to this Starbucks because yesterday the young ladies were super sweet and made my drink to perfection, today however that was NOT the case. These two staff members I believe Jack or Zack was his name and an older lady at the register were just trash talking their staff and complaining like they really don't like their which is evident. But then it comes to the time to grab my $13 drink. It's completely wrong I can tell when I look at it just based off the color AND the fact I asked for extra Carmel lining the cup, he looked at me and said oh my bad want me to just give you a cup and I can put Carmel in it and you can dumb that one in it? I'm like no bro I literally just paid for my drink with what is it like $2.50 for protein cold foam I want that on the top of my drink. So his solution after looking super irritated with me was to dump the drink into a new cup with the smallest amount of Carmel. And idk if he even put any cold foam on it. I'm visiting from out of town so I will never be here again but I thought it should be noted that this person who appeared to maybe be a lead or manager was unprofessional AF AND what he did with my drink instead of remaking it was wild to me. read more

Been here many times, both as walk in and as drive thru. And yes even during holiday seasons when the holiday season flavors are at a high request. I've never had such poor service here before. What a bummer. I asked if maybe they accidentally missed it. When I checked the tag on the cup I noticed the girl entered the drink order incorrectly. Honest mistake. No big deal. I told the person behind the counter. She was a heavy set woman with blue hair. She seemed annoyed at me and I said, ' so sorry.' Although I didn't do anything wrong. She responded with a sigh and "that's okay." I thought that was odd as it was an error on the employees part but I shrugged it off. She had an attitude handing me the drink. I'm not clear what the problem was. Her employee entered it in wrong. No big deal at the time. But the attitude and faces she made were not necessary. She took her time making it again. Worst Starbucks of them all. Same issues that most of them have. A bunch of kids are having a good time instead of getting my drink right. Iced coffee with soy versus one with extra soy? Forget about it, you'll never get it the same. Switched to vanilla cold brew for some consistency, nope. For example, today, the girl slamming drinks together filled my cold brew all the way to the top, barely putting any sweet cream, and then it gets handed to me, dripping all over the place. Then they have the nerve to ask for a tip? Here's a tip: GET MY DRINK RIGHT! I was priced at the speaker 21.00 and when I got to the window the price went up to 26.00. I arrived about 30 minutes before their posted closing time, only to find the doors locked. There was no sign or notice explaining the early closure, and staff inside just stared, laughed and ignored when I tried to ask what was going on through the glass. If the hours have changed, they should be updated online and clearly posted. If this was just a one-time thing, some kind of communication would've gone a long way. Which it wasn't, because this isn't the first time I arrive here 30 to 40 minutes before closing and they've already locked the doors. It's frustrating to go out of your way for a place and be turned away without explanation -- especially when it's well within their listed business hours. We couldn't even go through the drive thru because the delivery truck (semi) was blocking the entire drive thru. This kind of lack of reliability makes it hard to want to come back. I don't write reviews but this time I can't but to write how bad it went with an employee named Hannah. I walked into the store because the door was open. As soon as I entered without saying a single word an employee named Hannah started screaming at me to get out, in the rudest way possible. She even told me to "get out of my f***ing store." Absolutely unacceptable, disgusting behavior. All she had to do was politely say they were closed and I would've left. Instead, she went straight to hostility and rudeness for nothing. If she can't speak to customers with basic respect, she shouldn't be working here. Yelp moderators removed my previous recent review of this location - and who knows how many by others - so now both Starbucks and Yelp only get 1 star (for their "cancel culture"). This particular Starbucks recently reopened - after an interior remodel - resulting in lots of unused empty space. Most of the people who come here STILL prefer the drive thru - despite the often LONG SLOW line. Fewer people than before even seem to want to go or stay inside. Service here is very poor. While I was there, waiting for my order, one guy loudly said that they had the worst service anywhere and that he wanted his order cancelled and credit card refunded. They no longer ask anyone's name nor call out orders ready. I had to ask if one of the bags left laying on the counter was mine (one of them was) and also for a receipt. I am an avid Starbucks drinker and literally spend all my money here. I rarely ever come to this location but wow. I picked up a mobile order today & got cold foam so essentially i am Always given a nitro lid but this time i didn't. I kindly walked over to the bar and a man named LEO was directly in front of me. I politely said "excuse me" and he didn't respond. I figured maybe he can't hear me , i said "excuse me" a little bit louder and at this point i can tell he was ignoring me. Then i got when louder and said "Excuse me" he looked up at me *finally* and i said "may i please have a nitro lid" and he gave it to me and i proceeded to apologize to him for bothering him today. I am in awe with this kind of customer service. I was nothing but nice and i don't understand how these employees can continue with this kind of attitude. I understand there is really annoying customers but i was not. I was polite and don't know another way to proceed with a request if all they are going to do is get upset we talk to them. Do better with your employees, Starbucks. Definitely not okay! I was 110% being ignored on purpose and all i had was a simple request. If they prefer not to be bothered then maybe they need to leave out cups, Lids, straws, napkins, hot sauce and all the other things people request so they don't have to deal with talking to people. First, this lady with short blond hair and a tattoo on her ankle was being super rude to these ladies who were struggling to speak english trying to order their drinks. The barista was being super rude and didn't even bother to understand their order. Second, she made my java chip frap and I usually order extra chocolate drizzle for that sweet chocolate flavor. Rude and slow! I ordered a bfast sandwich, a cold brew, and a dragon fruit drink. The cold brew (the easiest drink to make) was the last thing to come out and I had to ask for it. The barista was very snippy when I asked when it would be ready. There are plenty of other starbs in the area. According to my experience and the reviews, just go to a different one. I keep giving this Starbucks a chance since it's convenient for me. Drinks have been made wrong and bad service before. Today however I waited in a long line with no one at the cash register, for someone to be curt and rude while I was ordering me drink, and for her to dip away before I could even pay. I didn't mind the wait for the drink because I was working from the table. After retrieving my drink that was double cupped (not standard for Starbucks) as I sat down my hot tea spilt everywhere. Trying to help I went to the front to let her (the same rude dirty blonde barista) know of the spill and she said "yeah okay I'm sure we will get around to it" she didn't offer a remake or to get the spill cleaned up. I kept running back and forth to get napkins and clean what I can. It's been 20 minutes later and they still haven't cleaned the spill. I hope no one slips and falls. read more
