Taste: as shown in the pictures there is many options, they do rotate flavors somewhat often but most of the favorites will stay. I am honestly so over this place. It's literally a 50/50 chance of whether they will be open when you pull up. Their posted hours are never honored and it's honestly so frustrating. Grab a cup or cone and then choose from a wall of yummy and creamy yogurt as well as sherbet flavors. You can have a single flavor or go wild, mixing your favorite flavors. Yogurt flavors change often, but they always have the staples of chocolate and vanilla. But your yogurt creation doesn't have to stop there - step up to the toppings bar and add even more flavor and texture to your dessert. On 2/6/26 went in for froyo and witnessed the poor worker standing by the front door have to deal with a very upset customer. Not sure what the dude was so upset about but the worker took the time to try and calm the situation down and then had to step away before the guy tried to escalate it. Insane behavior but good work on the workers end who seemed to be pretty young. He was so good about handing out cups and being professional. 11/1/25- There's a guy always working, dark hair, beanie- you'll recognize him. I think he truly enjoys not being good at his job. I felt bad for him, when I went in there a while ago and I saw a customer filming him, but now I get it. Ive gone in and asked to order a cake and he said they fired their cake person- it was a lie.. there were cakes in the freezer but whatever, I just went to Rancho location.. I doubted he would even put in the order. Someone today asked for a sample cup and he said, which one do you want to try, and they said, orange, and he replied - have you had a creamsicle, it's just like that. We go in enough that I think his mom is a manager or owns the place, but she is the one that makes the cakes. I think he should really find a new place to work because obviously this job is doing nothing for him. He actually trained someone else, another boy, and he seems to have adopted his attitude. But we like Menchies and the yogurt ice cream is good. Just don't expect a happy or helpful person when ordering from there. It's one of the primary flavors. I grabbed NY cheesecake and was near where the chocolate used to be. I could see the grates. There's not a sign so I tried it and gross milky water came out. ( dumped it) I decided on the NY along with the peanut butter and for a treat the crumbled Kit Kats 2. If you're going to have toppings, they need to be fresh. these were stale. Frankly, probably the reason I'd prefer for toppings to get added by the staff. I have to imagine that not everyone follows the rule of using plastic spoons to get toppings. 3. I loved that they put the calories on each flavor's sign, and the flavors were all really good!! We had some coconut and raspberry ice cream with mochi, strawberry balls and cheesecake pieces for toppings! They also sell big pints of ice cream and cake as well!! I along with several girls from our water polo team had just come back from a game and we're extremely excited to go and celebrate by getting frozen yogurt, but instead of the shared happiness and team bonding we instead we're greeted by a disgusting and vile comment towards one of our teammates. One of our teammate was wearing a parka and underneath had her bathing suit top a sign at the door, said "no shoes no shirt no fro" so we joked saying that she would not let in one one of the employees named Zachary, who had been handing out bowls to people in line since it was a buy one, get one free day and was already acting quite strange commented on my teammates body who is 16 years old and said "oh with a body like that you don't need to cover up" this obviously made my teammate, extremely uncomfortable because the employee who said this was 18 later when we got inside, we continue endlessly positioned her so she was the farthest away from him, but whenever he would walk by, he would be constantly looking her up and down soon when we were going to pay, he said to two girls behind us between the ages of 10 to 11 "don't worry this one's free" and proceeded to smirk and lick his lips at the young girls who were oblivious to his obvious action. We were left disgusted and quickly left the billing, but we feared for the safety of others so two of my teammates went back inside and told the cashier of the establishment who then told the manager and said something would be done about this the rest of us were waiting outside when the teammate who was harassed parent specifically her father came and was rightfully angry a group of about 15 of us, including parents all stood out, converse about the event when Zachary came out looking sheepish and fearful, trying to explain that he didn't mean it in any way my teammate who is 18 asked "so then what was it? What could it have been misinterpreted" to which he had no response and proceeded to fumble his words and quietly backed away. We then later learned from two other bystanders that he has not done this just to us, but to several other girls with the same ill intent behind his actions we urge you not to go to this place, especially since there were six-year-olds in line six-year-old children in line after our conversation with the man we then look back over to the line and see about 90% of the people had left once they saw what was happening. 0/10 do not come, especially if you have children read more

We really like this Menchie's. It's close to home and hasn't caused any disappointment. There has always been a flavor we enjoy and they seem to switch them up enough to feel there is a good variety. The fresh toppings can sometimes be a bit limited, but this is likely due to what is in season. The owner is very sweet. You can feel that he cares about his customers and they have good specials throughout the week. It's sad to see so many people who have had poor experiences here.
