Coffee and Matcha were very tasty, but slightly not warm enough. Overall, a great experience though. I ended up buying a couple of pastries to go, which all were gluten-free. There was a large selection in their Bakery case of all gluten-free items. Some dairy free Options too. One of the pastries I ended up taking back home with me to Florida and it held up. On two separate occasions, the lid wasn't fully on, which caused hot coffee to spill in my car. That's not only messy but also a safety concern. Lastly, the service has been disappointing. During one visit, the staff member was noticeably rude, and to make matters worse, a $3 tip was added without my consent. Overall, I'm really disappointed, especially after trying multiple locations. I was hoping for a better experience, but based on these repeated issues.
