We put this shop as a must visit because it advertised the best hot chocolate in Alaska. And it was! The space is cozy and inviting with books to browse and a variety of seating options. The staff is friendly and considerate. We only had the hot cocoa, yet had we been hungry, the meal choices looked fresh and filling.

The place is tucked into your generic strip mall but it's the coziest spot in for coffee and a bite to eat. The breakfast menu is wonderful and on rotation. I had the lightest most fluffy biscuits I ever eaten with truly tasty sausage gravy that was perfectly seasoned. The staff is welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend a visit

Nutella Loaf & Carrot Cake

I had gotten a bad batch initially but they were very accommodating and helped me find what I needed. This second batch was perfect. I got a warm loaf of Nutella bread (my favorite) and some carrot cake ( my fiancé's favorite). It's -20°F out right now and nothing quite hits the spot like warm fresh baked bread. I cant wait to try their soups and sandwiches next time! I'll have to try to get there early because it's a cute & small shop/cafe. And whenever I go theres always people in the window relaxing and having a good time. It's a relief to have a place that is clear about what they stand for. Quality, Kindness & Community.

Lots of regulars came in and they automatically knew their orders. Food: The cup of gumbo was so much larger than I anticipated. I would not have ordered this had I known the size. I'm not sure if it had any seafood in it, since I couldn't taste or see any of them, but it was still hearty and delicious. The bison burger was good, but a bit dry for my taste, so I added a bunch of condiments to it. I asked what the buffalo chips were, which are potatoes with Cajun/buffalo style seasoning that's slightly spicy, so I opted for that and it was worth it, since they didn't have curly fries in stock. Overall I'd come back again, but maybe ask for the burger to be cooked medium rare, if that were an option. It seemed like a nice, friendly place to have good food with friends

Friendly service and it was so nice that they split our food onto two plates when we said we were sharing. The Alaskan skillet was great and a big portion of food. The kids enjoyed their pancakes and bacon, which they were nice enough to make just after the 11 o'clock cutoff time. We were very entertained by all the funny/sarcastic quotes on the walls. Would be a regular if we lived in the area.

Their crepes are consistently fresh and flavorful -- the sweet options, like Nutella with strawberries, are rich and indulgent, while the savory crepes, packed with eggs, cheese, and veggies, make for a hearty breakfast or lunch. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the shop's cheerful, casual atmosphere makes it easy to linger over a hot drink and enjoy the holiday-themed décor. Portions are generous, prices are reasonable, and each crepe is made with care -- a perfect little taste of comfort in Alaska. It's a charming spot that feels personal, not just another tourist stop, and keeps locals and visitors coming back for that perfect, hand-crafted crepe.

During our trip to Fairbanks, we decided to venture to the Santa Claus House because this girl loves all things Christmas. Anyway, rumbling tummies and a quick map search brought us here. And I am so happy it did! North Pole Crepery is quite obviously a family-owned spot serving up very tasty American-style crepes at a very reasonable price. Our crepes were served on deli-style wrappers with plastic utensils and I wouldn't have it any other way. I looove sweet crepes but for brunch, I went all-in on savory. I ordered the turkey pesto crepe and my husband ordered the Buffalo Chicken. We both thoroughly enjoyed our choices. If we didn't have plans later in the evening, my husband probably would've stopped in for round 2 on the way back to Fairbanks. Nonetheless, I absolutely recommend stopping in while you're in the North Pole. Don't forget to stop and admire the candy cane light posts while you're driving through town!
