I always drive by this location and forget it's a Starbucks. This location is in an older looking brick building, bit different from their usual look. Most of the time I don't see many people here, if any at all. Decided to swing by since the other location on 116th, closer to I-69, had horrible service. I went through the drive thru. The barista was super friendly and quickly made my drink exactly how I ordered it. Will definitely choose this location over the one closer to I-69. read more

I recently moved to the area and this place has become the favorite part of my work week! Nova, Shelli, and Derek are always there with a smile and checking in on the latest and greatest with me and the other "regulars". They're seriously the sweetest! The only thing I'm not a fan of parking/entering. The drive-thru causes a mad house so it's been a challenge to get in and out without some fast and furious type maneuvering. read more

Located in a small brick house off of 116th Street, this Starbucks frequently has a long line of car going through the drive-through. The inside is surprisingly large and full of great work spaces. There's a big bar against the windows, but community table, and a few smaller tables. Service seems to go super fast inside (fewer people opt to actually go inside when there's a drive-through). $3.75 for a cup of water and egg, sausage breakfast sandwich is pretty dang good. read more

I walked in and there were four people working behind the counter. I was the only one in line, but they do have a drive thru (which didn't seem super busy). No one helped me for a solid 60 seconds which was awkward and I felt like I needed to flag someone down. No one even acknowledged my presence or said "we'll be right with you!" The initial customer experience left a bad taste in my mouth, but I'll admit it is a convenient location for meetings as it's right off of 116/Allisonville. read more

Okay. I don't normally give 1* to establishments unless I'm really irritated. Just isn't worth my time or that of the place I'm reviewing. This is different. I have had many nitro cold brews at various Starbucks in the area. I order a newer item on the menu which is the nitro cold brew. This is essentially a cold brewed coffee from a keg. I tried it and instantly knew something was wrong. It had was lighter in color and at first glance I thought it might have had creamer. I pulled around and voiced my concerns and was instantly belittled for my knowledge of nitro cold brew. It was my fault? In reality, the coffee wasn't as strong as I was used to for a nitrogen cold brewed coffee. Point is, if your product doesn't live up to a customer's standards. Don't make it their fault. Talk to them and make them feel like their opinion counts. Peace read more

I have been going to this location for a while now and I have never had an experience like that one I had today. Today, I got a wrong drink which I understand, mistakes happen so I wasn't mad about that, it was the way the barista (Maddie) handled it. I went through the drive through again to get the drink I ordered and she literally said not a single thing to me when taking my drink back. Not a "I'm so sorry," not a "let me fix that for you," nothing. I hope this gets fixed soon as I am not going back to this location again. read more

We stopped in this Starbucks on New Years Day on our way thru Fishers. This place was hoppin'! The crew inside were extremely friendly and very warm and welcoming to us. We ordered two Zebra Coffees, a cheese Danish and a coffee cake. Both of the pastries were warmed without us having to ask (bonus). The coffee was prepared correctly and tasted delicious on this chilly morning. The only thing we disliked about this location was the parking lot, it is quite small and not easy to navigate with the drive thru -as you can imagine - people in the drive thru line are afraid you are going to steal a spot from them, so they block you trying to park or turn left to find additional parking. This USED to be my "regular" place. I loved the DT window. Well I moved daycares and started going to the one on Hazel Dell. Annnnnnyway, fast forward two years and I have missed this one so much and recently relocated daycares AGAIN so now I'm back in that area and so this is my regular stop again. Like everyday - every.single.day. Somehow, they "never" really recognize me (and I drive a car that is wrapped in the Caribbean Sea, sand and Sandals), order the same thing and somehow, they still often mess up my drink and are not what I consider to be "friendly" at all. It's very disappointing. I am actually almost OVER Starbucks because of THIS location and the OTHER location on 116th (at Keystone). They both suck. Because I need a DT and because I love espresso, I'll continue to spend my $5, but it's annoying me more and more each day so I yelped it. That's all folks. read more

The staff is so friendly and nice here. I love to be greeted with a smile and that is always the case when I walk in here. When I sit in here to do some work, it always seems every customer who walks in is a regular. That is so impressive to think so many people come to the same Starbucks or the staff makes everyone feel like a regular. I think it's a little bit of both! I still remember the anxiety of my first time at a coffee shop, and no, it wasn't a Starbucks. But, it was a looooong time ago, and back when Starbucks was not a household name yet (don't ask don't tell). BUT, I was in highschool and was living in Seattle and learning that coffee drinking was more than, well, "coffee" :) and drinking; it was espresso, cappachee...what? and music and hanging out and books, and yada yada yada. Back to the purpose of my story, even the newbie trying to order a large (lol, large, haha) Mocha drink thingie (not that that would ever happen these days, I think babies come out drinking Starbucks and Redbull. I digress) will be treated with the utmost of patience and friendliness at this location. They've always been that way with me when, even I, (I used to work at one) forget how to speak Starbuxian (I made that up, catchy right?) or just plain have a brain fart and can't choose WHICH delicious diet no-no to indulge in. Although, they're sandwiches are a good choice for a meal and allow you to stay in your diet plan should you choose, and the cake-pops are just enough of a sweet-fix (and look like one bite, but believe me it's just right) to tame your sweet tooth. And, if the end result is not perfect drink-wise, here's the word, PERFECT (there's your insider knowledge folks), they gotta make it again. But, the Barista's here have always asked me without prompting if my drink was right, with smiles galore. And I've left happy and highly caffeinated. So, although I'm still prone to favor those Seattle-type grunge artsy coffee houses of my youth I have sold-out and become a Starbucks fan, this location gets 5 stars (never a line and always friendly). Oh, another thing, if you order the delicious pastries they will heat them and make them uber delish. It truly does take them up a notch. This place is BUSY! Every time I drive by, no matter the time of day, it's busy. But, the staff is friendly and quick. The peach green tea lemonade is the perfect treat on a warm summer day. I usually come here on a coffee run for my family while they are at work, so I usually have a large order. I have never had any trouble with my order. It has always been right. I've only had 'burnt' coffee once and that wasn't even with the big orders. Everyone is super friendly. I love this Starbucks over the others in the area. One of the better Starbucks in my opinion. They actually keep their outdoor tables clean. (The Starbucks on Hazel Dell has disgusting tables). And the baristas are cool too. For some reason they have begun locking one of their only two doors before dark. This is a main door and not on an alley so there is no security reason. I wish this location was cozier and more inviting. There are no soft chairs or areas to sit and visit. It is loud, cold and hard. This atmosphere just makes me want to get my coffee and leave, rather than catch up with a friend or do some work.
