I attended mini baristas which this location is holding on Wednesdays from 9-11am during the summer. The kids get an apron with their name on it and a pin each week they come. They also get $1 off their drink with their apron for next time! The coffee was sooo yummy. My daughter did a strawberry banana smoothie and drank the whole thing! I love that they do blended drinks and more drinks than just coffee. In the summer they are my favorite! I did the Mexican mocha and so did my friends that joined too. Such a fun little activity! They checked on a us a few times while we were there which I didn't expect since it's a coffee shop and their tables are outside and it's a small shop with no inside. We will definetly be back for more of this and the coffee!

I've been obsessed with Brickhouse from my first visit. I initially stopped in because I saw on…read moretheir website that they have gluten free and dairy free scones. I love scones. Sold! I've since been many times and I love this place. The Glass Slipper tea is my fave--a lovely cherry almond caffeine free blend. I'll pair it with a scone, the blueberry earl grey maybe being my favorite. (But they are all so good!) I come in here to write, and they have a good amount of outlets and seating. They do get busy, so sometimes I'm squeezing in to the last spot for a bit, but it does slow down if I'm there a while. They have a rewards program that's great! I've earned free pastries and teas, and it felt easy to do (unlike some local shops that take a loooong time for me to earn a reward). Anyway, I love Brickhouse and will hear no criticisms. Thank you and goodnight. ;)

I am gluten & dairy free. Their Menu board listed a few sandwich options one being bacon egg & cheese & another being sausage on a croissant. I asked for the egg, bacon & no cheese on Native gf bread. My boyfriend is vegetarian & he asked for a egg & cheese on croissant. Upon ordering the cashier said they typically dont offer substitutions but they will do them this time but may not be available the next time. Well, we got them & the egg was cold on both sandwiches. I still got cheese & I'm pretty sure my bread was not the gf option. (I ended up just eating the bacon & egg part & pellibg off the cheese)I know this because I buy Native Bread from the local bakery & have it at home. All around the whole experience it put a bad taste in our mouths. To the business--- If you don't want to offer substitutions on menu items, please post this on the menu so patrons will know & won't feel scolded for asking. Next time.... We'll just go for the coffee...which is always good!

So many different kinds of coffee, and I love that you get to pick your own mug. Cute! A different server took our order and was equally friendly and patient as it was our first time there and we had lots of questions. Everyone ordered something different so we got to try each other's entrees. I had the quiche of the day, which ended up being a huge slice--like a 1/4 quiche--and came with a side. Coworker added a pancake as her side of eggs and breakfast meat, but wanted to split the former. So we got it GF blueberry lemon pancake. It comes with real blueberries and a lemon icing drizzle that's not overly sweet yet negates the need for syrup. It was amazing and did not at all taste gluten free! Portions were a good size and everyone left there either full or with a box. I look forward to finding another excuse to return. This is a Fort Ben gem!

When looking at the menu, the BLT caught my eye and my lunch decision was made. I'm a bit of a BLT snob and was very surprised by the quality of theirs. It is definitely in my top five, and I'll be returning just to have another one. The only issue I was unhappy with was the coffee service. I did not care for having to retrieve my own coffee. I was at a sit-down restaurant to rest and eat. That is the primary reason I could not give five stars. Having to serve myself coffee alone won't stop me from returning, but it will annoy me next time just as it did on this visit.

The staff is always incredibly friendly and welcoming, which makes the atmosphere feel fun and inviting every visit. The train-car setup and unique seating options make the experience truly one of a kind. I tried the Go Bananas Iced Latte, and it was absolutely delicious. What a fun and welcoming place to get a coffee and sit for a while. I ordered the raspberry dream latte and she ordered some caramel honey something iced coffee and they were both delicious! We sat down in the caboose and enjoyed the details and we just went to the back to get some pictures. I will say I can honestly appreciate that they have a reservation sign up for the back of the caboose which makes so much sense. Time and time again we have gone to coffee shops and too many people are just hogging up areas and or treating the coffee shops like it's their personal office area so i definitely appreciate that you must make a reservation to enjoy the experience of the caboose. Other coffee shops should get on board with this kind of idea...pun intended! (Wink wink) Our experience was definitely a great one and looking forward to a not so windy day to be able to enjoy the patio area outside. Great staff, great drinks! Definitely a must visit!

It is a bit challenging to find parking but there are a few spots in front. I parked down the street and walked which is always an option. There are a few stairs to get in but also a ramp, and the set up has a nice aisle like space for the line and plenty of tables and chairs. It can be quite loud so keep that in mind if you want a quieter reflection time, and maybe take it to go or sit outside. They have various food items but I absolutely LOVE their peanut butter energy balls! In fact that is why I came to this location as this is where the magic happens. They make them here and send them to other Tinker locations! They are the perfect blend of savory and a tad sweet and go super well with their coffee and/or London Fog tea. Yum! I will freely admit to buying all they had on hand, and now can enjoy them at home. Yay! It is a very busy spot so not the friendliest of staff, but assumed they were already hassled from the morning. It was a great spot to meet a friend and enjoy the patio and some tea/coffee. I would for sure go back and even bring a friend! In fact I've already mentioned it to several people as a potential meet up spot! Definitely something to enjoy!
