first off, long time starbucks customer here. so this disappoints me to write. the service here feels passively condescending which is unfortunate especially since i'm always really nice to anyone taking my coffee order. i feel as if it's the workers they have employed especially the new generation. before everyone here was very nice and always great hosts! second off one worker in specific likes to flirt and it's extremely inconvenient especially when you're in a hurry and they purposely hold your coffee to get a convo out of you in the drive through, that's disgusting. would not recommend this place to regulars. read more

Let me start this review by saying Fishers and the Greater Indianapolis Area needs more late night coffee spots! I've bounced around several college towns over the last 16yrs and it baffles me that when I'm feeling a late night need go study, write, and just get out with a friend and talk over coffee, my only consistent late night option is IHOP . That being said, this is a...drumroll please...Starbucks!!! You know the menu. It's consistent. However, why I give this specific Starbucks 4* is because I love the vibe/atmosphere AND is it open until 11pm on Friday and Saturday night! Most of my study time happens in the evening once my kids go down and it's nice to have a place in Fishers to go. The baristas are really nice, the menu is consistent. There are plenty of tables and outlets to go around. And it's open late(r)! read more

Really disappointed in this Starbucks as it's been around for a long time compared to others. I don't know why that makes me hope it would be amazing g. However it was as if it was fully staffed by new employees. Asked for long shots and everyone seemed confused what I was asking. It's the L button that says long just like the decaf. Also asked for steamed soy and I really don't think I got any. That wasn't what made my drink suck tho it was the expired shots I was given. They tasted horrible. Espresso expires after a certain amount of time and yeah some people can taste it. My cups were also dirty. My daughter got a vanilla bean and it had what I HOPE is a Java chip on the lip of the cup. I saw the lids to the teas STAINED from not being properly washed. The yellow and white sponges that Starbucks supplies will clean those. I've seen it happen. Also the straw and stir stick containers were stupid gross. Really takes two seconds to clean. Just gross all around. Won't be returning. read more

This location is awesome. The staff is consistently friendly and the best part is this place has a bunch of comfortable places to sit, and tons of outlets. There's almost always a shortage of outlets at any cafe but this spot has you covered. Also I just like the way Starbucks tastes. I can get a cold brew for $3.19 here where at the Well down the street they're $5. I understand they are some kind of nonprofit but for a small cold brew that just feels too high. We're not at an airport or movie theatre sheesh. read more

Sometimes there is mocha drizzle on my java chip sometimes not, sometimes it comes on the hot mocha, and I know it is not supposed to. I wish this location would train their baristas how to make the drinks like every other starbucks. The staff is nice enough in the drive thru but if you order in the cafe prepare to be ignored for 10 mins by everyone working. Also, warning, do not order brewed coffee in the evening! I have been to this location several times over the last few years. I have had excellent service and poor unfriendly sevice. It depends on who is working as with all place. My most recent experience as usual there is a long line in the drive through, but it moves fairly quickly. Once I placed my simple order of a venti White Mocha, it was just a few mintues before I was at the window. My order was ready, hot, and handed to me. I loaded more money to my gold card, signed the receipt and was on my way. The window attendent was friendly and quick. Starbucks is a very popular coffee shop, whenever I go to the drive through there are always at least three cars in front of me, and there is a reason for that. Starbucks doesn't just have a wide variety of drinks and food, but their customer service is the best I've ever gotten from a restaurant. Every time I go there all the employees talk to me, they ask about my day, how I am, and small conversation you just don't see at other cafes. The other day one of the employees even gave me study tips on how to do better on finals! He told me about his experience and how I can do it. It really makes a popular chain restaurant so much more familiar, like I can go there and I know I will leave with a smile on my face. I love the customer service but don't get me wrong, the product is of course the most important factor. Starbucks has a ride variety of food and drinks, from Frappuccino's (which are a milkshake sometimes made with coffee), iced coffee, hot coffee, hot chocolate, sandwiches, muffins, bagels, oatmeal, yogurt, and so much more. Whatever you enjoy eating, I assure you, they will have it at Starbucks. If I had to add a critique I would only say to add more locations. Then long waits and lines wouldn't be as much of a issue and they wouldn't run out of product as quickly. There is no wonder Starbucks is so popular, delicious food paired with amazing customer service. This is my go-to Starbucks when I have a lot of work to get done and need a good environment to work in. Compared to a couple other Fishers Starbucks locations this one is a little smaller in square feet but seating is more ample in my opinion, I've yet to have problems finding a spot to set up shop. The staff is always super friendly and take the time to notice regulars. I have never had a negative service experience at this location personally nor have seen anything negative with other patrons, even considering I've spent multiple days working in front of the counter for 12+ hours. I'm impressed. Coffee is coffee, Starbucks quality coffee across the board. Pro-Tip: Bring an extra layer if you get cold easily. During the day and especially as the night goes on, it can get pretty chilly inside (which is nice on hot days). read more

Don't go through the drive-through! We go through the drive-thru frequently as it's so close to the house, but it looks like it's time to find another location. The store has serious problems preparing hot food and keeping things in stock. We've had multiple occasions in which hot sandwiches were not cooked. I don't mean they weren't hot enough - I mean we've had more than one sandwich still frozen in the middle! Of course, we've been a few miles down the road when we found these issues and didn't have time to go back to the store. They also have trouble keeping supplies stocked. Twice we've had them tell us they are out of Splenda. How does a coffee shop run out of sweetener? Finally, this week, the store did not have decaf coffee brewed. I've run into this at other locations and they served me a decaf Americano for the price of the decaf coffee. Not this location - I even asked them about it and I was told that isn't standard. Again, how does a coffee shop not have coffee AND, if you don't, why would you not substitute another item at the same price? read more

Occasionally you can get decent service here but not as a rule. As a rule you can expect uppity staff who seem bothered your there and could careless about your business. I guess they figure they have the market cornered but I would rather go across the street to the Starbucks in the Target. They really need to take some customer service classes otherwise they need to take sometime off without pay! The one other thing you can count on is 2 out of three visits to screw up your order. It is mind boggling how some of the servers keep their jobs, I guess it must be really hard to find people to work these days. read more

I have had good experiences and bad here but in general with the volume of people, crush of vehicles in an already congested area and mostly disinterested crew this place is officially off the list for me. Last visit was just plain awful...cashier neglected to give barista the ticket for my beverage so it was never made (and it wasn't even that busy). Took me about two patrons (my mistake) to realize something was amiss. Was in a hurry and just had them credit my card...no other recompense offered. But Saturday AM was fine so go figure. During peak hours do yourself a favor and don't stop here. As soon as burn thru my remaining gift cards I am moving on from Starbucks. Another cost increase introduced today also...no thanks. Drive Thru window 2:30 pm Saturday 12/15. Ordered Strawberry Açaí refresher, Venti, w/6 scoops of berries. They gave me a grande with 3 total berries in it. After spending $5.00 for this I asked him "is this 6 scoops of berries? He took it back then it had more berries but he poured the existing drink in a venti cup so we ended up with a 2/3rd full glass for full price. I have a confession to make. I like Starbucks. I mean, I do prefer unique, independently owned cafés. Still, if I see the Starbucks logo on the horizon, I usually "need" coffee in a classically conditioned response. The thing I like about them: you can typically count on a consistent drink. It tastes the same from coast to coast. However, I stopped at this location for a quick caffeine boost before taking my kiddo to play. The service was just not friendly. The cashier's eyebrow was lifted because my sister took an extra minute to decide on a replacement drink when her initial request was not available. The cashier was very impolite. There were probably 6-8 other employees working. They were also unfriendly...and slow. Our drinks took longer than usual despite the lack of any other customers. Unfortunately, when they were completed, they were not made correctly. We debated whether or not to return to the counter, and decided that having paid for a "specialty drink," it was worth a replacement or refund. Long story a little less-long, they were extremely rude about that too. I'll avoid this location in the future. read more

Come here to study all the time! Best layout of a Starbucks - lots of space, and utilized well. The service is fast and they've never once gotten my order wrong. Other places' baristas will give you a bit if attitude about refills or remaking drinks, but these guys are great. (Not that they need to remake much). Big cautionary piece of advice though - there are ALWAYS a bunch of flies and fruit flies all around. Make sure you look closely into the food before ordering - I've seen fruit flies in there several times. read more
