Come here to study all the time! Best layout of a Starbucks - lots of space, and utilized well. The service is fast and they've never once gotten my order wrong. Other places' baristas will give you a bit if attitude about refills or remaking drinks, but these guys are great. (Not that they need to remake much). Big cautionary piece of advice though - there are ALWAYS a bunch of flies and fruit flies all around. I met with a potential business partner at this Starbucks. I do not drink coffee or caffeine, so I had whatever they call their cider. They were friendly, but a little slow. It was pretty good, and the shop was a nice place for a meeting. I probably won't return, since I'm not a coffee drinker, but I would recommend it to someone who is. read more

I am a fan of Starbucks due to the fact that I like to know what I'm getting and usually you get the same thing at each store. This store on the other hand is different than most, while the coffee is the same the staff leave something out.......like kindness! Skip this location unless you enjoy being ignored, talked down to, and once again, ignored. Terrible service and they didn't even fill my expensive coffee to the top. Got two stars because the drink tasted fine after the ten mins it took to prepare it. I was the only customer there. Glad this app exists so I know where NOT to stop on the interstate. Very impressed. I met a friend here and when we got up to the counter, I ordered just a blonde roast with soy. Well, they were out of blonde and instead of me having to make a different choice, they made me a pour over blonde. Delicious! I live in southern Indianapolis, but work up here in Fishers. When I tell you that I haven't gone to any other Starbucks besides this one (with the exception of when I travel) in months, I am being entirely honest. The employees are so kind and welcoming. Everyone is very patient with me, as I am not much of a coffee drinker. Today I decided I needed a "pick me up" after spending yesterday put on the water and working all day today at work. I ordered myself a green tea, an impossible sandwich, and ordered my manager a peach tranquility tea. I picked up my mobile order in the drive thru and when I got to the window, Aaron was there to greet me. Aaron was a new face for me at this location, but he/they did a wonderful job. He/they (apologies if this is not your preferred pronoun!) double checked my name and items. He/they handed me each item as he/they told me what each one was and he/they was extremely kind. I left with a smile from ear to ear because of the kindness Aaron had showed me at the drive thru window. I know these reviews sound silly, but as someone who also works in a setting where I interact with customers daily, I truly value when I visit an establishment and the employees are kind. Honestly, the smallest bit of kindness can go such a long way and today is that much better because of the kindness Aaron showed me. read more

Ever since there RO (reverse osmosis) went out its never been the sames. Its been over a year. They say its back but you can tell when you order an ice tea. It should look clean and refreshing as at other Starbucks. There ice tea looks dirty. Disappointing that home office isn't helping this location. read more

Tonight's theme: Social Sunday! I know this isn't a library, but this isn't a bar either. The crew was so loud and disruptive and not because they were calling out orders or anything work related. While they were well outnumbered by patrons, they managed to generate so much more noise than everyone else combined. My friend and I retreated to the old national side for a chat/work sesh which didn't help much. Prior to closing time, one of the workers walked in stating 'just so you know we close in ten minutes' laughed then turned around and walked out. Bizarre to say the least. My friend even commented she wanted to write a letter to mgmt. Think she was still ticked about how long it took to get her hot chocolate and the lack of pastry assortment tonight. read more

This is my local Starbucks. I am a frequent visitor. Only through the drive-through of course since I have kids. The drive-through is fast and efficient. Which I greatly appreciate with two screaming babies in the car. Several times I received less than adequate customer service from a rude barista. But overall in general this is a pretty good Starbucks. read more

My only advice to you as a consumer is to double check your order each time before you get too far away. I order the same drink every time I go to Starbucks in person or from the mobile app. I just hit reorder on the app and my order always is made with almond milk. Over half of the time I get it from this location it is made with regular milk. The past three out of the four times I've been there, my drink has been wrong; cold when I asked for hot, regular milk when I ask for almond. I know it's my own fault for not checking it for 5-10min after I get a hot drink and am no longer anywhere near the store because I let it cool down, but if the sticker says "almond drink" on it; I'm trusting the person who is making it to read the order whether I am in person ordering it or ordering on the mobile app. I don't get the almond milk because I like the flavor, I get it because I can't have cow's milk, and that is another $8.59 for the drink, literaly, down the drain. A 5 shot caramel macchiato with almond milk is all I want... That is the treat that I occasionally give myself, and now I had to throw it away and get sick at the same time... read more

The furniture looks like it came out of an old college dorm. Not uncomfortable, worn out, uninviting. Environment is cold and warehouse like. WiFi doesn't work. Easily the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. They consistently run out of items even when you get there by 6:00 AM, especially the bistro boxes. Usually the excuse is that their truck delivery didn't get there when it was supposed to. And they are extremely inconsistent when it comes to drink quality. Just this morning they tried to give me a strawberry acai refresher WITHOUT any actual berries in it! I've given this location numerous chances thinking that maybe there was a new manager or something, but after roughly 8 months, it's clear that this is simply a terrible Starbucks.
