Do you love drinks from the "Starbucks Secret Menu"? Me too. I live in Seattle and order this drink often and don't have any issues. It looks cool as hell, it's purple, and it tastes great. Here's what happened when I ordered the Purple Drink from this particular Starbucks: After I placed my order, the girl working the drive thru proceeded to let me know that the passion tea is "very acidic" and that when you mix it with the soy milk it "curdles the milk" and that it "can't be healthy for you". She said that she has made this drink before and let it sit on the counter and that the soy milk settles into the bottom of the cup, hard. I mentioned that I've gotten this drink before and asked if maybe it just needs to be mixed in a certain order. She said that it doesn't matter how you mix it, it's still going to be curdled. I've gotten this drink often, so I decided to take my chances, against Starbucks Bill Nye's judgement. When I pulled up to the window, this employee took my payment and then took the opportunity to stop me and when handing my drink, pointed at it apparently to "prove" to me that she was right. She then gave a mini lecture on how "you're drinking curdled milk". Here's my take: A bit more aggressive than I would have preferred. As much as I appreciate anyone taking an interest in my health, my barista can step down from that role. Secondly, why isn't this girl on the front lines for People Against Cottage Cheese? I mean, to be honest, as a vegan, I would take her any given day. She's quite passionate about people taking control of their health. I'd just have her watch Forks Over Knives first and get a better understanding of why most people have stomach issues. read more

I am a regular here due to their staff and love the place! They always remember my drink and will chat with me while I'm waiting on it. As far as Starbucks goes typically staff will change out pretty frequently, but here its been some of the same people for over 5 years. read more

Slowest Starbucks ever. I really can't believe how long they make you wait here. I walked out.

If I had the option of giving zero stars I would... After taking a 12 minute detour off of the highway to get to the Starbucks location, I pulled into the back entrance and followed the arrow to the right. At which time, it was actually directing me around the drive-through window with no access so I pulled around and backed up so that I could make my order. Whoever was supposed to be working the window was actually standing at her car smoking a cigarette talking to someone and started talking to her friend in a hasty voice. Then, she proceeded to tell me I was not allowed to back up into the drive through window and had an awful attitude. I'm going to begin by saying they should probably appropriate better signage, and if you have a customer who is at the window... I am completely flabbergasted by why you would not just take their order. read more

We have ordered french press the last two times we have been there but we actually had to get cubes of ice so the coffee will be deluted enough for me and mygirl friend to drink. We are thinking of asking the french press to be made substantially lighter next time but please try to make a french press which is drinkable and not have to become ice coffee next time you serve us. read more

Starbucks aren't really known for quick service, and most regulars understand that. However, this one is the slowest of the slow. In fact, the customer in front of me who had already paid for his drink, walked out. I ordered one of their new fraps that I had received an email about earlier in the week, after about 10 minutes I was told they didn't have the recipe. However, they did find it and make it for me. So sad that this location has gone downhill! Extremely slow service and unfriendly workers! Waited a good ten minutes for a ice coffee in the middle of the day. Worst part was the restroom that hadn't recently been cleaned in days! No tp or paper towels left, full waste basket and trash all over the floor. Gross! read more

Longest wait ever! Drive thru is very short and most traffic is in the road. I would advise being a little quicker as this is the only one for some distance or lengthen the driveway. I will be very upset if I'm in an accident due to the non functionality of this location read more

Normally this Starbucks is pretty slow, which is understandable because it's a busy area, and I normally go around lunch time. Today, I don't know who was working, but the service was wonderful. The woman working the register was polite, offered me a bag for my food and a carrier for my drinks because I had lots of stuff for my coworkers. The barista was killing it. She had my drinks out way quicker than usual, and they tasted better than ever. I wish I would have caught your names, because you two rock! Thanks for the great service! read more

Okay...where to begin. First..they don't know how to make a decent flat white. Not horrible but barely recognizable as a flat white. Second...they don't take your name for your drink and when it is done you better pay attention because all they do is barely..and I mean like almost whispering that its done. They then just let it sit on the counter. This has happen to me twice so I know the game now. Third...they blast their music. It's much louder then other starbucks where is just loud enough to be notice in the background. So no conference calls or really using it for a office. I rarely stop at this location but I always feel there is a long wait and I find it difficult to get I. And out. I would almost rather stop at the Starbucks location in Kroger on mall road. With all that said I really enjoy "the pink drink" it is part of the Starbucks secret menu :) I highly recommend trying one of these, they also have a purple orange green and a couple more. I have only tried the pink and I'm hooked. This visit however they left the fresh strawberries out of the drink which was a total bummer! read more

Longest wait ever. Only go if you can spare 20 minutes to wait for a basic black coffee, everyday of the week at non peak times. If it's a peak time in the morning forget about it. Save yourself the stress. It's faster to walk into any local competitor. read more

Slowest one person working line and fixing food 3 on drive through and 10 people in line inside. 28 minutes waiting on a coffee

A few weeks ago I went through the drive thru before class. The drink was made quickly especially considering the line. The card reader had an issue and the girl apologized multiple times because it took a few tries to read my card. I'm back again today and all of the employees try to be personal by asking customers about their day, how to pronounce their names, and bringing drinks to people who are sitting down while still being time efficient. I usually stop here every time I find myself in Florence, and I've always been happy with my drink. Today was something a little special though. Even though it's time for Christmas drinks, I gave the instructions for the Halloween Frapula (I think it was called that but I'm probably wrong). They made it so quickly and it looked pretty cool with the raspberry. I was just glad I finally got to try the spooky drink. I looked and saw, even though it is the end of November, that they still wrote "Boo!" on the cup. This seems like a small detail, but I thought it was so cool. I really appreciated it. read more

I would give 6 stars if it was an option. while most of the time, a trip to Starbucks is a difficult and long journey to overpay for really good Foo - Foo coffee , this Starbucks really goes above and beyond. the folks who gave low reviews for this location must have waited in the exorbitant line for the drive thru...it's always around the building. They are like that everyday so they must be doing something right. If you go inside, you're greeted with the nicest, most knowledgeable , helpful workers that I've ever encountered . they were prompt, extremely courteous , and seemed to really care about my order. All other Starbucks locations should use hidden camera footage of this store for training videos. Those who whine about misspelled names on your coffee cups GET OVER IT! If that is the worse thing you experience at a Starbucks you're lucky. Stop nit-picking over trivial BS. The employees there work their butts off everyday so you can have your Foo Foo coffee, give them some slack as they are trying hard to meet some ridiculous orders of coffee or tea like add this but not too much or 1/2 this or 1/2 that but not this or that. Good grief! Try putting yourself in their shoes. Our coffee was perfect and the ham and swiss breakfast sandwich was fresh, hot and oh so delicious. My husband had their new breakfast sandwich, chorizo Monterey breakfast sandwich and he loved it! And he is really picky about his breakfast sandwiches. I went to the mall road Starbucks yesterday around 10 because I hadn't been in a long time and I had a visa gift card with $5 and some change left on it. I though perfect, I'll grab a refresher and a lemon loaf Cake (my all time favorite. The drink was good but the cake was soggy) I ordered and my total was a little more than than $8. So i had my gift card and three extra dollars ready to go to pay, but when the lady in the drive through swiped my gift card (I don't recall hearing her name, but she was blonde and young) she said there was nothing left on it. I was confused Because I was sure I had around $5 left, but I figured I was mistaken and payed her the $8 cash, took the gift card back to figure out what I spent the rest of the money on and went about my day. Today I remembered it and went on to see my transaction history on that card, and sure enough there was a transaction from Starbucks yesterday for $5 and some change! The rest that I had on that card! Meaning I payed her around $13 for my $8 order. Now although I'm upset I got overcharged, I was more wanting to write this review to bring to attention that this worker is obviously overcharging and most likely pocketing the extra money. I suppose it is possible this is somehow just a mistake on her part, but I really don't know how you could make that mistake. Watch out people! Make sure you check your receipts! read more

Sat at the window waiting for our order for over 10 minutes while employees were gossiping at the window nobody apologized for the lengthy wait. Will never visit this Starbucks again. My boyfriend had picked me up with intentions to run through Starbucks drive through real quick before heading to a date night with friends. We pulled up to the speaker to order our normal drinks as always, mine being a plain mocha and hot apple cider drink. The girl working the window had long black hair with an attitude. She must have been working there all day long. We got our drinks and pulled off. I sipped my mocha which if anyone knows it has a pinch of chocolate but mostly an espresso taste. This mocha had NO espresso in it, they gave me a hot chocolate. So my boyfriend and I walked my mocha inside. Keep in mind we were both taught manners so we didn't go in with crappy intentions. My boyfriend explained the situation kindly. The girl in the drive through looked over at us and rolled her eyes and snickered at us to the older woman that was listening to our kindly complaint the older woman snatched the cup of coffee out of his hands and threw I mean threw the coffee in to a trash can where it got everywhere. She was so angry with us and proceeded to squirt six shots of expresso in a cup in front of me to make it clear she put some in there and threw it together. Needless to say we walked out of there and called corporate where they offered us free drinks. I only hope they took care of this because they just lost two customers that constantly gave them business. NO STARS IF I HAD THE CHOICE. read more

I love this Starbucks but they are extremely understaffed. I went inside to get my drink since the drive through line was so long it was on the road. It took us 45 minutes to get our drinks. They were serving people who ordered after us first. The place is always a madhouse. Word of advice: Stay in the drive through it is much faster than going inside no matter how short the line seems to be. This location focuses more on the drive through than they do on the customers inside the store or just go to the Starbucks inside Kroger there is never usually a line in there. read more

I placed a mobile order at 12:20pm and the app said it would be ready in 4-8min. 20 min later I asked and they said their machine wasn't working but they've got my order and are making it right now. 10 more min and I still don't have my order and can see the cups with my name on it 4th in line to make them. At this point I'm now beyond late for my plans, which is why I ordered on the mobile app to begin with so I wouldn't have to wait. When I tell them to cancel my order bc I now ordered it 30 min ago they tell me they need my card to refund me (which I'm guessing will take more time that I don't have) so I just walked out. $12 down the tubes, no coffee, 30 min late for my plans. Next time, when it is brought to your attention that someone has been waiting that long....good customer service would be to move that persons order to the front of the line and make it as soon as possible. This location is just okay..They always are out of bananas every time I want a smoothie. This never happens at the crestview location. Why?

I've been to this Starbucks a few times and each time I swear it will be the last time. But today was the last straw. The girl in front of me ordered a Vanilla Bean Frappucino with extra caramel sauce and extra whipped cream. I ordered a plain Vanilla Bean Frap with no whipped cream. After waiting about 15 minutes, one of the NINE employees working yelled out Vanilla Bean Frap with caramel & placed two of them on the counter. The girl in front of me grabbed hers and left. Right then I knew they had screwed up, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. After 25 minutes and no plain Vanilla Bean Frap, I tried to ask the only girl who seemed to be making the drinks for in the store where my drink was. She completely ignored me. There was a huge line of people, all of whom were getting their drinks long after I had ordered. I tried asking the girl again & again she ignored me. Finally I just grabbed the now melted drink on the counter and left. I don't know when Starbucks stopped asking for customer names to identify drinks, but it's obvious that this omission has caused them several problems. Several other customers said that the store had messed up their orders because people didn't know which drinks belonged to them. read more

I've been at several Starbucks all over. This one got pretty much everything wrong. My hazelnut coffee had no Hazelnut Sirup. When I asked about more hazelnut they figured out that the bottle was empty. Then they had no creamer on their self help station. No napkins either and the table was just a mess. My wife's drink had gone missing completely. After about 25 minutes, including the wait in the first line we finally had our drinks. The store is way too busy. The whole time I was here the line did not get smaller. My refill was rung up with a cup discount at first. They need more people here read more
