So friendly, even during rush hour!! I absolutely love how it's always clean, and the milks, sugars , napkins etc.are always stocked up.

Such nice staff...but like most really little Starbucks tables always full with laptops taking whole table. But like all Starbucks customers they will move them to allow you to sit on other side with a smile. People do sit there for hours and hours I have seen so many times people holding interviews there etc. But progressive Starbucks allows people to sit for hours only ordering coffee. Coffee addicting. Yet another great Starbucks, in a land that is overrun with the coffee giant. This location is nice and quaint but certainly too small for the location. This is a very busy intersection and often times it is very crowded. Ify you go during peak hours, do not expect to get a seat. read more

Standard Starbucks. This isn't as popular of a location as the one of 63rd and QB. So it's a more mellow location. Service is also on the slow side so ordering ahead makes sense. I needed a coffee and against my better judgement stopped by the nearest place which was this Starbucks. With Starbucks we know what we're getting - staff that aren't always the best. I love this place and have spent considerable time here. They're always busy seemingly but still very friendly and personal. small store but have set up the seating pretty well and I most like the bar area. Many of the customers are regulars and very friendly too. I like the mood, though a bit noisy with being soo busy. I have favorites here too as far as the staff go, which is the best Starbucks staff I've ever seen, and the Manager, James, is the best one anywhere. Your avg standard starbucks in forest hills/rego park border. Pretty friendly baristas and not overly crowded so you can grab a table on 2 out of 3 visits. What more can you post about a starkbucks since they are all carbon copies of each other offering similar coffee experiences. The one thing this place does not have is a nice plush lounge couch where u can just park yourself to read a nice book. read more

Standard Starbucks offering. The attitude of the cashier on a Tuesday afternoon is subpar. First of all, she made a face as if to say, "come on order already!!!". What's the rush? It was just me and one other person on line. Instead of handing me my plastic fork for my salad, she throws it on to the counter at me. Then she gets my order wrong. No apologies or anything, AND she tried to argue with me about what I ordered. I wouldn't have even ordered what she gave me because of my food allergies so I know I didn't misspeak. Then she needed to refund my money because of her mistake and she AGAIN tossed my receipt at me. She acts as if she couldn't be bothered. Where has manners gone? Is that what we do now? This Starbucks seems to be quieter and less busy than most. You will find the "regulars" sitting around for long periods of time. Just be in the look out for cops making large orders. Using mobile order is great, but this place rarely has a line when I go. read more

I come every time I visit friends and spend some time here. It's a neat and clean one though the seating is limited. it's always kinda hard for a little party to seat themselves. The location is good. Just right outside the 67 ave subway station around the corner. And the barista and cashier are friendly and efficient. I moved into the area about two years ago, and this Starbucks is one of the things that confirmed the location for me. I wasn't sure if the area was the right one for me. The morning staff is unfriendly and rude. No good morning or hello. Just, "WHAT ARE YOU HAVING!?" Then when my drink was ready it was just left there. They didn't call the drink or my name. Very unprofessional. With that being said my drinks were great. read more

I came here after college one night to grab coffee and study on the 20th. I ordered a white mocha which was delicious but the ambiance wasn't. There was this one customer named jimmy or something there that constantly harassed the baristas and caused a loud ruckus in the store. In turn, the store gets louder and I just cannot study. Friendly service that was quick. I went in for an iced coffee and was disappointed to find out that the size of a "tall" is more like a sippy (baby) cup size. Four sips and I was done! It's laughable! Besides that this location was clean and the workers were quick and friendly. On the day that I went in there were free drinks available for a new product they're trying out. Coffee is good at this location however, service needs improvement. No flow with orders and employees fulfilling their tasks. I ordered a pastry which was handed to me after waiting quite a while... I had to also remind the staff I ordered a coffee too (mind you it was a standard roasted coffee...all they needed to do was pour from the thermal container). Never a long wait though there may be a line. Seating is limited add there are usually patrons sitting with their laptops taking advantage of the free wifi. Restrooms are clean and employees are friendly. This is definitely one of the neighborhood gems! read more

There is like 2 or 3 tables at this starbucks. FOR REAL?!?!?!??!?! I think I saw 2 tables. I was freaked out by how small it is in there. I couldn't breathe. If you are claustrophobic, FORGET IT! It is TINY in here and very very narrow. I waited on the line for a minute and I had to leave. I couldn't take the layout of the store. I rather go to the one on Austin Street. The one on Austin is a bit wider, even though it is small also. The one on Continental you have to go up to the counter that is facing a wall that is only about 2 feet apart from each other....at least it feels that way. AAAAAAAHHHHHHHH! It's the closest Starbucks to me. The staff treats customers fine. I love their drinks. My favorite Barista in this location is the black guy, because when I say "light ice" he doesn't put much ice in my cup, unlike other Baristas who wouldn't care and put a lot of ice in it anyway. The thin oriental lady tends to put a lot of ice in my cup, it's like as if I never said a word about going easy on the ice. read more

This is a review of this particular starbucks not all of them. Location on ^& ave and Queens blvd. Service here is slow and the baristas act like they belong on a basketball team not at starbucks. All male and very miserable as if they do not wanna be there. It's almost as if whoever is hiring at this particular location is trying to sabotage the place. I wish I could find out who owns it because I would call them, it is that bad. Also the atmosphere is shady like random people in plain clothes coming in and out the kitchen. There's many flavors to coffee. But those of us that know there's only 1 Starbucks. Yes it's over priced & we know it & we don't mind. I guess it's just having a cup of coffee made just the way you like it which makes Starbucks coffee a bit more special. There's also the convenience factor that you should take into the picture like over 5 trillion locations, so you can have your coffee wherever & whenever just the way you like it. Ordered the pumpkin spiced latte and got sick shortly after consuming. I figured it's maybe something I ate because I've had their pumpkin spiced latte last year a few times a week and I never got sick. Following week I ordered a pumpkin spice latte and was laid out sick for the rest of the day. I hate writing reviews like this. Especially because the staff all seem friendly. But I guess I shouldn't let their friendly demeanor mask a serious problem they have in the store and behind their counter. A few people I know who frequent this same location have told me they have gotten sick from either the same coffee or a different order. Great location, right next to the subway and around tons of shops. They have great customer service and the coffee and other drinks are well made. This is probably tied with first and second place of all the Starbucks that I have been to. read more
