Large non-smoking patio with several tables inside. The bathroom was vagrant proof with a manager code to enter and not horrible but needed some TLC. Ordered everything bagels with cream cheese at $3.79 each, for Starbucks it was an insanely cheap item and I was elated. No coffee for me here since I just purchased espresso and classic coffee at Modern Rose down the street. It was very busy on a Sunday morning and the parking lot was slammed. This Starbucks is the worst one I've ever been too. The service is absolutely awful, and it has been for years. The employees don't give a crap about you, or thier jobs- I've been to some great Starbucks all over the United States, where employees are proud to be workers there and love what they do. Not here. Not ever. The location is near the beach, so they probably have to deal with a lot of transients. The last two times I've been there they've gotten my order wrong. The other day my Mother ordered a decaf mocha frappacino, and the young man looked like we had two heads. Made the wrong drink, there was no mocha. When I walked back inside and told another employee that this was made wrong (WHICH IT WAS!) The pierced ear guy gave me a real crap attitude, made it with haste and said nothing as he slung it to me. Just terrible customer service. Avoid this location if you can, there's no drive through, and employees are miserable and often get orders wrong. read more

Be forewarned that the close type hanger on the inside of the restroom door is placed to low and if you reach up with your arm to prevent the door from closing to fast, the metal square hook on the door may cause injury to your arm. This occurred to me Mid February, 2026 due to the Management's failure to put this sharp metal hook higher on the door I received serious injury to my right arm that required immediate medical attention. The staff did what they could with paper towels to stop the bleeding from the wound on my right arm but they had no first aid kit. No I did not receive any free coffee and Starbucks H Q continues to ignore the problem. It's open, and during CoVid 19, that's a plus. The staff is masked and friendly - difficult since you can't SEE the smiles. No chairs & no sitting. Just standing. No tables (except for merchandise). Condiments on request. Napkins readily available. Clean. We ordered two breakfast sandwiches and two green teas. These were hand delivered in a reasonable amount of time to us in prominently marked waiting area. They were tasty and hot. We noticed inside the side door (by Publix parking lot) a barista check in station for taking temperatures, and distributing masks, if needed. Outside, OPEN is large and prominent on the window. Ordering at Starbucks used to be a fairly straightforward proposition and consistency was the rule. Now, I never know how it's going to go until I have the cup in my hand. Some locations and baristas have no idea what the difference is between a latte and cappuccino. Some make cappuccinos so exquisitely, I feel like I've been transported to Italy. Anyway, they did an amazing job and knocked everything out in no time! All of the hot drinks were made perfectly. The barista Dina was really cool too. Pleasure to talk with her. Got a decaf coffee here courtesy of Macy's perks! Woohoo. The gal could not have been nicer. They have to do a pour over for decaf which takes a few minutes and is labor intensive.... and she was so apologetic about it. But no problem. - we needed to sit a minute and relax after shopping and trekking through the mall. The decaf -- I got it with Splenda and two percent milk -- was actually pretty good when doctored. Friendly staff, and currently open. They have a sanitizing station and a pick up waiting area. I like this Starbucks because they have these cute unicorn cake pops that aren't as sweet as the birthday cake cake pop but has a similar flavor. They say too much of anything is a bad thing. I always contemplated this phrase, yet this morning as I received my highly-anticipated green tea latte, I finally understood. Foam. We don't hate it, but we don't love it. It's always there, at the brim of our latte, adding something yet remains uneventful and unflavored. A half an inch of foam is expected ordering a latte. However, I have come to realize, if you give Starbucks an inch, they will take a mile. Every. Single. Day. I spend roughly $5 on a venti green tea latte. I do that happily, as Starbucks is the only convenient coffee shop that has invested heavily in matcha. But today... oh today, Starbucks decided to test my loyalty and my patience. Oh, how the tables are about to turn. I do not spend $5 on a venti to receive a grande worth of green tea. I say a grande worth, because roughly 1/4 of this cup was foam. Uneventful, unflavored foam. This is not my first instance with Starbucks (see previous review.) I open myself up time and time again to just get burned. My family falls through every time. I date time and time again to discover that the male species falls short of decent. My friends don't speak to me. Yet I remain a generous and selfless soul. I give my time, money, and energy to Starbucks. I am devoted, I am loyal, and I am slightly above the poverty line. Yet like the boys I meet on Tinder, Starbucks does not care about my qualities or the effort I put into them. Like a boy, this mega corporation stomps on my soul. Forget the bathroom controversy. You do not need to shut down the store to review bathroom policies and who can use them. The "Staff" at this particular location happen to not only be rude, but do NOT know how to do their job properly when it comes to taking a Customer's order, making the customer repeat themselves several times and STILL not getting the order right. Certain staff members are lazy and refuse to do their job properly and feel the need to walk away from the counter or prep space when they should be doing the job they are being paid for. Also, this is a location that allows for all the Homeless in the area to take up spots outside at the tables, harass people walking by, aggressively panhandle, sleep at the tables and leave their garbage and filthy clothing lying around too. "Funny" thing, the people who work at the Publix Supermarket, the Liquor store and several of the other stores located across the parking lot all say the same thing "We don't ever go there because of the attitudes of the employees working there" This place ONLY exists due to the Tourist in the area who don't know any better and are unaware of what the (so-called) employees are truly like. read more

Today, I placed a online order 20 mins in advanced and still got there for them to be backed up with orders and say "their machine broke" for online orders. I get its busy and it's a hassle but, this happened on multiple occasions and they already have attitudes when you ask them to fix or add something that clearly states on the sticker when it was working. I started going to this Starbucks location after the one on 16th and Federal closed. The difference in customer service between the two is astounding! While there are a couple of friendly, competent baristas at this store, it is not the norm. The biggest issue is their lack of attention to mobile orders. Many times I stand waiting for my mobile order of a regular coffee while customers walk in, order barista made drinks at the counter, and leave before I get my "mobile" order. It's a busy location so sometimes there is a long wait, even on mobile orders. Parking can be a pain even though it's a big parking lot. Bathrooms are pretty gross.
