I moved to the area last summer and have been stopping by Dunkin' about once a week, usually early before work (anywhere from 5-7am), and sometimes on weekends after the gym. First off, they always toss in a few cute little munchkins with my order, which my puppy is obsessed with, so that alone earns bonus points in my book. Drink quality is consistently solid, and I actually prefer their donuts here because they're lighter and more airy, not overly heavy like some other locations. But the real reason I'm writing this review is the staff. I'd say 99% of the employees are genuinely kind, friendly, and hustling...especially during those early morning rushes. They always have something nice to say, and I've watched them handle some pretty grumpy customers with nothing but patience and kindness, never letting it throw them off. That kind of consistency in attitude, especially that early in the morning, is not easy to find. Bottom line: great drinks, light donuts, puppy-approved munchkins, and a team that shows up with a positive attitude every single time. read more

We go to many Dunkin locations in South Florida and on our road trips. This location by far the best and has the best staff especially Nesa. She remembers all of us and knows our orders. We appreciate her and grateful for her service. If she's no longer working we probably won't come either. She definitely the anchor of this business and i am sure all of the regular customers agree with me 1000%. Cons: too many homeless taking over this location that sometimes we are hesitant to come in. This must be the best Dunkin I've been to! I tend to experience inconsistent quality and annoyed staff at employees, but that wasn't the case here! I stopped by because I was in the area and had a coupon. My first impression was that it was super clean inside, and the manager was greeting everyone and was super friendly. My husband and I each got an iced coffee, both of which were perfect. And to top it off, they attached a little bag to each one with a free munchkin! It was such a great surprise! I made a quick stop at this Dunkin location for some munchkins while I was on the road. Sharing the same space with Baskin Robbins, Dunkin is on the left side upon entering. I greeted the male employee behind the counter and asked for three assorted munchkins: glazed, glazed chocolate, and old-fashioned. The variety of donuts were neatly displayed in the glass case. This is a busy Dunkin'. When I went last, there were people in line, people taking up all tables and even people outside. I guess in the middle of Spring Break and Snowbird season, that's the way it is. There were 5-6 employees behind the counter, so ordering was not too time consuming. They had a great selection of fresh donuts in here but I was partial to the vanilla donut with sprinkles...just a nice refreshing, moist, spongey donut. read more

I was not acknowledged this morning at the following location, 1601 E Sunrise Blvd, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33304 The employee was too busy watching tv/videos on their cell phone, which they finally put down on the counter in order to help me. Donuts and coffee have a large mark up, maybe they'll get more attentive employees if they pay them more. Also, this location attracts a large amount of homeless people who gather by the front door and occupy the outisde tables. It's unpleasant. They should consider taking away the exterior tables. It's irony at its best because across the street are homes that sell for $750,000 or more and two hundred yards west is the Rolls-Royce, Bentley, Aston Martin dealership. Only in America. read more

Stopped by Dunkin' this morning for the $2 iced sunrise batch coffee. The place was busy...about 10 people in line ahead of me. I was very impressed with how fast the staff was moving! There were a ton of employees and everyone was working hard. Really great job. S wanted to try the new Refresher. They were out of 2 of the flavors (peach and strawberry), so he landed on the Mango Pineapple. It was very very sweet and hard to blend the Mango with the green tea mixer. But he was happy to have a non-coffee option with caffeine. (And it makes for a cute picture with the pink straw and fun decor at this location...that's what really matters, right?) read more

5-26-22 8pm Went in here as I was picking up take out at Tijuana Flats next door. Once inside I could not resist buying ice cream for dessert for my family. They were having a special two quarts for $10.99. Good price and flavors that everyone would like. I got Strawberry and Mint Chocolate Chip. Note one side of the store is Dunkin Doughnuts and the other side is Baskin Robbins ice cream. That is the perfect combo start the day with Dunkin's and end it with Baskins. read more

Avoid using the drive through. I'll start by saying that I love this location and only have one minor complaint about the walk-in service. I tend to order "on the go" and I walk in to pick up since the drive through is never a good experience for me. Don't get me wrong, they are always well staffed and friendly. Sometimes there are at least a dozen team members working, but half the time there is nobody organizing mobile orders and putting them in the pick up area. Very often, I get tired of waiting as start rummaging through the items in the staging area looking for my drink. I just never understood the lack of urgency about clearing the staging area and putting the orders on the pick up rack. This is minor. Today I had to facepalm because I ordered my coffee as usual but inadvertently selected "drive through" rather than "walk in". My bad but I knew it would be a shit show. On my way to pick up I was stuck behind a very slow car and got to the drive through about 6 minutes after sending my order. To my delight and surprise there was NOBODY in line at the drive through. I went up to the window and gave them my name and they told me to pull forward (mind you, one coffee and nobody else in line). I pulled up about a car length and waited. After about three minutes another car pulled up. The guy told me to pull further up. I did. I didn't get my coffee for another 5 minutes. In this time, the car behind me had their order but they couldn't leave since I "pulled up" as instructed and was blocking their ability to leave. There is no waiting area, not that one coffee should be cause for a wait at all. It's a single lane with curb on one side and building on the other. The guy behind me had to just sit there until I got MY one coffee before he could pull forward. This system just doesn't work. read more

Tried apple fritter- my go to at other locations and it was half size pumpkin instead of 1.5 bigger and stale !!! Won't be coming back even though I live nearby . Will travel the mile til next one . This Dunkin' Donuts was a really a pleasant experience for me. The array of varying donuts is just amazing. I had a chocolate one with chocolate icing and it was deliciously good. And I liked their coffee too. What really pleasantly surprised me was the friendliness of the staff. When I walked in I was immediately given a warm greeting and smile. The place is also combined with a Baskin Robbins and, though I didn't make any purchases from them, they were also quick to give me a pleasant hello. It however is totally lacking in décor. I might best describe it as "fast food Spartan," which may be a reason so many seem to take their food order out and eat in their cars; but worse I saw several drive off while eating and drinking which strikes me as setting the stage for a nasty accident. read more

There is no sense of urgency here so be prepared for that. Fortunately I just get an iced tea so my order is quick but other people were waiting and waiting. I noticed a lot of empty donut trays. Not an issue for me, but I can imagine it being one for other customers. A redeeming quality is that it is half Dunkin' half Baskin Robbins so you can get a scoop of ice cream as well. I know finding that out made me happy. They don't keep fresh lemon on hand, you have to use squeeze packets. Not a fan. Had an interesting crowd hanging about. They do not tend to their restrooms, it was out of toilet paper and I had to sit there and wait for them to "make enough time" to bring me toilet paper. The manager gave my boyfriend SO much attitude when he asked for it. They will let you stand at the counter for a long time and not say anything while giving you dirty looks.
