The person working the register at the drive thru raised the bloody card machine when i was going to click the dollar tip for me to click the 2$ tip button. Most unprofessional thing ive ever seen. Visited around 4:15 on Wed the 2nd of July. Meeting a colleague there. Ordered a hot green tea. I am not a regular guest of Starbucks just to share. As I ordered, the lady at counter was finishing up with another guest but turns out, I think it may have been her girlfriend cause the employee asked to taste the customers drink at the counter. Then later this employee after ignoring my order got off and sat with this person. Tool 20 minutes to get my tea, meanwhile, place not busy. Restaurant was dirty, unorganized counters, and it appeared the guy managing drive thru was talking on blue tooth phone while he was also managing the drive thru orders. I think this because while noone was at drivethru, he keep talking to someone. However to his credit, he was the most productive person there. No one takes pride in their jobs here I can tell you. Perhaps like many restaurants, they too struggle with finding quality help. After this visit, it is not a stretch to see that this mega chain may begin to struggle as the quality controls are not in place. The tea itself was fine. No lemon available which I found odd. Waited twenty minutes IN the store for my two nitros while the drive thru window completely serviced cars that came in WAY after me. That is not right!! They tried to apologize for the wait and how it is corporate policy to take the orders as they come in! I will never understand how an online order should take precedence over an individual standing in front of you???! That could have been solved by paying attention to my order and making me feel more special by filling my drinks not putting smiley faces on my cup!!!!! Very frustrating experience. We did a mobile order (~$45) and accidently chose this location-meant to choose the Daniel's Parkway and Palomina Location (closer to 75); when I chose recents from the app, this location came up and I did t realize until too late that it was the wrong one. I had no way to cancel the order from the app and when I tried to call their phones were not working. I was unable to get ahold of someone and had to drive an extra 20 minutes out of our way to a destination. Upon arrival they didn't have one item, so gave us something else (not our choice) instead. My venti drink was only filled about 1/2-2/3 full with ice making up the rest. It's as if they thought it was a grande and then didn't fix their mistake. There was a good inch of space from the top of the cup to where the liquid started and ice was piled up in that space-some ice not even being touched by the liquid. When I asked the guy if the phones worked he just looked around confused. read more

Asked for a caramel macchiatto with no foam. Got it with foam. Asked for foam to be taken off and got second one with foam. Was asked to wait in the parking lot for the third try. Been 9 minutes and still no coffee. Also no receipt was offered for a cash purchase. read more

Buy Starbucks all over the country and have here as well. I spend nearly $7.40 each day and asked to get to have my COLD frapacino venti in a larger trenta cup to make room for my extra whip I like. For a while I had the same baristas, but alas they are gone. Generally, my triple venti caramel macchiato with light caramel drizzle tastes exactly the same. Considering the amount of volume this place turns out it is pretty amazing. Hours are wrong, and most photos are of the target location. This is the place across from Moes on Daniels. was taken care by a really nice friendly staff:-) day after christmas. that is very cool. served promptly. no opps with my order, very smooth. excellent late. service with lots of smiles. the ladies bathroom was very clean. biggest problem with lots of places. is hand dryers spread dirt all over the place & u breath it. get it on your contact lenses. yes, there's always dirt & dust on the floor. they can provide recycled paper towels. if ur customers & employees get sick. they will not show up. illness= loss of revenue. good store. hoping 4 a healthier future. read more

Just like every other Starbucks, except this has a drive thru. Therefore, the holding area for the inside patrons is a bit labyrinthian. Why? The front door is the seating area, to which you have to walk around a center display table that's filled with goodies. Get into the snake like maze to order your drink, and you're counting the sheep in front of you waiting to be branded. Outside of the line, the service is quick when there are less people outside in 4 wheeled aluminum cans and more in the air conditioned store. Service is always great, as they are willing to work with special requests. Order a "Shh... secret menu" item, and make sure you ask politely about it. Please and thank you, and they will gladly make the item to order. If it's a first for the barista, you'll get the lip smacking "that sounds delicious" remark as they're writing it on the cup. Definitely a "to go back when in the area" Starbucks. Just wish the parking situation was a little better. read more

This is a solid Starbucks location and HAS A DRIVE THRU! Fast, polite baristas who get your order correct consistently. Not the greatest seating setup if you are looking for a comfy place to post up for a day of work/study, but seating is adequate for shorter coffee breaks. Drive thru usually moves along pretty quickly, but I have noticed the line gets pretty lengthy the closer it gets to 9 in the morning. There are usually only a couple cars in line at 8:15ish when I roll through. read more

A point up for the good service, and I love the half-booth style of the interior with power outlets all along the seats. However, there are definitely parking issues here, some cleaning that needs to be done, and the air conditioning blasts so hard that a winter jacket is required. read more

Don't bother mobile ordering, 10 minutes to arrive, 30 minutes waiting for a Dark Roast (regular coffee). Happened 4 times in one week.

Not impressed. We got there at 9:56 and they had already locked their door. I understand they were getting ready to close but you shouldn't lock the door until it is actually time to close. They were inside and just shook their heads no and said go to the drive thru. Then when we went to the drive thru they were very slow even though no one was in the store and there were about 4 people just goofing off and one girl was even on her phone. By far my worst experience at Starbucks. I can't comment on the product seeing as I was never served. I arrived at around 9:30, the store is supposed to be open until 10:00. Nobody came on the speaker, but I saw a car at the window when I pulled around, so I thought maybe I just needed to wait. I pulled back around, sat for 5 minutes or so, and thought, "maybe they are only taking orders at the window." I pulled around. The car in front of me was never helped, so I thought I'd call the store and see if they were open, nobody answered. There were employees inside. How hard is it to put up a sign that you are closed, or the very least say, "Sorry, we're closed," from the window? A gentleman was standing outside the store with drinks and said his order was wrong, and they wouldn't open up to fix it. What kind of customer service is that? I called corporate and they asked if I was a loyalty member, when I answered no, the rep immediately didn't seem to care about my complaint. I'll just take my money to support locally owned coffee shops or Dunkin. At least they adhere to the store hours or post a sign. read more

I love that this location has a drive through. It has some very friendly people working there... Other days it has a bunch of rude kids working there who are more concerned with their socializing than they are taking care of customers. On two occasions, I used the drive thru, and my order was wrong. One time I ordered tea and was given coffee... How do you manage that? It is very inconvenient to have to return to the store, park, and go in to get your order corrected. The only thing worse is drinking your beverage inside when the teen crew is working. It's like a soap opera as they discuss their drama loud enough for everyone to hear, and one girl was cursing while on a loud phone call. Maybe this location needs to reassess who they hire, or train everyone on professional behavior!! read more

I have to agree with the reviewer who mentioned the teen crew -- I had forgotten about them, they work after school hours, and the only two truly AWFUL drinks I have gotten have been from them; the second one was on an afternoon this last Wednesday, when I got a terrible plain old grande latte from the drive-thru. I should have known to stay away from them in the afternoon! For the second time, the milk (?) tasted WEIRD in my latte, and I do not get any flavors in it, just a straight grande latte; I had to throw it out as I could not drink it; it tasted kind of like cardboard and food-grade wax had been added as a flavoring, and initially it was scalding hot -- maybe the coating on the cup was melting into the drink. In any case, it was not salvageable, although I tried. About $4 down the drain. read more

We needed some coffee after being on the road for a few hours. Found this location on the map and drove here. Only two things that we wanted- a coffee with coconut milk and a white mocha. Guess what?? They were out of coconut milk and white mocha??? Seriously?! To top it off the Starbucks location inside Target which is on the same block had both of these available! I placed my order through the app so that it would be ready by the time I got there, since I was on my way into work, and didn't have a lot of time. When I got there, they looked pretty busy. So I'm standing by the counter where you pick up your drinks, and I'm trying to get someone's attention, but no one was acknowledging me. Austin (one of the baristas) had even made eye contact with me at one point, but then just turned away and continued doing what he was doing. It felt like I had been standing there for about 5 minutes before finally, someone acknowledged me. Sure enough, my drink had been ready and just sitting there, all someone had to do was hand it to me. I thought the whole point of ordering online was so that you DIDN'T have to wait. read more
