I ordered an iced brown sugar shaken espresso, and unfortunately, it tasted like dirt water. It was genuinely undrinkable and I had to throw it out. I think a refresher for the employees on how to properly make certain drinks would be really beneficial for this location! It honestly feels like I'm playing roulette depending on who is making my drink that day. I highly don't recommend going inside when you see that there is a long line in the drive thru. I waited 30 minutes inside for an iced grande vanilla latte, a bagel toasted, and a single shot of espresso. 30 whole minutes as I counted 30 cars go by in the drive thru not even kidding. That's ridiculous. There were people that ordered at the register about 20 minutes after me and got multiple iced coffee drinks quicker than me. On November 8th at 7:10am I went to Starbucks at Chester street in Cape Coral I asked for a tall pike roast coffee I was told bye clerk they are out of hot coffee and I could order an Americana or an iced coffee. Needless to say I left without my hot pike roast. I asked again why they couldn't answer my question. I feel being a well known coffee establishment should never be out of hot coffee. Usually don't have a problem with this location however I don't think I will be back. I ordered a small matcha latte and I waited 20 minutes and still didn't have it. I understand places get busy but the workers were running around hardly making any of the tickets. Busy Starbucks on Cape Coral Boulevard, it does have a drive through and a small parking lot. Seating inside and out. Mom wanted a coffee so we headed here and she had her latte while I had a simple drip. Service was good and the restaurant is clean. The help inside are a bunch of burnouts they don't pay attention because the music is too loud and you have to repeat your order several times because of the volume of the music. This is the world's worst Starbucks. I'm staying a block away on vacation and have tried to get coffee here three mornings in a row. Two of those mornings they gave me stone cold coffee. Like is the burner broken kind of cold. Like is this from yesterday kind of cold. Today, going through the drive thru they said they were just out of all brewed coffee. It wasn't even 7am and literally no one comes here. One to two people in line at max at any time. Insane. read more

I really enjoyed my visit to this Starbucks this afternoon. I just needed a place to crash for an hour or so with a good cup of coffee before my next appointment. The location was convenient, parking adequate, outside of the store looked nice, the inside was normal sized and clean, the employee who served me was friendly, my coffee was served quickly and was delicious, A/C and WiFi worked well, seating included different number of chairs, tables, including comfortable chairs, and music was playing not too loud. read more

We stopped in here because my parents had shut off their internet in their summer condo. We were entertaining ourselves with some shows on my computer through the Apple TV. A summer storm came through and shut the power off to the place. It popped back on a fried the Apple TV. I'm 30 years old and didn't know that you had to plug things into a power strip. Anyway, we plugged the Apple TV into my computer and tried to reinstall the software but needed internet. Enter Starbucks on Cape Coral Parkway. We stopped in & got a couple drinks. I only get fraps because I'm not a huge fan of coffee or hot drinks. The vanilla bean was the usual. The Internet was pretty fast here which helped when downloading files to try & fix the Apple TV (it didn't fix it & we had to order a new one). The staff here was friendly enough but a little boisterous, I wouldn't come here to study/read. It was also pretty cold inside. I'm glad they have ac when it's 93 outside but 60 is pretty chilly. I come to this Starbucks almost every week to study for my classes or grab a drink before I go to work. The staff at this location is absolutely amazing. If I was the General Manager at this location I would be very proud! It's a clean and well organized store and every barista always gets my drink exactly how I want it, they make me feel at home, and I know it's a weird thing to comment but the AC is always at a perfect temperature to help me concentrate and study. Came to this Starbucks and let me tell you THEY ARE DOING SOMETHING RIGHT. Staff was very helpful and attentive. My girlfriend was feeling sick and wanted a Ginger drink. On the menu they only had them iced. After hearing our disappointment the person taking our order (Wish I remembered his name) spoke it over with other team members and said that they would make it for us anyway. Starbucks has finally won me over. Let's not get crazy though. I am still not a fan of their coffee. That burnt taste and smell is something that I will never ever grow to like, but their new handcrafted Sparkling Teas , Iced Shaken Teas, and Refreshers have made me their new long lost customer, and have kept me coming back this week wanting to try more. Personal favorite, Pink Drink. It's not on the menu, but this drink has become a very popular thing over the internet so, I had to go in and see what all the fuss was about . Its a Strawberry Acai Refresher(made from Green Coffee extract) with added Coconut Milk. I'm an Instant Fan . They're lightly caffeinated with 55mg of caffeine which is perfect for someone who is trying to quit coffee like me, or for someone who just needs a little pick me up. It's iced to keep you cool because, I don't know about you, but I definitely have not been interested in drinking hot coffee in this near 100 degree weather we've been having here in Florida. Just ask for it, the staff knows what it is. The Iced Passion Tango Tea also great, and another new Favorite that I just tried yesterday, The Berry Sangria Tea. I had them make that one on the Fizzio machine instead of shaken for a little bubbly carbonation. That one made the wheels turn a little bit . I thought hmmm , you know what would be good in this??? Because as soon as I sat in the car the lid was leaking and because of the leak a lot of coffee spill out and burned my leg. Let me begin with the pumpkin spice nonsense. I liked the PSL at the beginning, it was a fair taste. Cloves, nutmeg, allspice... it's not bad. The fad is ridiculous since the drink doesn't taste like pumpkin at all. There are places that offer dessert drinks that contain actual pumpkin puree, but not the Starbucks PSL. This Starbucks is just a block or two away from my apartment. Definitely a treat for a local. While nothing is outstanding about the menu, of course, I cannot complain about the customer service. I like to learn and ask about all of the different types of drinks and the Reserve coffee beans. My usual go-to coffee is a hazelnut cappuccino. While I wish Starbucks offered more natural flavorings, the unknown chemical syrup will have to do. I do dabble with the caramel macchiato, but I admit; taste and coffee strength is not much different than an average cappuccino. My boyfriend usually gets the javachip frapp. Any frapp isn't exciting to me. They are just slushies. The staff is always very nice and helpful before they must go on to the next customer. All four stars are for the staff of course. :) Really tempted to try the food? Had a bad experience with a Target Starbucks' food once, pretty reluctant to try again. read more

Surprised that this Starbucks doesn't have any reviews. I'm visiting Cape Coral for a few weeks, already been to this place almost every day. I usually (not always) go to the drive-thru, always get super quick service and the staff is very friendly. Plus, the coffee tastes good and the place looks real nice and well-kept. I've been to a few Starbucks places here in Florida, and this one is my favorite so far. Good and fast service, friendly staff, good coffee, with a drive-thru. Just came in to the drive through and from the first second the drive through attendant was the most adorable and sweet person in the entire world! She took our order and I couldn't wait to get up to the window and tell her how nice she was! We found out her name was Tiffany!
