I spent one morning in Starbucks working. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that they offer dine in plates and cups. This was new to me! They even delivered my items to my table. I love the brown sugar shaken espresso and normally order that or an iced americano. I love Starbucks and visit quite frequently. I typically do the drive thru and always have good service. Super busy at 10:15 am with every table inside occupied by someone with a laptop and most of them with headphones on, so you're not going to be getting a seat here to drink your coffee. Everyone loves to go to Starbucks cuz they have fantastic coffee, which they do. However, there are times when I'm not a fan such as when I meet a client at Starbucks and I noticed that one of their bathrooms is broken. Or today when I went I wanted to sit outside and most their tables were dirty and had spills on them and no one wipes them off. Another thing that annoys me is that there's no garbage cans outside, so if you're sitting outside at their dining tables, there's no where to throw your trash. In my opinion, it's the little things that make a business stand out compared to its competitors. read more

Ordered a venti hot chai tea received a grande she apparently entered the wrong one on the computer. Ordered almond milk no foam I don't think I got almond milk. It doesn't taste the same and I got foam in the drink. The sticker says almond milk and no foam. Stopped going to Starbucks for these continued reasons swung by today to try it again. 0945 drove up to grab a coffee. Didn't brush my hair or put a bra on- THANKFULLY it's a drive-thru! Two cars ahead of me to order- took 3 minutes for them- then my turn. Ordered my latte and another 3 minutes later coffee was in hand. I'm not sure if they borrowed some of the associates from Chick-fila BUT this Starbucks has it going on! They are so friendly and efficient! Shoutout to Robin- who offered two "Pup Cups" to my pup passengers today too!! This Starbucks has the most friendly staff ever!! They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and make sure u like ur order, & always recommending new drinks. BEST BARISTAS in the game! This is a crazy busy location but the staff constantly is keeping up with it all. I go here every weekend to study and have never had a problem. This Starbucks location is pretty good! I was in the area for work, without my own transportation, so I had to have a Lyft driver bring me here on my way to the office. There's no drive-thru, but I got in, grabbed some grab-and-go snack items, and ordered a coffee and was out the door quickly. The location seemed clean and efficient. Great drinks The slowest service ever. I was in the store at 630 and I had one person was in front of me getting a cold drink and no one on the line outside. It took them almost 10 minutes before I got two drinks. Anytime you go in they have several people in the store and not sure why it takes forever. Moving on to my old Starbucks where service was quicker. read more

I am a Starbucks regular in the cape and in Naples. However this girl at the window on this Sunday afternoon, was rude. I have a yeti in my car to pour my nitro in. After I did that I handed her back the cup that she just handed me and she states, "I don't take garbage" so she is calling her work garbage. It was the same cup she just handed me. And there is no trash can anywhere to be found in that parking lot. My bf ordered a frap and she didn't even give us a straw either. We will NOT be going back to that location. read more

I don't got to Starbucks very often but we went with friends after church and since this is located right down the street in a strip mall it was the perfect location. The staff were extremely pleasant and the Strawberry Green Tea was great. We sat outside as there were not many seats available inside. It was hot but seating was in the shade so it was bearable. read more

I have been drinking coffee at this location since it opened years ago. Recently the service has drastically worsened. It seems mobile orders take priority over in store orders. My wife and I waited for 15 minutes for a cup of coffee so I ordered another through the mobile ap and it was immediately delivered. read more

This Starbucks is great except the parking lot . It's not so much the employees fault but they do park in the parking lot that has limited parking and drive space especially when large vehicles are involved. If they parked across the way it would be so awful. Who ever designed your drive thru and parking lot clearly expected everyone to know how to squeeze around other cars. read more

This Starbucks is in a busy corner of College and Winkler (also known as College Plaza). No matter what time of day it is, people are milling about, drinking their liquid libation both in and outside the store. Outside is set up with 4 seated round tables (with umbrellas) and inside has 2 seat tables, a couch or two, and arm chairs. It's smaller on the inside, but it's comfortable. Typical Starbucks prices, so its more money than drink, but some how people are always going! It's right between my house and work, so I can always stop in at the last second if I need a quick pick me up. read more

Enjoyed going to this Starbucks. In Fort Myers, "local" coffee shops are fairly scarce unless you seek them out, and I liked the convenience of this location. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating. Usually pretty clean. I had my favorite baristas, for sure, but the staff, as a whole, was always friendly and efficient. There are so many Dunkin' Donuts in the area that having a decent Starbucks is a welcome presence. I only ever had one "bad" drink there, when a barista thought she was doing me a favor by LOADING my drink (I mean, like, two inches of it) with caramel because I didn't want whipped cream--which I definitely did not ask for and actually said, "uhhh, that's enough!" as it was happening. They have a lot of regulars and they get very busy in the morning before work and after 2:30 pm on weekdays, but the baristas know the regulars' names and orders, are friendly and efficient, and if they serve you something, IT TASTES GOOD. I just yesterday, once again, got a terrible drink from the drive-thru of the Starbucks on Daniels, I should have known to stay away from them in the afternoon! Second time, the milk tasted WEIRD in my latte, and I do not get any flavors in it, just a straight grande latte. The Starbucks on College has NEVER given me a bad drink and I go there a lot more often than I go to Daniels -- just wish they had a drive thru! read more
