Service, when I came in the barista didn't acknowledge me even though I was the only one in line. When she finally did talk, she said what do you want, like I'm a disservice. I scanned my app and I said I want to use my points she then flipped to my debit card and charged me. i said that's not what I wanted and she had no words. While I waited on my drink I used the restroom where there was literal poop on the seat and urine on the ground. I got out of there quickly and when I got out, I grabbed my drink and the other barista said we close in one minute to me and the other guest. I find that their lack of care and grace was already upsetting but charging me extra for a drink that I wanted to use my points on was infuriating. This Starbucks location is welcoming, clean, and spacious. It is located in the middle of the shopping center on Camp Bowie. There is a nice patio outside to get that Vitamin D. I walked inside to get a drink and was immediately greeted by the barista. I called ahead to post something on the community board, which is a nice feature of Starbucks. She was helpful showing me where it was. I asked about what was included in the free drink offer I had in my app. She explained it in full detail with a friendly attitude. I ordered the cascara latte with soy. The taste was okay. It has a subtle sweetness to it. It is very rare that I drink coffee and I felt quite a buzz from the drink! There have been several Starbucks locations that I went to where they had neglected to clean the bathroom. This Starbucks had a clean smelling bathroom without trash on the floor. It was much appreciated. One cool thing I saw was a Starbucks gingerbread house kit. I didn't even know those existed! It was 50% in case you're interested! (I went in on 1/24/17). The people in the attached picture hoarded 3 of the 4 tables in this area. I asked if I could sit at one because the other tables were full, and the gentlemen in the pic was very upset and basically said no. Luckily another table opened Otherwise, good place for a Starbucks. 2nd photo is the old fart club. Here almost every morning I have stopped at this location and notice how many tables they take up just for the five of them. There was no other seating in the restaurant. Hayley is the best! She is so friendly, nice, and attentive even when she has a line of customers. I sat there observing and let me tell you she always kept her cool with a huge smile on her face. She got my order just right without skipping a beat. She knew a lot of the regulars which tells me she always keeps the same attitude. I'm so happy to be moving right down the street because I know ow this will be my go to Starbucks. Only downfall is that there's no drive-thru but hey the upside is you get to go in and know there's a smile with your drink waiting for you. So Admittedly, I may not be the typical Starbucks Clientele, but I have a buddy who is a Starbucks "platinum card holding groupie" he swears his devotion to Starbucks all across the Nation, as well as internationally and when he is in town we hang out here. Let me say the Barista here are just the coolest! They are very patient and friendly. They always explain the menu, the ordering process and even the hip "Starbucks Lingo" to me. One of the most exciting things about this location is the eclectic patronage. I saw local artist, university students, retired military,, authors, politicians, carpenters, hung over musicians, off duty police officers, mothers, weight lifters and old fat folks like myself. It is a small community! People all chatting and expressing ideas and various concepts like you do within a family. I had so much fun I insisted we go back the next day....and when we walked into the shop one of the regulars said "well Hello Stan" I don't even drink coffee....(but the hot tea here is pretty fabulous) ....but I believe I have found a cool little community of free thinkers and coffee connoisseur's that made me feel very welcomed. Bottom Line: Standard Starbucks with quirky and friendly baristas. Admittedly, I am not a Starbucks regular who can rattle off my order in my sleep. I either just get a drip coffee or get a recommendation from the barista. Given that, I appreciate that the staff here was knowledgeable and good at making recommendations. They also seemed to have a good handle on some of the newer Starbucks offerings. Also, I think the baristas here are perfectly quirky, friendly and engaging - all likeable traits. Also, I like that they take pride in their craft and just make afternoon tea and cookies seem special. There is not a drive-through here but parking is convenient and people here just seem happy. This is my favorite Starbucks store in Fort Worth! The customers are eclectic and friendly. It's easy to find myself in an interesting conversation in this crossroadsy, coffee culture atmosphere, like a coffee shop is meant to have. I've actually made a few friends here. The staff are genuinely helpful and personable. Service is timely and my drinks are always made well. Starbucks has sucked me in with the rewards program. I'm here enough to earn a free drink every three weeks or so. This afternoon I redeemed a reward with a triple venti nonfat no water chai (aka Dirty Chai), a recipe I learned from a generous customer in line in front of me who ordered one. Yummy!! This location is extremely close to where I live and very convenient to drop by for an evening of studying. Sometimes they get crowded but between the atrium of the Frost Bank building and their variety of seating inside, I can always find a study spot. Their staff make the effort to get to know you and learn your name which is much more than I can say about the other Starbucks locations I have been to. They are also speedy! Plus Frost bank covers your drink once a month on specific days. Can't complain much about this location - keep up the good work! read more

The employees are kind of rude. The cashier was wonderful although he did ring my order in wrong. That's no big deal, it can be fixed and mistakes happen. What was irritating was when I pointed out and the guy who made it acted as if I was inconveniencing him by asking him to correct it. He didn't even say anything to me (although he didn't have to because it showed on his face) just told the guy behind him it was wrong and went about his day. No I'm sorry or I'll fix that for you. He isn't the only one though. The guy who remade it looked just as annoyed and said nothing to me either when he took the drink and when he gave it back. It was a black coffee. They made it iced when I wanted it hot. It's hardly an inconvenience. It's not like I ordered a frappaccino with skim milk and extra caramel, chocolate with little ice and 4 shots of espresso. On top of that I ordered two other drinks (so I had three total) and was never given or offered a drink tray to carry it out. I'm assuming they thought I was an octopus. I'm a manager at a restaurant next door and I had gone to pick up coffee for my other managers. Good customer service (or even just decent) is something I know and expect when I'm paying $20 for three drinks. I think I'll stick with the starbucks down the street that has the drive thru. They are always super friendly, attentive and come across as if they really like their job. read more

Went there for a drink today, as I do every day, and get the same drink I get every time. Well when I received it it didn't look at all like what I normally get, so I double check with the barista and he confirms it is indeed my drink. This Starbucks location is by far the worst when it comes to responding to mobile app orders. My mobile orders are ready pretty much every time I arrive except for this Starbucks location. My mobile order has been forgotten on multiple occasions resulting in extended waits to resubmit (remind) the workers of my order. The mobile app is really great in saving time for pickup, but the neglect that this place has for mobile orders makes the app useless. For this reason I now typically try to drive to other nearby locations when I can. read more

Came here with a friend and ordered a drink and sweet snack each. While I relieved both my items in a timely manner, my friend did not. We stood around and waited, and waited, and waited. Then we noticed the girl who had taken out order was changing the trash and wiping down tables. So we told her we were short a drink and when she finished her duties and not right away she got the drink. She also did not wash her hand. (Yes hand as she only had one.)
