Hit or miss, went two days in a row and ordered different drinks. Both times I asked for a simple customization- 1/3 decaf. This was on drinks that normally get 3 shots. So that means 2 regular shots and 1 decaf. I like the taste of coffee, but sometimes don't want the full amount of caffeine. Both times I received a very watery drink, barely tasted like coffee, and didn't wake me up at all like it normally does. I am new in the area and gave this location a try 3 times and ordered a different drink every time. 2 cold drinks & 1 hot drink. ALL of the drinks were somehow watered down, even the cold drinks (which did not contain ice). I was so grateful for the early morning hours as we were leaving for Texas around 0530! We've never had any problems with this location when we've visited, they're fast and the drinks taste great. This trip, the drinks tasted good but they didn't give us cup cozies and it was too hot to even handle for a few minutes. I actually ended up taking my mask and using it to protect my hands (it's clean haha). That's my only complaint, please don't forget the cozies for hot drinks. My husband was in a hurry to get on the road and didn't want to wait in the drive thru again just for one, a bit inconvenient. No worries though, customer service was fantastic! Probably the best Starbucks I've been to! The employees are AMAZING. Super friendly and gave me some great future drink ideas. The pistachios latte is back and I am in heaven. The sticker for my daughter's strawberry creme Frappuccino some how got lost, so they made what we originally ordered without a problem. We sat down and my name was called...they found the original sticker and accidentally made that one too so they gave us that one too! Nice extra treat. Staff members are friendly and quick! Early in the mornings it takes a while to receive your food because of all the orders; however, this Starbucks does a great job handling their busy times of the day. Writing this review I'm torn, there are a few Starbucks that I try to frequent more than others for certain reasons. I typically divide my patronage between the two closest to my house, with one of those being this particular location. There is normally a line that goes out of the parking lot & down the side of the street, typically for good reason. I order the same thing every time I go, via mobile order, Triple Venti Breve White Mocha. My problem lately has been inconsistency. Sometimes I get them & they're amazing with fabulous flavor & whipped cream to top it off. Other times like today, I received a coffee that tasted like white mocha milk with a touch of coffee, no whipped cream & it was about an inch from the top. I worked at Starbucks for a very long time & I'm quite picky, this was simply lacking. My assumption is that it has 2 shots, & this time since I didn't request/pay for whipped cream I didn't get that either. I have had times where I've paid for the whipped cream & still didn't get it. I came home & had to add 4 oz of Dunkin Dark to make it drinkable. Super frustrating when I have to "fix" a $7.47 coffee. One day last week, I ordered a Trenta Iced Tea Lemonade, once home I realized it was a Vente. Label on cup said Trenta, I paid for Trenta & got a Venti. Leaving this on a high note, staff is always personable & friendly in the drive through & typically it's a good experience. I am not a big fan of this location. They are really inconsistent in how they make the same drink. For example, I have gotten a salted cold foam cold brew from this location three times. The first time they mixed it all together. The second time they made it correctly, cold brew coffee with a good bit of cold foam floating on. This past time it's like they over filled the cup with coffee and could barely fit any foam in it. I only go back because it's near my house. If you can go to a different location, do so. Just an update, gave the location yet another try. Same order. Once again it was poorly done. The coffee was watery like the ice had melted in it and the cold foam tasted weird, like it hadn't been sweetened perhaps. Knocked off another star and won't be returning to this location. read more

I ordered for the first time via drive thru here, the line was not busy. I asked for (word for word) "hi can I please get a venti caramel ribbon crunch? With oat milk and no whip cream, also can I get the cup lined with caramel? Thank you" they said "yes." So I paid, the drive thru attendee was handing me my drink. I first noticed that the cup was NOT lined with caramel, so i politely asked "sorry did I get charged for the cup being lined with caramel or no?" Because I figured if I wasn't charged- no biggie I'll live without it. But if I was charged then I'd want a refund or have it added. The attendee said to me "oh she didn't line it for you?" I blankly said "no" because you can tell when the cup has been lined or hasn't. She took the cup from my hand and mockingly said "who wants to line the cup? I need a liner? Do I have a liner? Who's going to line it up?" After a minute of the mocking, I got my drink and left. I took a sip and it tasted like cream/ milk. I was so disappointed. And embarrassed I just drove away. read more

I came to this Starbucks drive through earlier this afternoon & it was very busy!! But the line moved quickly! When it was my turn I tried paying for part of my order with a $10 gift card, but I couldn't remember which card had the $10 on it. The ladies helping at the window tried to check the cards on two different computers but their internet was failing them, so the manager relayed to the drive through gal to just give my order to me for free. Over $25.00 in coffee & pastries! I was shocked and very pleasantly surprised so I payed for the gal behind me! The ladies working the drive through window were so kind, and very cognizant of how long my turn was taking. They were just both so awesome. I typically view all starbucks locations to be relatively the same in regards to service and drinks/food, the only thing being unique is the interior decor which can vary uniquely from store to store. It's normally a pleasurable experience for me going to Starbucks but I was very impressed by the customer service at this location. The baristas were extra friendly while taking my order and had no hesitation interacting with me while they were making make hot chocolate. The barista making my drink asked me what my plans were the rest of the evening; I swear she was being friendly and professional. I told her that I was gonna go home and watch something on Netflix. She suggested some show called Maid and stated that it's probably not a type of show I'd watch, as a guy I suppose... and she was right. Looking it up, I'd probably never watch a show like Maid, but due to her friendliness, and some extra free time, I'll at least watch a couple of episodes. And more importantly, my hot chocolate with praline syrup came out fast and delicious! Bravo! read more

When I pressed further about why, I was given explanations about pre-making iced drinks (which I did not order) and the caffeine amount makes it so it's not possible. I've been to this location multiple times and the staff always greets you when you walk in and says to have a good day as you leave. They are fast and always make my order correctly. The only reason I gave 3 stars is one day when I was in, I placed a mobile order due to needing to hop on a meeting and while making my drink one of the employees was complaining that I asked for my grande drink in a venti cup. I'd been through the drive through here several times (very efficient) and then I came here to work for a few hours one day. From the start, the staff were super friendly and helpful. I think nearly every employee said hi to me, which was so sweet. They were also super fast with my drink and food, and sometimes at Starbucks food can take awhile but that wasn't my experience at all. I was here before lunch on a weekday and it was busy but not packed. There were several other people and a great vibe going on. They have lots of tables and they get great natural sunlight in the morning. I also say right next to an outlet (wasn't planned) but I didn't keep an eye out for more. This is a decent Starbucks. It's new-ish and has a drive thru. So far, they have always gotten my order right. I have gone to this Starbucks a few times solely for the fact that it is close to my house... Every time I have gone, the staff is less than friendly. No one says Hello, no one acknowledges me. Then when someone finally approaches the register so I can order it's like a burden that I'm there! It is ridiculous how long drinks take to be made and quite frankly I could handle that-If their attitudes were better. I even overheard the staff talking to each other about how they hope the weather continues to get worse so they won't have any customers and they can all go home. Alright Starbucks, if you don't want customers your wish is granted. I will not go to this location ever again. I gave it three tries and al three times its been a disappointment. read more

We recently moved down to fountain and our regular Starbucks is just to far this one is 3min from the house, however I'm truly disappointed. The parking is horrible the line is always all the way back into the street, which is super annoying considering it's a very busy shopping center way to much going on to be stuck out in the street for my coffee, service each time I have gone which has been a handful of times because I always want to give places the benefit of the doubt and not judge on 1 bad egg, but the employees are always so rude. They sound tired and irritated and come across like they hate their jobs. So unfortunately this coffee-maniac cannot and will not be making this my new home base stop for coffee. read more
