I would give it another shot and possibly order a lunch sandwich next week, or just get a bagel with cream cheese. My order also took a very long time to get out, and people behind me got their orders before I did. One register was also broken and couldn't accept Apple Pay. But, it's still a Starbucks and the convenience of ordering online using the app so that your drink is sitting there ready for pickup when you come in, will keep me coming back whenever I'm in the area and need a bit of a caffeine boost.
