Today in store me and 2 friends came in, one work who works at a starbucks. The employee at the register got something about all of our drinks wrong, either making my white mocha a normal one or removing the coconut from my friends macha. They also (pointed out my the worker friend) made the strawberry base wrong, being too diluted to have a normal strawberry acai. To add on the lady who gave us our drinks was just rude, giving us rude looks while handing us our wrong drinks. The general ambiance was fine but our drinks being wrong and a rude employee culiminated in a terrible experience. Do better!! read more

This Starbucks is amazing . Super clean including the bathrooms . Staff is welcoming and friendly . Plenty of parking for free in the huge lot . Indoor and outdoor seating . I ordered the mocha cookie crumble , refresher and a bagel with cream cheese . It was good . The prices are moderate which is normal across the board for a Starbucks in MA . One of my favorite Starbucks in the region, dog friendly, fast and competent. The best thing about the location is the space inside is big and the space outside is even bigger. Whether you're running in at 6:30am to grab your morning coffee or 2pm for your afternoon pick me up, every barista is amazing. It's not very often you find a starbucks that can consistently make your order just the way you like it or consistently has kind service - and this is one of the few. Brews are never bitter, sandwiches are never burnt, and service is always impeccable. This location tends to get very busy and during any peak hours, management goes above and beyond to make sure orders are going out quickly and accurately. Feel free to ask questions about different drinks or ask for a recommendation - you might be surprised to find a new favorite! I stopped in today to pick up my mobile order and was bummed about what appeared to be a lack of ice in my drink and just sort of waved the guy's explanation off and left, because at the end of the day, it's just coffee. I didn't say that though, I just waved my arm and left. Naturally my brain was going my whole drive home .... was I rude? I hope not, this is my favorite location in the area, I drive out of my way to get there sometimes ... oh man, did I ever tell them they're doing great ... have I ever even reviewed it or said anything nice?? Turns out I did, about 6 years ago so it's definitely rime for an update. My drinks are consistently made well & quickly at this location. I pass 2 other locations on my way to this one but it's intentional, because I know what to expect and I'm never disappointed. Everyone is friendly, the place is always clean and it just has a good "we all like our jobs and get along" vibe. I'll go out of my way to this location any day, ice or no ice :) read more

Giving this a 3 star since in the past this location has been pretty decent but after my recent trip, not so much. I can't even believe how terribly made my latte was today. Literally the entire cup was just foam. I kept taking sips & having to spit the drink out since my entire mouth was filled with foam. Finally I ended up having to dump more than half of the $5 drink onto the ground to finally get to some actual coffee. Wish I had went back in & complained but I was rushing to get back to work. I get this latte every day from a different Starbucks down the street & they are always great but good God I've never had such a nasty one like this before. Nothing worse than when you're having one of those mornings and you're really looking forward to picking up your mobile starbucks order but you get there and your latte looks like this... Not for nothing but a venti latte from starbucks is definitely on the pricey side but in my opinion- worth it. Today... not so worth it. I got a grande amount but paid for a venti. Kinda annoyed about it especially since this isn't the first time this has happened. This is probably the 5th time I've picked up my latte and it has looked like this. This is the starbucks I visit every morning since it is closest to my work. I would hate to start going out of my way to a different starbucks so I really hope they correct this on-going problem. As a Starbucks fan I stop in at many of them. The traffic and parking is tricky at this location since it is at the corner of the shopping plaza. They do have outdoor tables with umbrellas which is nice in the summer. Although not too relaxing to watch the traffic go by. The store front is the only window area so the back of the store tends to be a bit dark but now that I think about it that may be common. Long and narrow is the trend. read more

yea, two measly stars, less if you dont account for quality product. so yesterday i went to the same starbucks i go to, oh lets say 3-4 times a week, usually i need a 2pm coffee/ice coffee and its either here or the one up the street, plenty of ones to go to. I LIKED this one because it was in barns and nobles and i can read some free lit while i sip, thats over as of now. So i literally waited 17 minutes for an ice coffee. not a double strawberry frapichino with whipped cream from swedish elves or something like that, flat out iced coffee. I waited on line for a good 7 minutes, for like 5 people, yea, it shouldnt be that long to even place the order, but it was. at this point i didnt even want to humor them with their fratalian dialect talk they use, medium cinnamon ice coffee, did you mean the dolce cinnamon sir? shit, you see me all the freaking time, i order the same freaking thing every time, im familiar, dont correct me and get lady sheeeesshhhh! so that was fun, waiting was even better, there the cup sat waiting, as was I. hey 1 barista for 81 people at a peek period, why not look as the blender is concocting all those stupid chinos and fill the cup with flavor, coffee and then ice. after a good 8 minutes, they figured out how to add flavor then coffee, but couldnt pull the trigger on the ice, so they left it 2/3 complete when they decide to clean some hardware. thanks, im in no rush. yup, i huffed and puffed and they finally put the ice into the cup and instead of handing it to my outstretched arm, decided to place it far away on the counter with a "have a nice day" which is really "GFY" in retail read between the lines speak. anyway, thanks for wasting my time shoppers world *$, i can go elsewhere and not bother you with my normal uneventful order. read more

This is one of the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. There were only about 5 people in the cafe when I ordered but it still took me a solid 15 minutes to get my WRONG ORDER. I ordered a Starbucks Doubleshot and instead of looking up a recipe because she obviously didn't know how to make the drink (thats on their menu) I watched her make an iced latte and when I questioned her she just said "yeah its a double shot" when we both knew it wasn't but I took my bullshit latte because I was running late to work because I waited 20 MINUTES IN AN EMPTY STORE. Actually, I really like this Starbucks and I make it a point to stop in whenever I am in Natick. It's really easy to get on and off of Rt. 9, too. There is also a small side parking lot that makes it less daunting. I stopped in one afternoon and the barista taking orders told each customer that the espresso machine wasn't working correctly so it would take a few extra minutes for drinks. That's okay, and I really appreciated him telling me. I didn't mind having to wait a few extra minutes for my drink. My drink was made incorrectly, and the barista didn't argue with me and apologized for the mistake. Don't deal with the one at Shopper's World or in the mall. Come here. read more

This is a pretty good Starbucks, with ample parking and great access to Route 9 and Highway 30. The only issue I have with this Starbucks is at least 75% of the time I'm there on my way to work, there are far too few employees to handle the morning rush. I purchased a coffee mug as a Christmas gift. Unfortunately I purchased the wrong mug. I went back to exchange the mug, but they did not have the "you are here" collection. I asked for a refund. I was told since a line was forming ,I would have to wait. No problem, 3 people were behind me. The line grew to 8 customers so I got back in line and told them I could no longer wait. It took less than 10 seconds to do the refund. I went across the street to Barnes and Nobles and thought I would give the Starbucks in the bookstore a chance. They had the correct mug and also gave me a free flat white. Nice gesture, but the flat white tasted bad, like the coffee was burnt. I just don't see the allure of this chain. Overall rating of Starbucks in general: 4 stars. Minus one star at this location for not enough seating. I was visiting my friend in Framingham and found myself here passing some time while waiting for her to get home from work. I was occupying one of the two cushy chairs by the door and there were four more small tables, each one occupied with someone working on a laptop. I sat reading and felt semi-pressured by the suit-and-tie clad customers coming in to give up my seat so they could set up shop. No one said anything to me, but the impatient looks and the lingering and hovering that occurred was somewhat annoying. Now, their sense of entitlement is not Starbucks' fault, of course, but if there were more seating, which there seemed to be plenty of room for, this unpleasantry could have easily been avoided. On the whole, I think all Starbucks could be improved by keeping the merchandise on the walls and replacing the awkwardly placed shelving units with more tables. read more

This is the absolute worst Starbucks I've visited. My sister and I waited 30 mins for our two grande drinks. The customer service and management sucks. We arrived at Starbucks on a Saturday, 12/29 around 2:30pm, so yes it was already pretty busy. But even with this amount of orders and customers, the Starbucks in the Natick mall provides quicker and better service. We ordered our drinks probably at around 2:40pm, and we waited 10 mins for one grande drink. Then continued to wait for my sisters drink. When another 10 mins passed, we became very impatient as customers who arrived after us already left. I spoke politely to the barista, despite such awful service to ask if their was a grande strawberry Acai lined up in their orders. The baristas all looked and it seemed like they screwed up and didn't even put our other order in line. The manager finally prepared our cup and put it LAST in the line of the other orders to be made as we've been waiting 20+mins already. Everybody AFTER us had already gotten their orders and left! And when the barista finally got to our order, she took her sweet time to put other stuff away and then finally made our drink. When we got our drink at 3:15pm, she did not even apologize for the long wait and she knew we've been standing their waiting for the entire time. I did not get her name but she had glasses and short hair, horrible customer service and very b****y if you ask me. She could have taken two seconds to make our grande drink first when I asked, since it was a mixture of juice and strawberries. Or the manager could've gotten off his phone and made our drink! That would have been nice, but no their customer service absolutely sucks. I hope they get a new manager because this guy with braces is not making it. And throughout this, my sister and I did not make a scene nor were we rude, I even said 'thank you' to the rude barista. But I am never coming back to this location again.
