Stopped by this location after seeing it across the lot--I was thrilled to see I had enough in my account for a treat! The interior is beautiful and incredibly clean; it definitely has that "brand new" feel. I noticed the drive-thru was packed, so I headed inside for a simple Green Peach Tea. I was a bit surprised by the wait time considering there were five people behind the counter, but I know new stores often have kinks to work out. I want to give a huge shout-out to one specific barista who was incredibly diligent and clearly aware of the customers waiting. She was the standout! I'll probably give them a few months to find their rhythm before I head back, but I'm glad to have a nice new spot in the area. read more

Just moved to the area and been coming here almost daily; ordering always online. Always right my Triple Tall Latte with Raw sugar and the Quadruple Espresso with raw sugar. They are always on time. So I see this location has not improved from my last review! Went and got my drink the usual and they still cannot get it correct! Tastes like straight milk, the cold foam is watery, no caramel but a drizzle on one side of the cup, you can't even taste the espresso! I'm not sure why corporate can't invest in training their employees properly! I've been to other locations and their baristas take pride in making their drinks! I really hate to leave a negative review, but this has happened far too many times. The first time, I assumed it was just a new barista. The second time, I ordered a half-decaf white mocha that looked more like milk, but I still gave them the benefit of the doubt. The third time, watered down. This is a convenient location for me, but I avoid when possible. Today, I stopped by again bc it was on my way and I figured they can't possible get it wrong. Unfortunately, my regular white mocha was once again completely watered down. At this point, the problem is clearly consistent. It hurts my feelings to give this location a 3 star review. New staff and they are just not friendly and need to have more training. Last two times they have left stuff off my order. Please bring back the old crew, they had customer service down to an ART... Second thing and it's not the locations fault it's the company's fault . If you are going to have all these holiday drinks and cookies and all of this fun stuff, then you need to be able to support your locations with stock. Worst service!! I left my card at home...but I have the Starbucks app and enough points to get 6 free drinks or items so I stopped by. I'm a new mom and just left the Pediatric office and wanted to finally grab a drink and egg white bites. When it was time to pay and scan they said they could see I had points and tried to scan 3-4 times but the system was not taking my points. They had already handed me the food and drink but then asked me for my food item and drink back all while My newborn baby was hysterically crying in the back seat. (This drive through line you cannot get out of it has a pavement on both sides of the drive through) I've made mistakes before at Starbucks like prepay and order drinks via the app at the wrong location and they still make my drink. I didn't expect free drinks or food but you literally handed the egg white bites and drink to me and itS not my fault your scanner was not working. And clearly I'm in a high stress situation with my newborn crying, where is the compassion? This was embarrassing and disappointing. I will never support this specific store again. Wow! What a disgusting experience. Came to grab a quick snack and the first thing I saw was flys (alive and dead) on the demo. I told Ellie and she literally said "yes it's like that" and I was "it looks pretty disgusting you should clean it" but no, she avoid and just continue working. This is something that speaks a lot of their cleanness, if the demo is like that I can imagine how dirty is the rest. This location is VERY busy. The drive thru area is always crazy. But that is not the reason for the low score. I ordered on the app to save time. I ended up with a room temperature latte. You can't hear the barista because of the music. There are 30 drinks on the counter. Since the drink was placed in the wrong area and turned around I didn't see it. After 10 minutes, I finally figured out there was an issue. Very disappointing way to start of the day. $4.5 for a small room temperature latte that I waited 20 minutes for (10 minutes for initial wait and 10 minutes because there is no communication with anyone at this location). They really need to hire at least one more person. Stop using being very busy as an excuse. Also, the tables were dirty. You can do better. read more

The service, food, and drinks meet expectations. My issue is the atmosphere. It sounds like a rock concert in this location. The staff has rock music or the latest hits playing at a volume where even they have to yell. If you're just using the drive-thru, there's no issue. If you want to sit down and enjoy coffee and have a conversation, go down the road a little farther. read more

Love the proximity of this Starbucks to Little Elm, Frisco AND Prosper. They are pretty quick and efficient and always polite. Great drinks. Today, they forgot to fill up my cup though...what? And this isn't pandemic related because down the street at other stores have better inventory. The drive thru at this building constantly has cars wrapped around the building- The drive thru @ store is no longer viable because it can take up to 30 mins just to get a coffee. Most of the employees are really nice. The Mgr is a really friendly guy. But this store never has supplies! They are always out of something. Food, straws, etc. it's annoying. It's hard to drink a venti frap with a small straw. And to the person complaining about the rainbow flag in their review.....get over yourself. Not everything is about you. Excited to finally have a Starbucks up here! Everything is new and shiny. I've been here half a dozen times now and the crew is all friendly and turn drink orders quickly. My only complaint is so far they've only gotten half my orders correct. They're minor errors so I'm not sure if it's because the baristas are new, masks muffle customizations, or something else. My daughter and I ordered white peppermint mochas through the mobile app-just different sizes. My order was incorrect. I went back through the drive thru to let them know they gave me the wrong order, and they laughed at me. They remade my order and it was still wrong. This has happened on four separate occasions. One of the times, the person in the drive-thru tried to explain to me how the coffee they gave me was correct, even though it was still the wrong order. I normally don't go to Starbucks very often but the wife and I were craving some coffee today. We went through the drive thru line and placed our order. When we got to the window, we payed for our order and we're waiting on our drinks. It did take a bit longer than usual to get our drinks but the person ruining the window kept us updated and even gave us a gift card for waiting in line longer than usual. I normally don't mind waiting (I know it gets busy) but doing small things like keeping us updated and even giving us a gift card goes a long way. I think her name was Ashley as well. We went through the drive thru at around 2:30 (a slow hour) and asked for two grande refreshers. Despite them being out of our first choice of drink and an additional syrup, we continued with our order to make the best of it. One pink drink and a strawberry açaí lemonade refresher. Once we pulled up and got our drinks, they automatically looked wrong, as we get these drinks all the time. There was an immense amount of foam on our refreshers (which shouldn't happen) and no dried strawberries. When we tasted them, they tasted mostly of water and so we asked them to remake it. Usually Starbucks is friendly and quick to fix any problem but this time, they looked put out at our outrageous request of remaking the drinks correctly. They took back our drinks (which violate Covid protocol) and while they were "remaking them" we saw the barista roll her eyes at us. When we got our "new" drinks, they looked and tasted the EXACT same. The pink drink for sure did not get remade because the foam on the top of the lid was identical to the one before it. It's like they just tore off the sticker and said "here get out of the line." It seemed like they were being cheap by not adding the correct amount of coconut milk and lemonade and just replaced it with majority water. It just felt like we were a burden for asking for the right tasting drink and, despite our politeness, felt unwelcomed. We've never felt this way at a Starbucks before and don't plan on coming back to this location. We drove to a different location at Cross Roads and they fixed it without hesitation or eye rolls. They were so friendly and helpful and they made it taste right with no foam and they actually added the dried strawberries. read more

This is the first Starbucks that I have been to that the drive-thru line because it takes so long. Its sad because this is a great location with lost of business that would come through and its still growing around the neighborhood. Now we have to drive further to a different location to get better customer service. Management doesnt take time with their staff to be a great team. Maybe need more workers and training.
