This was my first time here. I placed a mobile order because I was waiting on food next door. Pros: Cute coffee shop and great location The coffee was ready when I arrived which The London Fog I ordered tasted amazing! Con: From the time I walked in to get my coffee to the time I walked out, there were about 3 employees behind the counter. At least 2 of them were within about 3 feet of me. None of them greeted me, spoke to me or even acknowledged I was there. I get it. Sometimes it's busy and you're super focused on what you're doing. Just a heads up, it wasn't a great first impression as far as customer service.

You can tell they have gained popularity by the number of people inside. However, that has not slowed down the service at all! They do offer food options like a normal coffee shop, with gluten free options available!! My family can't wait to come back!

Stopped by today to try this new locally owned coffee spot in Prosper. The inside is lovely, bright and clean. The space encourages a "sit and stay" kind of vibe. They have some very cool flavors for syrups to elevate your latte. I got the toasted almond and for the hubs, I mixed the toasted almond with the caramel and that was quite delicious! I also had my eye on the maple brown sugar so that will be saved for next visit. They have really delicious looking fresh pastries. I was told they are baked locally and delivered fresh every morning. I had my eye on the almond croissant but I had already eaten so it's on my list for next visit too. They even have a gluten free donut if you're into that kinda thing. Rumor is that it's crazy good. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable but what really brought me in this morning is the fact that this little local business was supporting suicide awareness. They matched the donation of friend who holds this charitable cause close to her heart. I had the pleasure of enjoying a coffee for the cause and I paid it forward so someone else could enjoy a coffee today and Live Like Lukas.

Six Sips is a cute and cozy little coffee shop tucked in the city of Prosper. It was decorated so well, and there was a fireplace inside as well, which added to the cozy factor! My coffee buddy and I both enjoyed our coffee and the conversations we had with the employees. Everybody was so nice!! Looking forward to many more visits!

Maple brown sugar latte! I can taste the maple and it's not too strong. The coffee was really good! I didn't know what to expect but I'm glad I got the maple brown sugar. Everyone was friendly and the shop is cute.

2026 Review #20 Visited during Memorial Day weekend. Service was fast and employees were friendly. Ordered an iced caramel macchiato with oak milk, iced chia latte, and a birthday cake pop. The cake pops looked like chocolate covered Oreos but they were definitely cake pops. The decor in the interior is cozy with plenty of seating to enjoy your beverage or work. It was packed at Six Sips around 10 am on a weekday, but we grabbed the last table available. The crowd died down around lunchtime, though. We thought the Margherita Panini (missing basil) was decent and didn't care much for the Croissant sandwich as both were missing flavor (maybe a sauce would enhance it?). I have been more than several times over the last six months; every time I go I realize the customer service is terrible. Today when I had ordered sliced tomatoes on the side and one of the tomatoes slices was the butt of the tomato I asked for a full slice and the chick acted like she did me a favor by giving me 4 slices and argued with me I gave it back and got a refund. Who argues with a customer these days? I will not accept that in any way. Will not tolerate any kind of disrespect. Improve your attitude! No one tried to do the right thing! No thanks read more

Loved my London Fog Latte from Six Sips Coffee. The ambience was nice - it would be a great spot to sit and get some work done or meet a friend for coffee and a bite to eat. I love that it is so close to home and that it isn't a major chain! It's clean, the bathrooms are nice and the employees are friendly. My tea was ready quickly and the barista even made me a sample iced London Fog the way she likes to drink it. So nice! I will definitely be back to this shop and highly recommend it! read more

I met 6 of my friends for brunch at Six Sips. This was the first time we had been there, and we all were pleasantly surprised. ALL the staff members were so friendly, accommodating, attentive, and courteous. The wait time was short. The space was clean and we were able to rearrange tables so we could all sit together. The prices are very reasonable. And the food and coffee was great! I had the bacon breakfast sandwich and it was super fresh, light, and tasty. The bread was soooo good! I also ordered a pop tart and GF muffin To Go, and both were delish! My husband said the banana muffin was one of the best he'd ever had. I will be back and have already recommended this place to others. read more

This new coffee shop in Prosper is also a really tasty sandwich shop. We'd like to try the breakfast offerings as well, as they all sound great. I had the margarita panini which was piping hot and really good. They make their own pesto, so it's really fresh and bright. Go! read more

We've spoke to the owner, a very friendly Armenian gentlemen whose cousin is also involved with the restaurant, as is the owner's daughter and others. Plus, he's been in the restaurant business for over 30 years, and a number of the employees have been with him for many years. Bottom line, the guy knows how to run a business. Be warned, though, as others have mentioned, there will be a line, and there's no phoning ahead, going online etc. You'll speak to the man with the clipboard, that's the owner. He'll put your name down and find you when it's your turn. The system works, and it's great. But what of the food? We've brought friends and family and between us all, have sampled easily a dozen dishes or more. My latest brunch was the chicken fried steak, and I ordered it kind of half breakfast, half lunch style. I wanted hashbrowns (extra crispy, and boy, were they delivered that way!) but also wanted fried okra, our server accepted the order with a smile. The steak was tender, well coated with golden brown and delicious crust, and the gravy was thick and well seasoned. Eggs were light and fluffy, and one can see from my picture, those hashbrowns were surely extra crispy. We've also sampled a number of the shop made desserts, and they have all been phenomenal. My only note is that the breakfast ham was a little over-salted, and my eggs (ordered over medium) had no apparent seasoning. The omelette was good, and so were the pancakes! Of all the food items, the two items that wowed us were the biscuits & the breakfast potatoes! Both shockingly good. The biscuits were fluffy and soft on the inside & buttery with a subtle crisp on the outside. I'm not sure I've ever had a better biscuit from any brunch/breakfast establishment. We'll absolutely be back again, and will be sure to order more biscuits! Four Stars because it was a mostly wonderful experience, with a few misses with regard to seasoning / flavor in the: omelette, hash browns, eggs, and ham. All were good, but needed either less salt OR added seasoning. I'll definitely be back again to give this spot another try!

What we got were terribly printed images slapped on top of the cupcakes with a little ring of frosting (see pictures). At no point in our conversation were we told they'd print random pictures, in fact we found some 2D cupcake examples online when we were talking and the woman behind the counter pointed at several of them and said she could do those types of designs, which were all in icing, not printed on edible paper / fondant. At $8 each for "custom cupcakes" I don't appreciate the bait and switch. I would have saved the money on the custom cupcakes and just got their regular ones, which would have looked WAY better than these more expensive "custom" ones. Honestly, with the party tomorrow we're probably going to peel off the badly printed images and just go with the cheap ring of icing and hope my daughter doesn't notice how bad / cheap they look. The cake is delicious (we got some cupcakes to try before agreeing to go with them for the custom ones), but I'll never go back. I feel ripped off and wish someone had at least bothered to call and explain they couldn't do what they'd offered and I would have appreciated being offered the change to just get their regular designs instead of them doing this and leaving a teenager at the store for us to pick them up where we had no actual manager / owner to discuss the issue with.
