Very small but nice. My order is always perfect and I come her after my lunch to get a nice cold drink. Staff if very quick and curtious to there customers. It's right next to panera if any of you get hungry as well. It's in front of a little strip mall for those who want to do some shopping. read more

This Starbucks would be great if they turned on their order ahead when they are supposed to and followed their hours of operations correctly. This is the Starbucks that is closest to my home, and by home, I mean my heart, and my heart loves coffee. This particular Starbucks pours their brew right into my heart. The service is quick and the food and coffee is always fresh. My favorite drink that I find is made best at this particular Starbucks is an iced passion tea lemonade sweetened with raspberry. Their coffees of the day are great choices for a warm drink, too, if you're not in the mood for something more interesting (pumpkin spice latte is a year-round go-to for me). read more

Sat here for 20 mins waiting for a simple 2 min vanilla sweet cream cold brew!!! Told employee that it was never made and they didn't believe me!! He was kind of sassy tbh!! Then it took him 3 more minutes to make the drink and it wasn't even the right drink!! They gave me fake Starbucks!!! And it didn't even come w the nitro lid!!! Outrageous!!! Two stars purely for location. No matter what I order here-- it is always made incorrectly. I ordered a specific drink which I order consistently at other locations and took one sip realizing it was wrong and missing ingredients. When I asked for the correct topping the barista added foam, and the manager snapped that I need to request specific cassava sugar toppings? For the record the drink I ordered does not need specific requests, it hardly comes with anything difficult. The employees take FOREVER and clearly do not belong in the service industry. This place is my new go to for Starbucks . It's not far from where I live and I find myself able to pop in at a drop of a hat. The staff is super friendly, and very helpful. I downloaded the new Starbucks app and wasn't sure how to use it. The girl behind the counter took time out of her busy day to help explain it to me. It makes ordering and paying a breeze, and I always have my iPhone on me. I love the iced chai tea latte . It is made with black tea, cardamom ,cinnamon , black pepper,star anise, milk, and ice. The grande is 240 calories less if you use skim milk, but i don't recommend it. It's sweet and refreshing. On a cold day try it hot. Starbucks also makes delicious baked goods. Blueberry coffee cake out of this world, and their version of a creamy rice crispy treat Ooh wee! goo wee ! goodness ! There is plenty of parking, and some seating inside.They keep this place very clean. If your in the neighborhood stop in a try your favorite Starbucks drink and snack. This Starbucks is great before or after a stroll through TJ Maxx and Old Nay and Home Goods. There is a newly opened Kings supermarket here too. The staff was courteous and the service relatively quick. This loacation has a very accmmodating seating area, so it makes it conducive to meeting with someone for business or pleasure. read more

I'm not sure what has happened to this Starbucks this past year but it's progressively getting worse. The average wait time is about 20 minutes for a cup of coffee and if you try to place a mobile order they consistently get it wrong. I often stand there waiting for my drink while several people file in after me and recieve theirs first. Not sure what the problem is but thanks goodness there's another coffee shop close by. I'm still giving it two stars because the coffee and food are still pretty darn good. read more

Wifi has been AWFUL for more than a year. I have never had a problem with internet connectivity at Starbucks before but the bandwidth here is terrible. Employees blame it on high user traffic, but I know this is not an excuse. Just a couple of miles away the New Providence Starbucks will be completely packed and the internet will be consistently fast and reliable. This is a small issue, but to anyone who is actually trying to do work during the day it is very important. This issue needs to be addressed.
