This location absolutely sucks...Never has regular hot coffee ..!! Why would a Starbucks not have hot coffee the last 3 times I was there..! They always say..we are out and it would take 10 minutes to make more...time I don't have..!! read more

HOW FOR 6 MONTHS DO YOU NOT HAVE ANY COLD BREW COFFEE? Every single time my husband and I have visited on a weekend for any cold brew beverage, we are told "we don't have cold brew." Once or twice, fine. But to come to expect NO COLD BREW WILL BE AVAILABLE at ALL every time we visit? Absolutely awful, there is no excuse for that. I am not exaggerating, I do not write bad reviews for fun, and I'm not going to go scream at the teenagers running the Target Starbucks, but oh my god. I will never go again until this is fixed. This Location is one of my favorites locally, even though it's in a Target. Sometimes it's a teensy bit unclean, but it seems as if that's other customers' doing. Their food and drinks are always made exactly how I order them, and the staff are patient, kind, and fast workers. It is in a Target, so it isn't the quietest place. If they play music, I can't hear it over the normal store ambience. Definitely not a good study location, if that's what you seek out Starbucks for, but it's nice to stop by before shopping. read more

Went on Sunday 2/25/18 in the morning. I had planned on getting something from Starbucks before shopping at target. The woman behind the counter never acknowledged me. I waited over 10 minutes waiting for her to take my order. She never said a word. It seemed like she didn't intend to take me order any time soon. I was very hungry but didn't feel like continuing to be ignored. I left very upset. Very disappointed. I've never experienced such horrible customer service. By the way there was no one else in line. Just me. She wasn't busy. And if it was going to take a while to make my order, at least take my order and tell me so. read more

So I can't say I haven't stop here many times, I mean it's right in target... But from the first time I went eekk. The past few times it has turned into a dive! The employees seem to be under trained and really just don't care. Am the prep area was filthy last time I went. I mean straight up gross, and everything I mean everything was sticky, the counter, floors, display items, tables, chairs... It was like everything had been wiped down with a dirty towel. The trash was over flowing and there was straw papers scattered on the floor. The tables had trash and old food on them, and there a back room where I suppose over stock is kept and they door was wide open and trash and personal belongs were everywhere. There were flies everywhere and only one person working as cashier and drink maker. It's a shame, really cause it could have been a prime location. I give an extra star for one employee, there is a young guy that works ever so often and he makes amazing drinks. It takes some time cause he is alone taking orders and making them, plus HE CLEANS!!! Don't waste your time getting coffee at this Starbucks inside Target. Every time I go there it's either their computer is down and you can't pay with your app, or the person waiting on me has an attitude. On my most recent visit I had to tell the cashier my order not one, not two, but THREE times. Why? Because she was having a simultaneous conversation with her coworker. After I paid, I walked to the end of the counter to wait for my coffee. The barista asked the cashier..."what's this"? The cashier repeated my order... again. She then made the absolute worst Cafe Mocha I've ever gotten from a Starbucks. I didn't complain, I just kept walking. I will never go to that Starbucks again. Ever. read more

This place is the worst!! Ordered my caramel frap. Took 15 mins to get it and while i was waiting another customer came back and said hers tasted bitter so she ordered another one. Finally mine came out and i had groceries with me so i waited til i got to my car to try and enjoy it but... mine was also bitter. The baristas here must have ZERO training. Will not be getting anything from this location ever again and i recommend everyone avoid this location at all possible. read more

Went there 3 times in the last week and the espresso machine was broken. They need to just shut this location down, if they can't even afford to buy a new espresso machine. You honestly never know, so do not go to this location unless you plan on shopping at Target as well. read more

Horrible customer service! The baristas are rude and where gossiping about a customer while people waited for their order very unprofessional. The guy that's there most of the time in the morning is the worst one of them all. I will be calling corporate because this is just unacceptable!!! Doesn't open until 9am weekdays. 8am weekends. So keep moving if you are trying to kill time in the morning.

I'm a big target and Starbucks fan, but the baristas at this Starbucks are seriously inattentive and inadequate. I just went earlier today and my experience was pretty awful. The drink turned out fine, but the customer service is absolute garbage. The barista didn't even acknowledge the line that was forming for like 5 minutes, and then just rushed through the orders without even speaking a word. My drink was placed on the counter but the straw was basically thrown at me. Barista still wasn't saying much. I'd rather just go to Dunkin' Donuts down the road for coffee, cause the service I received was honestly shocking. I'll continue going back to that target, but not that Starbucks. read more

I live around the corner so I visit here pretty frequently. Most of the time it's a pleasant experience. The core baristas are wonderful, friendly, and make an effort to make the drink exactly how you like it. I'm sure other regulars would say the same. They don't keep crappy baristas around long which is why they are sometimes slower/understaffed. This starbucks is inside a Target store. Yes, target has a starbucks for their store shoppers. I find that the barista here pay more attention to customers because it caters mostly to target shoppers that don't feel rush. read more

I always go to Starbucks to get one thing (strawberry açaí refresher with light berries and ice) but for some reason they ignored what I asked and filled the cup completely with ice which I hate. There's better Starbucks in other places but I'm for sure not coming to this one. read more
