A lot of these reviews are spot on. I've come here a few times and the baristas are just plain rude. The business charges an arm and a leg for every item on the menu and the baristas get mad if you only tip them a few dollars. If I wanted to tip more, I'd go to the strip club. This is just coffee with a view. Now let me talk about a girl who works here. Hannah. Yeah she has a huge chest and skinny waist but that's it. And like many other baristas, she's on Instagram. So naturally I followed her. She's mentioned that she has a "private" Snapchat account that you can access from her if you send her money. Well I sent $45 to her and she never added me on Snapchat. She never answered my DM's either. It's been over a week now. Don't give this barista any money! She is scamming people online and who knows what she's doing at the stand or in her personal life. I've been to several locations. There are no prices listed. The baristas charge whatever they feel like charging. An Americano costs $3-5 anywhere else but at Ladybug it costs $6-10. It's ridiculous. The coffee isn't even that good and most of the time the baristas get the order wrong. read more

I have stopped here many times before and always order the same thing: Double shot espresso with a couple pumps of Vanilla syrup. Today the blonde girl said that is the price of our normal drink. I asked how much that was. (Previously I had been charged about $6). She said $10. I was surprised and said "Wow, $10 for a double shot?" I thought for a minute, then said "OK." She made the drink, I paid and even gave her a tip. As I was leaving she said "if you are just going to complain about the prices, don't come here again." I just left. My husband and I ordered a vanilla latte each, and each drink tasted completely different. His was too sugary, mine too watery. Well visiting this location on South Tacoma Way and highway 512 I had to purchase a mocha frap for somebody using my debit card which would have been reimbursed to me from the person I was purchasing the drink for after pulling forward and ordering my mocha frap I handed her my debit card she handed it back I signed it normally I'm a good tipper however this receipt could not have more money spent on it than what was allowed due to reimbursement from the person I was purchasing it for moving forward I looked at my bank statement later on and it was charged for $20 she charge me $20 for a frap for a regular size frap I've done everything I possibly can I've stopped by there I've left my name I've left my number I've called countless times no response terrible service so if you want to be overcharged and then ignored when you try to get it fixed stop by this location like I did I'm sure it still happening read more

It's my first time in Lakewood coming from Chicago for VACATION, and it's my first time seeing a barista make drinks at the drive through basically wearing nothing. My friend decided to bring me "for the experience" so I said let's go. We got to the window and I proceeded to ask her if I could take a picture of her for "the experience" she had said "yeah sure" but I guess she misunderstood my question, so as I took my phone out she freaked out on me and asked me what I was doing, I respected her decision and put my phone away and left it alone.
