Dirty and run down! Drinks are good if you can get one. Too much bartender attitude, even with a generous tip.

In fact, we were pleasantly surprised at how good the burgers were. The fries were really good as well but I'm on the fence about the onion rings. The sauce they serve was really good and the drinks, well, it's a bar so... Elbe is such a tiny little place but very quaint and cozy. If you're on your way through, I highly recommend stopping and supporting the locals. This bar is small and seating is limited and that's really my only notes. Maybe they could expand the building or build a large outdoor seating area. They have enough land to do so. I can envision an outdoor stage with live music events during the summer months and possibly a collaboration with the train museum or the boutique train car motel. They have a lot of potential in Elbe to become a bustling tourist destination if they implement some upgrades. People there seem friendly and the bar staff was no exception. We felt welcome and right at home. If you haven't been or haven't been in a while, get yourself on over to the Eble Bar & Grill and dig into a delicious burger! Thanks for reading and Cheers!

The food is my favorite part. I can have a beer anywhere, but the food is actually pretty on point minus the nachos, sad to say. Always overcooked, cheese is hardened and well beyond melted, but a massive portion in size. The sandwiches are amazing, the quesadillas are amazing, have yet to make it there before breakfast ends but I'm betting it's probably pretty good. Staff are friendly, efficient, and do well on checking to make sure you're not waiting too long for service without being too bothersome. It gets a little loud, busy and crowded on nights especially on the weekends, but that's typical bar atmosphere. Patio seating is nice on sunny days like today. 5/5 for a hometown spot in the neighborhood.

Years ago when she ran this bar it was the best in town and she would not let this food to be served. I will go the Huckleberry that she owns with two other steller partners and enjoy their food. The cook should check the soup pot on a regular basis to ensure that the chowder is hot and ensure that the fish is at least 135 degrees and let it warm up to over 140 degrees before serving. Jamie if you still own the Top please look into the kitchen and bring back your great menu.

Our Go-To Burger Spot in Yelm!…read more The Grill at 507/507 Taproom & Filling Station is hands down one of our favorite places to eat in Yelm! In our opinion, they have the best smash burgers around, and they are consistently delicious every single time we go. Sean always gets the Bleu Cheese Smash with tots, while I rotate between the Deluxe Smash with fries and the Chicken Caesar Wrap. I honestly love both, so I can never decide which one I want--which is why I just rotate! We also really love the taproom side and all of the beer options they have. One of our favorites is the Juice Tornado #28, which is a hazy IPA, and I especially love trying their different sours. They're one of the few places we go that consistently has sour beers, so that's a big bonus for me! We come here at least once a month, and we've also had the chance to attend the Zane Lamprey show here two years in a row, which was always a total blast. Last night, we brought our daughter and had some friends meet us there, and we had such an enjoyable evening. The food was great, the service was great, and the atmosphere is always great. Whether we're stopping in for burgers and a beer or coming for an event, 507 is always a good time. Definitely one of our favorite spots in Yelm!

The back patio area is open to dogs. Half of the paved area is under cover and the rest of the tables sport sun umbrellas. #1 covered. The pubs menu is generous, but two categories stand out. Their smash burgers are juicy, oversized, and tender -- with beautifully crisp edges. The spicy bacon smash is perhaps the best non-homecooked burger I've ever had. And their signature tater tots are near perfect. Hot, crispy, flavorful without any greasiness. Perfect #2 nailed The taproom of course has a slew of brews on tap. Fruity framboise-styles to bitter IPAs, along with a broad selection of NW ciders. #3 nailed The indoor dining area and bar is open and friendly while outside is the aforementioned covered spaces. Many of the tables also sport propane flame heaters/fireplaces for when the temperature drops. It's cool to be cozy. #4 nailed. We'll be back!
