This was my first time coming to this location I was driving by heading to work and decided to stop in. They have a parking lot and also drive thru. I ordered on the app a tall matcha ice latte less ice, skim milk, 3 pumps of liquid syrup, toasted coconut cold form, extra cinnamon powder. My beverage did not take long before it was prepared, so while I was waiting I reloaded my gift card for future purchases. The service was great my beverage taste good. Nice clean establishment. I have no idea what happened to this Starbucks. Lately the drinks have been gross and getting orders wrong (drive thru) especially with the sizes. I come here almost everyday and I always get a venti ice drink. They have me a grande and when I told them I wanted a venti they didn't want to remake the order for me and said "you said grande" which I didn't. And the drink was not made properly. read more

This place really has its act together. There is a reason this place is one of the busiest Starbucks I have ever seen. The main attraction is the drive through window. This location has really focused on it. The line is an ever present feature of the office building this place is located in. It's good because there is a huge amount of space for cars to que up as the line finds it way around the building during its busiest hours. There is also outside seating. I have to admit that I have a soft spot for outdoor seating, especially with coffee places. The inside area is spacious clean and has everything you want. Also, the bathrooms are clean. Baristas are very well trained and used to being buisy. They are professional, and efficient. The location is in a great spot to see from northern boulevard, but it is admittedly a little hard to get into if you are driving east. I had the most worst experience at Starbucks yesterday. Exactly at 3:44pm, I ordered two drinks on my app. I was on a phone so I entered the store late to pick up my two drinks. Upon entering, I saw the strawberry açaí ready and my double chocolate chip frappe not ready. I waited for about a good 5 minutes and no one asked me what I was waiting for. After 5 minutes passed, I waved one of the workers down to help me. I saw a drink in the mixer that appeared to be my double Choco frappe. I told the guy, hey I think that's my drink. He poured into a cup and put whipping cream and handed to me. Once I held it in my hand, I realized that it looks different from the app photo. It was missing chocolate syrup. I asked a lady who was working there to come and take a look at the photo of the Starbucks app of the drink and this one I was holding. She took the drink and poured chocolate syrup but instead of drizzling it, she squeezed too hard, making too much chocolate come out and therefore caused the drink to spill over. Her demeanor was very aggressive. Since the drink spilled over, she just took out a new cup and covered it and when she gave me the drink back, she slammed the drink on the counter. I was offended by her demeanor. You can feel the energy when someone is mad. I was so upset that this point, I asked her for her name and she proceeded to rip out her name tag and went to the back. Then the guy proceeded to come and ask me what is wrong and I explained the situation and he tried to alleviate the situation with a $4 gift card but I declined because it wasn't about getting something free. All I wanted was her to apologize for her behavior. I work in the service industry for 20 years and I know this is terribly wrong and I want her to know. Then a different lady came out and tried to help out with another $4 gift card but I ended up leaving because my son was alone in the car. Before she ripped her name tag off, I believe I read the same of "Becky". Becky, if you are reading this, please just know that everyone has a rough day and can be stressed out but don't take it out on the drinks and it's customers. After your negativity, my afternoon was ruined. Did I ask you too much? Did I inconvenience you to make my drink like it's suppose to be made? I work near you, actually one block away. I've been to your Starbucks for 13 years. You were the rudest worker that I have ever encountered. I hope you rethink if you should still be there. read more

I've been to this Starbucks often and the professionalism has gone down a lot. I think my last visit through the drive thru was the final straw. It was 2/14/22 6:45pm and I went to the drive through. The guy on the mic was yelling through the coms and I heard laughter in the background. I'm no fool and they we're trolling and being unprofessional. I calmly told him my order while he kept yelling and using a weird tone to take my order. He made me repeat myself multiple times as well. I didn't want my order anymore and left. Taking my daily walk route to this neighborhood Starbucks early side of the day, store was neat and clean, the barista who handled my drink was friendly and cheerful. The atmosphere of this location is relaxing, part of the reason maybe because off-peak hour during my visit. However I had tried other times of day, still pretty layback and give you the groove coffee shop supposed to give. Though the barista was never groovy or layback on the order, as I always got my drinks right amount of time and correctly done. Sometimes the drive through can be slow but its easier than getting out of your car. especially in the winter. I often make pit stops at this location because it is on the route home from work. I also love love love the fact that it is drive thru! Come to think of it I never walked into this location just driven thru it. I do admit they are very popular so I often wait in line for a few minutes. However....I am in MY car playing MY music so I don't complain. The people who work here are so nice and friendly. They always get my order right. There is one woman who works there (unfortunately I did not remember her name) she is SUPER friendly and always complimenting me. Wether is be my cell phone case (because I use my Starbucks app to pay) or my nail polish. She is super sweet. On the most recent Sunday afternoon I visited this Starbucks, the woman working the drive-though was very likely the nicest employee I have ever encountered at this fine chain -- and that's saying a lot! The server was friendly and patient while I was placing an order for our entire car. She treated each item in the order, as she handed them to be through the car window, with obvious pride, and she sounded as earnest as I could imagine anyone being when she wished us all a good day. I am so disappointed!!! I am a Starbucks reward gold member for many years .... and I drove alll the way to this location because it was suppose to be open till 6pm I put up at 5:15 and they would not serve me , telling me they are closed! At 5:15! when I told them they are listed as being open till 6pm they told me that by the time they clean up it will be 6pm and they can't serve me since they have to clean!!!!!!! Came in to order a quick bite and coffee. I was waiting around behind counter to decide what I want and reload my app. No other customers in front or behind me. Employee named Bria asked me once what I want to order, I didn't realize she asked me because I wasn't in front of the register. She asked me again and I asked if she was talking to me and she said yes so I went up to order. I had a few questions about the menu and she had an attitude problem. The staff here is so unprofessional, it's actually alarming. Unfortunately, this is the only drive thru driving into work, so I'll deal with it. Customer service has been thrown out the window with this location. Particularly, during evening hours, the employees working the speaker and window have no idea how to act professional. The only reason I go to this Starbucks is for the drive thru. I know it is against relaxed coffee philosophy to be ungreen and drive up while idling in your car for coffee, however, that is what the line of cars at this starbucks is here for. There is a light so going east or west or northern blvd its easy to stop. They usually get my order right. The downsides are ...baristas like to add whip cream to everything, except the sandwiches... but are a bit stingy with the napkins, you have to ask for them and you usually just wind up with more whip cream. The baristas look like they should have their moms wash their smocks more than once a month. Sometimes they put a newbie on the register who can't do more than one thing at a time. All and all, if its raining and coffee is needed and perhaps a scone... this is the place to drive thru. read more

Don't usually review national chains because in my opinion from having Starbucks in several different cities and states it generally tastes the exact same. I don't hate this location in fact it's generally less crowded than the location further up Northern in Bayside if you come on a weekend so if I need to study I'll sometimes make the treck up to Nassau County. It's clean and spacious but some of the staff members here need an attitude adjustment. A few weeks ago I ordered a drink and a pastry and sat down with my iPad...fine whatever. All of a sudden the wifi goes out. I asked a young female employee what was going on and she barked "THE WIFI IS DOWN!" okay ma'm I proceeded to ask her when it would come back on and she snapped "I DONT KNOW ITS OFF"...I chose to wait it out as it came back in about 15 minutes but don't get mad at me for inquiring about the wifi when I am a PAYING CUSTOMER and you advertise free wifi on the DOOR! read more

The drive-through is clutch! Clean establishment with friendly, organized, efficient baristas. Quick service, even when it's crowded. It can be a little tough getting in and out due to it's location at a tough intersection, and parking can be a little tough. read more

My go-to place for coffee with friends, school work, mini dates, or just for a quick caffeine fix. It is located conveniently close to my house and I have been a customer for about 8 years now. The service is great and the baristas are all really friendly. The only 'bad' experience I had was when the barista completely forgot about my drink and I waited about 10 minutes when there were barely any customers. I asked about the status of my drink and the barista was so apologetic, upgraded my drink from a tall to a grande, and gave me a voucher for a free drink. Sunday was my first time actually ordering from a Starbucks - gotta keep up with the trends right? I decided to try the pink drink, as it's one of the most highly spoken of drinks. I ordered a tall size, because I wanted to save money and didn't know if I would like it. The drink itself was pretty decent, I would order it again. However, next time I'm getting either a grande or venti, because as you get to the bottom of the drink, the fruity taste disappears. Came here to study on a hot Saturday. Great place to study with lots of outlets for laptop use. Gets a bit loud sometimes and they play music (top 50s radio), which didn't bother me a bit. Parking is plenty on Sat, not so sure on other days. read more
