    Mixed Berry Sweetest Gifts Cake
    Stephanie T.

Paris Baguette is your neighborhood Korean bakery café serving delicious pastries, warm breads, stunning cakes and brewed drinks. I've always enjoyed Paris Baguette cakes. Paris Baguette offers a limited-edition holiday menu with holiday treats, handcrafted seasonal beverages, and festive artisanal cakes. Paris Baguette offers a selection of limited-edition holiday cakes: Nutcracker Strawberry Soft Cream Cake: Three layers of vanilla cake filled with signature soft cream and fresh strawberries, topped with a holiday nutcracker; Winter Village Chocolate Hazelnut Cake with Nutella: Layers of vanilla sponge filled with Nutella and chocolate hazelnut soft cream topped with Nutella and a mini-Paris Baguette café; Holiday Red Velvet Cake: Three layers of red velvet sponge, filled with strawberry soft cream and fresh strawberries, topped with a vintage holiday truck; Penguin Pond Chocolate Cake: Three layers of chocolate cake filled with chocolate buttercream, coated in rich chocolate and topped with playful penguins; Bûche De Noël (Mocha Yule Log): French holiday classic mocha roll cake iced with chocolate buttercream, topped with chocolate curls and a chocolate gift box; Mixed Berry Sweetest Gifts Cake: Three layers of vanilla sponge cake filled with soft cream and fresh blackberries, blueberries, raspberries and strawberries topped with gift decor; Holiday Mocha Cake: Mocha sponge cake layered with mocha buttercream, finished with rich chocolate sauce, gold dusted sprinkles and a chocolate gift box; Blueberry Chiffon Home for the Holidays: Three layers of blueberry chiffon cake filled with soft cream, decorated with blueberries and festive chocolate pearls. I came to this Paris Baguette location on Christmas Day to pick up a holiday cake. There is metered parking in front and a parking lot in the back. People were sitting at the tables, but it wasn't too crowded. I waited a few minutes to speak to the cashier and within a few moments, my cake was packed and ready to go. Many of the cakes were on display. I saw and chose the Mixed Berry Sweetest Gifts Cake ($52.99). My family really enjoyed it and it's soft cream. The blackberries, blueberries, raspberries and strawberries were all very fresh and the gift decor was very cute.

I'm a Dunkin' kinda girl so even though I picked up a wrap and coffee from DD I stopped at Paris Baguette. The store is a wonderland of sweet and savory items. Bright and clean, trays and tongs are provided for your selections. Today I chose the Sweet Potato stick, the coffee cake stick, mochi donut and a wrapped cheese soft cake to share at home and a pumpkin hot latte. WOW what a delicious latte! The sticks were so much better than any donut Dunkin' could offer. Paris Baguette would be a nice place for a snack, breakfast or a coffee date. Checkout was quick and courteous. I will definitely stop here again for some breakfast treats for my drive home out east.

    No cream in between layers

The quality of pre-order cakes has gone down. I pre-ordered a chocolate strawberry cake. 1. The price is now $46 which is understandable as everything has gone up in prices but don't increase the price and cut corners on others. 2. The amount of strawberry and cream in between the layers were minimal to none in most spots.. 3. The worst was that the cake was dry. We all believe it wasn't freshly made on the day of pickup (12:30pm). Very disappointed.

The pastries all looked delicious. I had the cheese and it was quite good. It's a rather large bakery where you grab a tray and walk around while making your choices. In the area where you pay, you can make your coffee and drink selections. There are about 10 small tables where you can sit with your food and drinks. There's street parking in the front and a large lot in the back. I would recommend you try this if you're in the area.

An update to my review. The first place on my mind when we are in need for a box of pastries gift to hand over to a friend in the hospital. An irritable sweets could help him for a faster recovery. Guess what, when we arrived to the hospital, the wife suggested that these treats won't be good for him but better for her. Funny. The colorful variation of the breads are so tempting that anyone will get something for themselves even it is not the plan. One of my go to spot in terms of sweets.

I love coming here. The food is so tasty and I love the coffee, way better than Starbucks. I also like the fact they have calories listed for almost everything. The employees are very helpful and nice and the seating is great. Good service. 10/10 recommend!

I love Paris Baguette! Always delicious. They know how to make pastries, some better than others but I've never had anything from PB that I wouldn't eat. My favorite is the cream filled pastry with fresh strawberries and chopped peanuts on top. My favorite savory item is the Ham & Cheese croissant. I can't go to PB without getting this because it's that good and a great value. Great cheese and ham. Try lots of different things if you go. Also, very clean and the coffee is delicious.

Mochi donuts! Cheese cake, raspberry croissant and chocolate cake

The kids always want "just a mochi donut" whenever we pass by this place. Then we go in, and order everything that exists. The food is always yummy and fresh! My kids love the mochi donuts! I love the pastries. I took off 1 star because there are 3 workers, standing around chatting, but no one wants to clean the tables. We sat down and wiped it ourselves because they were busy chatting. Other than that, this is a great place for a place to hang or get a quick snack!

This is currently the closest location to Long Island. For those not familiar with Paris Baguette, it is a chain of Korean bakeries/cafes found in Queens and Manhattan. This is like the Asian version of Starbucks and they might give SB a run for their money in terms of quality, fit and finish. We dropped by to pick up some cakes. Their cakes tend to be slightly less sugary and are lighter than traditional American cakes.

Amazing !!! No vegan option though .... Great customer service. Affordable cakes and pastries.

I enjoy being able to come here for a snack and to do some work on my computer. The seating is plenty comfortable and the food/drinks are plenty tasty. There isn't a lot of seating nor are there many outlets, but it's still a nice place to sit down for an hour or two. The noise level is never unreasonable - just a casual place to come for a bite, especially with a friend. The snacks, salads, and sandwiches are all plenty filling and flavorful, especially for the price. There are plenty of options available and the staff are always willing to answer any questions. They're very polite, efficient, and overall good at their work. It does get a little busy and a long line can quickly form, but the staff is very good at getting everyone through quickly, so the wait is never long. These guys definitely deserve a thumbs up - they're great!

High quality pastries, cakes and sandwiches. More pricey than your typical Asian bakery but you pay for what you get. Very happy this Paris Baguette opened right around the corner from my house.

It took us a while to decide on what to buy partly because we were buying also for our friends. Naturally, we were asked relatedly by at least the different staff if we needed help or if we were ready to order. Each time, they seemed genuinely want to help, and made us feel welcome with their smiles and gentle demeanor. For myself, the pistachio muffin was totally satisfying and I confirm they did not slump on the nuts. The crunchy eclair was a BIG hit with our friends, and the rest is kind of a blur but I know we enjoyed everything we tried. We'd go back without hesitation. I hope they keep up the great work.

The tables are close enough and small enough to hear what your neighbors are saying to each other, imagine what they think of you? LOL I noticed speaker music was playing a bit louder then the last time I was there. The fact that patrons have to shout over each other while sharing speaker music doesn't help with the ambience of enjoying a delicious cake over an interesting conversation. I ordered something new this time, a delicious lava cake with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Why didn't I see that description on my check? Strange. I also visited their website online, and noticed a lot of Stock Ai made photos and videos. I even found the website hard to navigate as well because it wasn't loaded with actual cakes and up to date pricing. So quite honestly the online website wasn't helpful with what they had in the shop. * Perhaps a future improvement between tables might be an above head moveable divider which actually could provide some privacy. Something I guarantee would be way more inviting than the current seating arrangement. The Review Guru Long Island NY

Stepping inside of this magnificent dessert emporium I became perplexed by the variety of desserts and pastries that were very desirable and readily available. In the words of Vinnie Barbarino, I'm so confused (IYKYK). It's a different setup that causes the line to move faster than it used to, I see the improvement. The ordering is done in one place and cashing out is next to it, in the same area. You still walk in and head straight to the display cases where you pick you pleasure. I did not pick my names sake only because it slipped my mind due to me being focused on breakfast. No, I don't eat cakes for breakfast. I picked up a couple croissants, apple turnover, a couple of cheese Danishes, and an almond croissant. Service was prompt and the employees were attentive as well as pleasant. I like how they approach the counter and inquire about your status versus staring at you letting you try to figure out if someone is going to help you or not. At the check out, there's the coffee station or tea. I ordered 2 French Vanilla coffees, to say the least the French vanilla flavor seemed distant to none. On the second trip it was exact same coffee request with the same results. An improvement needed is to have different sweetners for the coffee. Not everyone wants white sugar or sweet n low. Since the vanilla syrup is not sweet enough, another liquid sweetener can work. Nonetheless this was such a sweet experience! Inspire more, Yelp more!

For one, I think they strategically set up shops in areas far out in Queens that are not easily accessible or overrun by the masses--this can easily bring down a business' quality. We ordered a variety of things to try, including their range of char siu baos, like the pineapple bun, the snow crust, and the regular baked bun. Definitely a step up above what Mei Lai Wah is now, with the chunky cuts of meat, but way too sweet, even with the regular version. Highly suggest just sticking with the regular unless you're really curious about the pineapple or snow crust, which really just adds a layer of sugar. My mom spotted their sachima and quickly snatched one up. They sell a small selection of Southern Chinese and Hong Kong baked goods and pastries, but don't expect the variety of a Chinese bakery. Prices are a bit steep, and I don't know if it varies by location since this location is in a higher-cost area, but I wouldn't go out of my way to come here if I'm craving a good char siu bao - most Chinese bakeries do them well, just a matter of finding them. Most people who came in when we were there seem to buy them in boxes so either they're a hit at parties/events or some households really love them.
