I come here all the time and even though it's a busy shop, they're quick and the order is correct every time. That's all I need to be happy!

The WiFi does not work here. I've only come to this Starbucks twice and both times with different laptops, it did not work. Very spotty. Besides that the menu doesn't vary much and the drinks are not bad, but the WiFi is the biggest factor read more

I have never had a problem in this location. Sometimes the line gets a little long but that's just due to its popularity not any indication of the staffs capabilities. I generally only get a drip coffee here so I can't comment on how the baristas make the mixed and more artisan drinks here. read more

I like this starbucks. Indoor/Outdoor seating, low pretention, staff friendly especially for repeat customers. They brew Bold/Dark Roast thru late in the day unlike the Aventura shoppe which claims they do not brew Bold after noon - its pourover for Aventura. yuk. I just started coming here since it is the closest one to my office. During my second visit, the barista rolled her eyes at my name and said "oof". If you can't pronounce the name, just call my drink order. I love Starbucks but I can come to this store again. Stop in here every morning before work. Usualy pretty quick, but I am there around 7 or 8... Staff are nice. Remembered my name and order after second visit. Its a huge chain so you either go there or you dont... Better than Panera in the same plaza. read more

Always a crazy line here. Be prepared to wait 15-20 minutes to order. The staff's decently friendly but not very knowledgable about the Starbucks apps which was a bit disappointing.....not sure when I'm going to get that free drink advertised on their wall for signing up for the app and neither do they, with some attitude too!!! read more

They renovated this shop and it got very modern. High traffic all day . Many sandwiches and drinks. Its tough to get a table inside. Outside tables also available. Coffee the same as every starbucks read more

Not only did the writer apologize for our multiple negative experiences at this particular Starbucks, but she said she would inform the branch itself of my feedback. Writing letters to the higher ups sometimes brings about a good result. read more

Diana was very rude and unhelpful. I waited for a tall black coffee for over 20 minutes and she just watched me wait there. Nice Starbucks just off the main drag in Hallendale. Its in a shopping plaza, so you can shop a bit and grab a coffee here. There is a large staff here and its been busy this morning but these guys are very efficient and make some decent coffee. read more

The store manager Bo is clueless... Instead of managing, he's expediting food. Cashier does not give out receipts. Waited 20 minutes for a bagel. Manager walked by me 2-3 times, and never bothered to see why I'm standing there for 20 minutes like an idiot. Finally after getting his attention, he brought me someone else's order. Outstanding service! Had an issue with Uber where the driver was taking longer than expected to show up. Called in and Chris and his stuff was nice enough to redo my drinks so that I get hot drinks at the end. Not only that, he then call us to let us know our food was on its way. Not much to day in a Starbucks Coffee shop review. They serve coffee, have free internet and also sell coffee machines and accessories. I was surprised about the negative reviews; this is a busy Starbucks; yet it doesn't take any longer to get your coffee here then any other busy Starbucks. They were out of dark and light roasts again today. Out more times than not. I asked why and she said they don't make the light after 7pm because it doesn't sell as well. Most locations will offer to make a pour over for a single cup, but not this one. The staff is hit or miss as well, as some are rude and act put out to do anything. read more

Terrible customer service and always super. Busy. If you dare to go there around 2pm you won't find A table inside even of your life depended on it!!!! Huge line, employees always look like they hate their job. Plus they hired a lot of young people , all the old staff is long gone. This barista didn't even bother to put her name on the name tag. She wrote "disaster" on it. It took me a month to find out her real name was Anna. All in all, that store needs to reconsider the customer service they're offering . Unfortunately, the place is tiny and never enough workers, as a result, ever too long waiting, never free table inside, only outside where it is too hot and muggy most of the time of the year in South Florida. read more

I usually go to this Starbucks. The service is pretty good. Sometimes the line can get very long but for the most part the staff moves it along without keeping people waiting for too long. There's tons of parking which is great. I mean Starbucks speaks for itself, so I don't have to sell you on the menu. A REFILL WITH A SUPERVISOR .... When I gave my cup of coffee to Virginia to make refill for me, she threw it in trash and she filled it a new cup of coffee then she charged me again. I was in the area and not many options - I had my own cup, they gave me a cold tasteless coffee, they told me because it is vanila and is light. Then I asked for a dark roast, again not strong at all, I could see the bottom of my stainless cup. (yellow liquid). and only drop the price 10 cents. poor quality coffee. cold, tastless. I buy my coffee mostly at wholefood and for refill I pay only $1 -- starbucks does not support green projects, and does not a quality coffee. I will walk and find a better place. read more

This is more of a review of the chain than this location in particular; as far as I've seen they're all pretty much the same. That is one good thing I can say about Starbucks, they're extremely consistent. It doesn't matter what location, in any city or state, it's pretty much the same experience. I've maybe only had a couple times where my drink tasted strange or "off". And only one or two times where I've been disappointed in the service, because of turnaround time. My major complaint is the pricing. This place is way too expensive for what it is. I think I've averaged about $16 for two "grande" drinks and a couple pieces of cake. That's ridiculous. That and the special code you need to learn just to be able to order. Yes, like many of you, I learned the terminology, but I've always questioned the necessity of it. It was like leaning a different language. Overall, Starbucks is good for what it is, but I can't say I'm a huge fan. read more
