The service here is so slow, you basically have to order a day in advance. Most recently, I decided to give them a chance on MY birthday, which if I'm not mistaken, their policy is to offer a free beverage of your choice as a birthday gift. Even after confirming my date of birth on the app AND showing my DRIVERS LICENSE, the obese, multicolored hair, they/them pronoun lady refused to give it to me and publicly humiliated me in front of the store. Have been going to this location for years...it's on my way to drop my kids off at hanford high(a daughter started and graduated from there and have another junior attending), it convenient and never had a problem until recently. Drive thru was taking too long so, today I decide to go pick up inside and use the restroom since I am on my work lunch and will probably won't have enough time. Ordered for my birthday today and got the wrong size. But that wasn't the first problem. They had my drink outside of the window while the other driver ahead of me was still sitting there. When I said ah this is for my birthday she ran it up as a charge. Then I said this is the wrong size. I am a loyal customer & order Starbucks Daily! Do not go to this Starbucks in the evening! You will sit in the drive through line for 30 minutes & be the only car in the drive through. If there are more cares, expect to wait longer. Ordering ahead does not help. The lobby is locked. I thought maybe they were short staffed and only one person work, nope. I give this Starbucks 3 stars. I've been here on different occasions and I've had no problems. Until I went inside to order. The drive thru was kinda long so I went inside, the girl taking the order was nice but seemed kinda frazzled. I ordered 1 drink and 2 sandwiches. I asked for 1 to be heated up and 1 not to be. After I paid, I got my drink and waited a bit. Some other orders came up after mine so I inquired about mine. She then put my sandwich in the microwave. After it was warm she gave it to me. I asked her for my other sandwich, she was like "you want that now?" I was like "yes." So she goes to the register and starts taking another order. The sandwich I was waiting for I didn't even want heated up, I was going to heat it up later and she forgot about it. One of the coworkers heard the conversation and went to get my sandwich. Disgusted at the way the staff is okay with trash in the drive up. My sister and I attempted to clean it up and they said its private property and leave it!!!! Two different employees told me they like the fact that there are nasty old car air fresheners hanging all over a tree close to the drive up window. This is litter and it's ugly. Just trashy. So, unfortunately, I witnessed from this Starbucks one of the most disheartening situations, and turns out it was in front of a child as well...It has been no secret that this Starbucks (ironic as it is because for some weird reason IT was the one made a community store), has gone down a lot in customer service and treatment, however today was the final straw. A customer in the drive through ordered a couple drinks and food items and when it turned out they handed the wrong food item out, the customer politely let the barista know. Mind you, this is all going down prior to them receiving the drinks they paid for as well. The barista refused to give them the right food unless they gave them back the wrong food, to which the customer respectively declined because she stated she touched it and she was not comfortable for hygenic reasons but would still like the food item she originally ordered AND purchased. Grabbing the shift lead-Devin (a blonde barista with an awful attitude) Devin told the customer to either pay for both or return one and the customer stated she had already touched the item and didn't think it was appropriate but would like them to give her the correct food item. Devin told the customer condescendinly to leave and shut the window. Update: Customer STILL had not received her drinks she ordered. She let Devin know, and a new shift lead Daisy had came to the window and handed the customer money to "make up the difference" if she won't pay and told the customer she would call the cops if the customer did not leave. STILL SHE HAD NOT GOTTEN DRINKS. Understandably frustrated, but respectful, customer said fine but still wanted her drinks she PAID FOR, and handed back the food items..... I was DISGUSTED....there was a child in the car and to see her mom was treated this way and threatened was ridiculous.... they proceeded to hand her a COLD version of her food item that was supposed to be warmed, and when she asked if they could warm it for her Daisy said "Seriously? You want me to warm it?" And she warmed it where it came out burnt. The customer drove away in tears over the treatment...and unfortunately the baristas resulted in talking crap about her....and I was repulsed.... I've been a customer of starbucks for over ten years and to witness that treatment had me calling corporate for her IMMEDIATELY....over a pastry for this girl.....I am even more disgusted that they took back food as well that had been handled....please avoid at all costs. It seems that they care more about themselves then the treatment of the customers....when I called to complain about what I witnessed Daisy said she was not there but would put down a note for the manager...DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!!!!! THEY TAKE BACK HANDLED FOOD AND TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS SO RUDE!!!! And if you see a Daisy or Devin there just leave....those baristas are the worst of them all. I've been to this location a few times now and I must say I've always gotten in and out in no time at all! The employees are all super friendly and knowledgeable about their products. They don't act like they're too cool for you and actually have a smile on their face when they talk to you! (can't say that for the Lemoore location) I like to get the protein box when I go there and every time I've gotten it, it's always been super fresh! I want to give a higher rating than two stars but I can't. It seems as though the customer service is inconsistent however more times than not it's poor. Sometimes the customer service is great. It seems as though many of the staff members are lacking training or learning how to work there so I understand however when I sit at the front of the line for 3 to 4 minutes without anyone saying "will be right with you" or any other type of acknowledgment that I am there even win there's no line inside and very few cars in the drive-through. Every time I order a traveler my order is never ready on time when I asked for it to be ready by the day prior. I always have to wait 20 to 30 minutes before my order is ready even though I set up an appointment pick up time prior to coming in. Just an overall disappointing and frustrating experience at least 85% of the time. Ordered a Venti White Chocolate Mocha Breve extremely hot, Pumpkin Spice Latte Breve with regular heat and a Venti Water. My brother went with me to pick up the order but he was the one driving. That was a mistake since he doesn't frequent starbucks. The barista didn't give us a drink carrier and my brother didn't think it was strange how light the White Mocha was when it was handed to him. When I got home I handed over the drink but it felt really light. My mother opens it up and the drink was only half full and cold. Initially I tried to give the benefit of the doubt and say that the whip cream melted but I ordered at 8:11pm which the app said to pick up in 3-6 minutes. I got there at 8:17pm through the drive thru and even the service was lack luster/awkward. My drink came out just how I wanted it but my mom was the one with the idea and it was pure disappointment. The contents of the drink fit into a 10oz mug which we then reheated it in the microwave. This kinda thing happens a lot at this Starbucks and the one on 12th Ave. You'd think I'd know better by now. I think I'm taking my business to Dutch Bros even if it is pricier. The drinks are so creamy smooth and the service is A1! Been there in Renton, WA. I ordered through the Mobil app at 1:43, per what my digital receipt showed. The Mobil app tells you it will take between 5 and 9 mi you for your order to be completed. I arrived at 1:50, 7 minutes after I ordered and had to wait another 7-8 minutes for my order. They weren't busy, but I had to wait almost DOUBLE THE TIME for a simple cold brew with vanilla cream. I understand it's the holiday and the customers are flowing in and out and the foot traffic is heavier than Los Angeles traffic during the rush hours...but employees need to improve their customer service. I watched one of the employees make either a caramel frapp or macchiato and as he put the lid on the cup, it was overflowing and splashed everywhere. He moved on after calling the customer's name without even cleaning or wiping the cup. You'd think with the well known company they'd train their employees in customer service. Greet your customers and such...instead of just taking their orders and that was that. No wonder robots and machines are being considered to replace employees.
