We came up ordered she read it back wrong so we corrected her, she got an attitude real quick. We reminded her that we wanted the drink sweetened and she replied very rude, its always sweet. FYI if you do a call in order order during happy hour, all of your drink are left on the counter and they tell the costumers to dig through the drinks to find their order. I personally witnessed like 5 different people touch at least 15 drinks that didn't belong to them today. This is for the Starbucks on 12th avenue by target: Waited about 10 minutes in the drive thru to only be handed the wrong drink. Communication is a problem at this store, and customers have to repeat their order alot of times. Just an FYI to staff it would save customers alot of time and gas if you would repeat the order at the window. I wasted about $10 in gas cause I had to turn around to go back and get my order corrected. It would also be beneficial to not have an attitude to the customer when they ask for the order to be corrected, and probably a refund. Another tip, a drink stopper would be great on hot drinks, many people don't want their 5 dollar drink all over their car when they are driving. Usually I have a good experience at this Starbucks, pretty quick drive thru and my orders are always correct. But about two nights ago, i went late night about 9 or 10, and the girl was being so rude and sounded like she didn't even want to be there. She looked pissed off and didn't even smile.. Wow, talk about no clue about customer service. I ordered drinks on my mobile app. Went in to pick them up, four baristas all standing around talking. My drinks were waiting along the side but behind a small wall. After a few minutes of not being acknowledge, I reached over for my drinks and left. They are obviously popular and they added a drive thru. However, the parking is horrendous and they really need to have more people on staff because I waited 6 and a half minutes just to place an order and I was the only one in line. They pulled someone from the back finally to take my order. It took awhile for them to greet me as well. I think this Starbucks has gone down in it's quality service it had on it's original 11th ave location. Maybe they couldn't handle the drive thru addition. I hope they can hire more people or bring in more people to work during the holidays, things are only going to get busier. Absolutely the worst service we have ever experienced. They seem to have drive up figured out but inside is a joke. Waited 20 minutes for 2 drinks. We were the only customers when we ordered. Once more people started coming in they made each of their drinks first. Never got ours. Avoid this location. Very poor training and management. read more

Being a former barista, I'm pretty picky about my coffee and I always order my coffees with extra shots, less pumps of syrup, etc. Either way, this starbucks always gets my order right and are always nice and polite. read more

I am in here around 6 am Monday through Friday for the most part and the employees in this location are awesome but management has implemented a new policy where the person who makes the drinks has to stop what their doing to ring up my order. But yet the person stocking must keep doing their stocking. At what point did tasks become more important then guess service???? Not to mention it makes the employees stocking uncomfortable. I usually don't leave reviews, but I love this Starbucks and I was so disappointed today. The staff here are usually so bright and nice! Even if there's a wait, they are always so sweet and the quality of my food and drink is always great! But today I had the worst drive thru experience. I wasn't able to read the woman's name tag once I got to the order window but she was a little rude when I was ordering but I thought maybe it was just because they were busy. When I got to the window she was so rude, and seemed annoyed when my Apple Pay wouldn't sync right away with their reader. She didn't say thank you, or have a nice day or anything after I paid, I didn't even know if it had gone through. I gave her the thumbs up in a questioning kind of way and I hardly got a nod. I'm not sure if she was having a bad day or what but she should really have called in If that's how she plans on treating everybody today! read more

Absolutely, bar none, the worst Starbucks I've ever had the displeasure of going to. The older red haired lady that seems to always be the cashier is probably the rudest Starbucks employee that I've ever encountered. We ordered three extremely simple drinks: a trienta green tea lemonade(but they didn't have lemonade so I settled for an unsweetened green tea), a peppermint mocha with soy, and a tea latte (which the lady at the counter rolled her eyes at). We get the green tea and the peppermint mocha relatively quickly, but the tea latte is nowhere to be found. It was about 20 minutes past before I went up to the counter and asked if it was coming up. Everyone looked completely dumbfounded, and the response I got was "Uhhh, so what was your order?". I told them it was a tea latte. "Oh okay, chai tea latte, coming right up." NOT CHAI TEA! It finally came about 5 minutes later after we'd been there for nearly a half hour, and they give us a grande instead of a vente like we ordered, but by that time we were so done with them it didn't even matter. Don't waste your time here, go see Aimee at the Starbucks by Dicky's, she'll hook you up and make sure you're taken care of! read more

Worse Starbucks I've ever been to. They are so slow. Like turtle speed slow. Takes anywhere from 10-20 minutes to get a drink. The drive through is even worse, half the time they get my order wrong. There's always someone new there. Never the same staff. It's terrible. The staff isn't friendly or approachable.I live right down the street and I'd rather drive to Lemoore to get Starbucks. So we all know there is addictive chemicals (caffeine and fairy dust) in Starbucks. But let's talk hot Coco they have one labeled "snickerdoodle" buyer beware it's like liquid crack you will crave it morning noon and night. Its one of the best drinks ever!!! I went to the newer one off Lacey that replaced the long johns silver. Young lady behind the counter was super adorable and sweet. Went above and beyond with her customer service. Its my fav one to go to in Hamford just because of her service. I'll be at old Navy (near two Starbucks) I still drive to the one by Lacey. read more

I really like this new location, in fact I wish they would add one near the 43/Hanford, so the people who travel to the 99 or 198 could grab coffee on the way. Anyways, the people at this new starbucks are very nice, my only suggestion is that they work on getting people through the drive thru quicker. My guess is they don't have enough staff? If I could give half a star or zero stars I would. I went and ordered coffee for my and my boy friend one morning. I tried ordering one of their limited time drinks in the drive thru speaker, well after a couple exchanged questions, "ive never heard of that before" !its on your menu! So after all that, I ended up getting my usual drink. And I like my coffee sweet, well this tasted like two week old black hot coffee poured over ice. My boyfriend gets passion tea lemonade. Well his tasted like a glass full of un filtered water with a bunch of artificial lemon juice in it. So I went back. Got mine remade, better, but still not my drink but it was fine. THEN. Got my boyfriends remade. She asked if I wanted it sweetened, yes! With strawberry? Yes! Okay. Get it back and it tastes the same.. ten the manager comes over to see what's up and I told her that she's made the drink twice it it was wrong. She looks at the label and says didnit taste like there was any pumps in there? No, well that's when the girl behind her manager calls me out and says, well you asked for it to be sweetened with strawberry! I got so mad! I'll never go here again! read more

So I've gone here plenty of times in the past. This time, the last, and even the previous of that one need an overhaul. Oh and don't be thinking your going to order one of their most popular panini's if its after 2pm, "Roasted Tomato & Mozzarella Panini". There ALWAYS out and never prep enough before it opens. Yet they always have that dry, tasteless turkey-whatever filled to the bin that is always in stock. First experience: Normal day, long line that wraps around the outer parking lot where the drive entrance is. Like a U starting from the window of Starbucks, going out the drive thru entrance wrapping alongside the parked cars to the entrance of the lot from Lacy Blvd. Waiting, Waiting, and I'll throw in some more waiting. At least 30mins for a simple coffee. Here is the kicker, your stuck in the line once your in it. So once you enter the drive thru entrance your stuck, committed to however long the chain decides to keep you. It was absurd. Second Experience: Normal day, faster of a service line only 15 to 20mins. For regular coffee. Venti with Lt Cream. Simple enough. We'll for Starbucks nothing is ever simple, they decided to give me a Small when should have been the normal Venti. Nope they mess up, okay fine mistakes happen. Or so i thought.. You see, when you pour the wrong size and its already been mixed, and sat for a bit, like i saw my item on the counter for a good few minutes. You cannot save it by adding more. It ruins the taste and causes it to become bitter by the acidity of the already burnt beans they use. So the lady pours in my messed up cup into a new one, and proceeds to pour in new from the pot coffee. Then adds more cream into it (remember kiddies, i wanted light cream, by adding more into it, its now therefore not light anymore what however much is now in there). What a mess. So I leave. Go to another location ACROSS TOWN. Because i know I'll be taken care of there (for the most part). Third experience: (The straw that inspired this detailed write-up). Hot off the press's we have yet another new screwed up venture. Not only was the previous experience less than three days after the last, but also pretty much exactly the same. Same order, nice and simple, same result wrong size. Again. This time i decided to give it a test of my thinking about that whole re-pouring the old into the new. Guess what, i was right, the taste was all out of balance and all weird. Definitely not LT cream anymore. The dude hands me my new correct drink (after my card was already charged for the other size) and then tells me "Free of charge". Really? Gee thanks. I'm so lucky. In all, when this chain first opened, it was the place to get your coffee. Since then, LONG LINES, Incorrect orders after incorrect orders. Final thoughts: If you can mangle the long lines, and deal the occasional mess-up, then by all means come here. If not, go to the other one for more long lines unless you go inside. read more

We drove up to the drive thru at the Starbucks on 11th and Lacey behind the CVS and there was 1 car ahead of us. She must have been an employee or former employee bc her, her passenger and the girl working the drive thru had a 10 min personal conversation before finally getting an order. By this time there were 2 cars behind me. We eventually got to place an order, which went quickly and fairly smoothly. Then we sat behind the black ford fusion for another 15 min while the driver and blond worker chatted and figured out if it was going to be cash or card and who was working and who wasn't and who to tell Hi too. Finally we were able to pull up to the window. We got 2 of the drinks, paid...or so we thought, got the other 2 drinks only to be told we owed more money?? The service at this location has Never been great but this experience was beyond unacceptable. Complete lack of customer service or sense of urgency. I will definitely not be returning and I will be letting everyone know about my terrible experience. read more
