I go to a lot of different locations for Starbucks. I've been to all of them in Hemet and San Jacinto more than once. This is my favorite location. The drinks and food always taste better. The staff is always friendly. I mainly do mobile order and it's always ready when I get there. I choose this Starbucks over any other ones in the area! Thank you for being awesome. read more

Every time I come to this location I get horrible service. Either they get my order wrong or I received really bad customer service. The last straw is when I ordered a mocha Frappuccino with a cheese danish. What I received tasted like ice and chocolate blended together with no coffee. My cheese danish had black stuff all over it. I have come here several times to drink coffe and/or study. I have been noticing a trend...several homeless people sitting in this Starbucks for hours with their shopping carts and luggage. I am not insensitive to their plight, but when I come here, I don't want to see shopping carts, luggage and plillows in a place I am trying to enjoy, relax or study. They sometimes don't buy anything so they take up tables, and I have seen customers leave because there are no tables available during the busy times. Their body odor is nauseating as well that I had to move from the area I was sitting. Probably won't be coming back to this Starbucks again. Like I said, I feel for the homeless, but their personal items have no place in a Starbucks or restaurant. read more

Why does this place have a bad rating??? This is the least creepy of the Starbucks in Hemet. And if I were to hangout inside it would be most likely this place of those in Hemet. However I don't really like to hang out at any of the Hemet Starbucks. Drive through speed is just set to medium pace. The mobile ordering wasn't up to date and when I asked why they didn't have any options for Frappuccino's the girl told me that had all Frappuccino's so I had ordered something that wasn't available and now I was disappointed that I just paid for something that wasn't my first choice, they just shrugged it off and didn't offer to make a Frappuccino so I asked if I could come inside and order and was told no they close in two minutes in the dinning room. As a former Starbucks Learning Coach, this Starbucks is doing everything right. I've been frequenting this store for nearly a year and the only problem I've had was a barista 'free pouring' lattes. [Free pouring is not using a spoon to hold back the foam that is generated when steaming milk. The result is a drink with a lot of foam making a very light drink. My grandmother recently had a massive stroke and was hospitalized in Hemet. I have spent a great deal of time there over the past few weeks and while my grandmother is certainly my priority I also have a business to run, children to raise and a large family to keep informed. I spent a good deal of time in Starbucks and checked out most of the area locations. This store was filled with the friendliest people and was a comfortable atmosphere to relax enjoy a great cup of coffee or an ice cold passion fruit tea, work and decompress after such traumatic events. read more

I'm a frap girl but I've been known to get caramel macchiatos from time to time. I enjoy the Starbucks drinks, but I'm getting a little frustrated with their lack of attention to detail. Every Starbucks forgets the "final touches" of a frappucino (whether it be chocolate shavings, syrup, etc) - and for the price you're paying for a drink, they should have the process and toppings down to a T. This particular location is the ONLY location I've gone to where they do not know what a FRAPPUCINO is. I'm a very articulate person, and the past two times I've ordered through the drive thru, I've asked for a "Tall Peppermint Mocha Frappucino with whipped cream". Both times, they'e given me a hot drink (which btw, hot peppermint mocha is no bueno). The first time, I asked for it to be replaced. The second time I just took it, shook my head, and drove off. I didn't want to hold the customers behind me again. Plus I just didn't have the energy to be a b*tch. So I paid $4.00 for a hot coffee, with a hint of peppermint. Outrageous. I mean that's already enough money for my cold frap! I could have just had my 35 cent Keurig cup of French Vanilla Coffee at home. I usually go through the drive thru but went inside the store last night. I ordered a hot vanilla latte with breve, but I swear it wasn't breve, tasted like regular old milk, not creamy at all. Of course they charged me extra. The girl that helped me was not that friendly either, she had a smile on her face but no personality whatsoever, she was a cold cold barista. Ice cold. Family and I were in Hemet today to visit extended family who lives there. On our way out of town, we wanted a caffeine boost that only Starbucks could supply and a drive thru location made sense so we could get home faster. The woman operating the drive thru had some challenges. First, she struggled understanding the order on the intercom. Then, we get to the window and even though we ordered all drinks "iced," she makes one hot even though it's 109 degrees outside! Told her to take it back and remarked at the heat and that we asked it to be iced ... she made it iced quickly. Drive away, and they made a mistake with one order. C'est la vie, we're in a hurry to get out of town so we get going. Disappointed but I guess that's how life goes. We may even go back the next time we're in Hemet because there aren't a lot of other options and we like Starbucks. read more

I was there at 11 this morning and asked for a bold coffee which is supposed to be Brewing until 12. I noticed it just said Pikes instead of bold, so I told the girl that I wanted a bold thinking maybe she pressed the wrong button and she proceeded to say we don't have any we have blond or pikes. I explained to her I didn't want Pikes or blond I wanted a dark roast and ask her what do I do now and she said that's all they have to offer and that was too bad. So I explained to her that I didn't want the coffee I was going to go to another store and I was also going to call customer service and she said fine do whatever I want to do. This particular store has been a problem for a while and I don't know why my husband and I still go there. Yesterday we got coffee and it was cold. Maybe 2 months ago we were there about 5 in the morning and the girl told us they had no coffee except blond which I don't like the the blonde coffee I like the dark roast. I proceeded to go over to the one on Palm and Florida they were so nice and the guy told me that if they don't have the coffee they will offer Americano or put a shot or two in your coffee which is the right way to do business but on Florida and Kirby they don't have the brain God gave them. read more

I've pulled over to write this review in hopes of education and reliability. Victoria, you're adorable first off. You're beautiful and kind, but that's not what I ordered. I ordered a grand nitro cold brew with sweet cream 4 Stevia in a Venti with extra ice. I order this often exactly like that. Today, I was met with opposition. First it wasn't allowed the grande nitro in a venti cup with ice. The conversation was unnecessary. Grande nitro is the max size due to the amount of caffeine. However, by pushing the buttons grande nitro with sweet cream in a Venti cup with extra ice and 4 Stevia would cover you legally because the label would clearly state that this drink maintained quantity and was served in a larger cup for consumption. Make sense? So I had to use 2 cups and pull over to switch cups wasting one and on top of that there's no Stevia. Let me tell you now why this is a problem. Like you I have to work. My treat is this drink. Usually it sits in the fridge at work and takes me several hours to drink, but I enjoy it. I work all day with kids swearing at me, spitting on me, hitting me occasionally, and crying. This isn't about self pity it's about getting the treat to get through the day to help the kids. That's what Magical about Starbucks when done properly. Your job is about giving the community treats to make their day better. It is an important role. It isn't just a drink. read more

I really like this starbucks. There very clean and the employees are helpful and happy to assit you with every question and product you want. Major plus is that the know what there doing. I love Starbucks. I would have been happy to give five stars because this is no reflection on the staff what so ever. They are wonderful and hard working. The thing I find sad is that this Starbucks seams stark. There is not much in the way of product display or furnishings. I could not find one comfortable place to sit. This Starbucks does not have any plush furnishings. It's more like a cafeteria setting. I found it deficit to find a place to charge my phone and the tables were pushed up agents the walls leaving a lot of open floor space in the middle of the shop. This Starbucks looks so sad. It's not welcoming or warm. For this reason I think I will find one that feels more homey. Sad considering it's so close to the mall. read more

Cold coffee, wrong order 3 different times (through the drive thru -- making me get out of my car at 6am), poor service (especially from the males that work there), no spoon given when ordered oatmeal to go, and no help of breaking a $20 because he "can't open the register" even though I've spent massive amounts of money at Starbucks. Can't help a valued customer? Worst location I've been to of ALL the Starbucks I've frequented in the IE. Thumbs wayyyy down. Check your coffee before you leave because they sure won't. Let me start by saying that I have been to all the Starbucks in san Jacinto and Hemet. By far this is the best one. I stop at least once a day before work. It's funny because the morning staff already knows my usual.( I appreciate you guys for that)Staff is super friendly, awesome, really nice people. Service is always great and drinks always taste great. My favorite is the ice caramel macchiato and this is the only place in town we're they make it right. I came in this morning for a cup of coffee, I was immediately ignored by 3 different staff members before I was greeted by a woman who came out from the back. I ordered 2 sandwiches and coffee. I was told there is no decaf or another coffee available (since the one they had available was a roast I don't enjoy) so I waited 10 minutes for my coffee and it was filled to the brim and burned my daughter's hand. A different Starbucks completely messed up my order..She explained how she made it and was happy to brew a quarter pot of Blond (since apparently its only brewed at certain times) She said that she would be more than happy to brew some if I was wiling to wait.. This is my first and last time here. Service and staff great but I feel like I'm sitting in a social services office or a homeless shelter. It is later in the evening so maybe this is why. Never been here in the daytime so can't compare. There are lot of loiterers outside more than I've seen around the other Starbucks and they are all coming in asking for water and stuff. I've also notice this one isn't as large as some of the other places so not a lot of places to sit compared to the others with more tables. There's one large table area where a guy is sitting who's mentally ill by his rocking back and forth and mumbling. Nobody is going over there. Then I also notice that several of the tables or floor area by the tables are filled with bags and stuff from the street and yet nobody is around but the table is blocked off or the area, like it's being saved. Later a homeless guy came in from outside and grabbed all the stuff and left. It is what it is but I'll go elsewhere. read more

I've always complimented starbucks on their great customer service.....until tonight. I dealt with Gibrana. I come to this starbucks at least 3 times a week and I order the EXACT same thing. Tonight I was charged a higher price. I inquired, why? The drive thru person told me that I have been under charge. I open up the history of my purchases and showed her that I had even been here earlier today and was charged the lesser price. She then told me that the person under charged me. I went to the history from yesterday and showed her that I was charged the lesser price at a different store. She then told me that I was under charged. Hmm, I have at least 30 purchases all with the lesser price and every body is wrong except her. Hmm no chance of her OVER charging? I leave and call to request the name of the person in the drive thru, that's when Gibrana answer. She preceded to tell me how I should consider all those under charges as a gift! Excuse me, starbucks has NEVER given me a gift. I pay for all my drinks. Don't insult my intelligence and talk to me like I'm 5. Prior to today I would drive past 2 other starbucks just to get to this one....not any more. So i order my coffee, i come up to the register with my phone because im a rewards member and i show them the message it sent me saying i earned a free drink. The guy goes on to argue with me about my stars and wont even look at the message on my app. So i think hes right, drive away and call corporate, well what do you know my app was right, i got a free drink because it was a present from starbucks. The guy at the starbucks told me in quote "your app is wrong thats incorrect information". Well corprate said otherwise. This starbucks needs to either train this drive thru employee or they need to catch up on all the new stuff the app offers. read more

After spending ten minutes at the ordering machine with no response from the worker he decides to finally ask me what I want. I ordered two Frappuccinos and I specifically asked for no whipped cream on one of them which he did make a note of. After pulling up to the second window to pay, the worker had me wait an extra ten minutes just so I could be disappointed that he got my order wrong. When I kindly reminded him what I ordered, the worker was obviously agitated that I had said anything. When I finally got the drink I ordered it was clearly not the texture of a Frappuccino but instead very water and not made right. read more

I've never had a problem at this particular location. Their drive thru is relatively quick and the cashiers are always friendly. It's one of the smaller Starbucks I've been to but good nonetheless.
