This is my go to drive thru Starbucks that's close to my job. In the winter months I love to order the Carmel macchiato, right now my go to drink is the matcha green tea and lemonade, it's so good and refreshing and has about half of the caffeine as a regular cup of coffee would have. You can also ask for unsweetened or for them to use the Whole Earth sweetener that they have if you want to keep it low carb for Keto. I'm here super early so it's always easy in and out. The baristas are super nice and cheerful in the morning. Make sure if you want to order your dog a pupachino to do so when you place your order and not at the window. Sometimes the guy at he window is a stickler for telling me his but hey I don't always bring my dog to work so I forget sometimes. There is plenty of seating and tables as well as tables and umbrellas on the patio. The parking lot is small so it usually fills up during lunch but I was able to grab a spot right in front of the building. I think this location is less busy than the one down the street in Deerfield. read more

Wow! This Starbucks has such great customer service. The drive-thru is never slow, even when there is a line. Better yet, the people who work here are so friendly and polite, and it never comes off as fake or cloying. They seem happy to sling your favorite frappucinos and the like! Love a Starbucks with a drive thru. I like to stop here if I have an evening meeting. I drive thru and pick up a decaf for whatever evening activity I have going on. The staff is always friendly and seemingly happy to be there. Recently they have started closing at 7pm so I have to remember to get there a bit earlier. The drive thru is a bit tight. Recently there was a delivery truck blocking my exit so I had to go out through the entrance. Annoying and just a bit dangerous. read more

I ordered a grande vanilla capachino and half the cup is foam. I'm not sure what I was paying, for foam or a drink. The second picture is what was left of my drink once I took all the foam out it wasnt even half full. Update. I've been trying to call the store for 30 minutes to complain about my drink and the line have been busy the whole time. I will never come back to this store. I really dislike the new store design. I miss did items in a case to be checked-out for a good choice. There only reference for available for items / new drinks, is the one list left of counter. To view the offerings you need to step out of line allowing anyone to slip in front of you. Oddly inconvenient. There staff is wonderful and Daniel at the drive-thru window, makes my day. But the new design is simply a puzzlement, no clue what the goal was. Once a friendly store, and my favorites, now a hassle to visit. read more

Friendly staff and dedicated employees. I accidentally forgot to say a venti iced latte and got a venti hot one instead and they kindly remade a new one for me, no charge. The only thing that is disappointing is the location...can be difficult to get in and out at times when there is a full line with the drive-thru and it's a very small lot...close to Deerfield Rd that can get busy. Be careful when you're pulling in and out of the parking lot here during rush hours. There have been times I'd like coffee but had to drive by because of the long line taking up the entrance and no where to get in for the option to park. I do however love your outdoor seating area in the front! :) read more

This Starbucks has helped me keep my sanity throughout the pandemic. The staff is SO nice, and cheerful every single time I've been here. The drive-thru has been a sanity saver the likes I can't even tell you. The dog loves to hang her out out the window, and they love to see her too. They always (or nearly always!) ask if she'd like a pupperchino, (small bit of whipped cream in a cup), and while I don't always say yes, I love that they ask. They've been able to be speedy with the beans as well, when I've needed those. They've been great with masks, and they adjusted the parking lot to snake around so there's not as much of a line hanging out onto the street anymore. (This was fixed really early on in the pandemic, so kudos for adapting!) They've closed a few times when needed, and I'm more than okay with that- it means they are taking care of their employees better than some other places, as well as their customers. And, it's a Pokemon stop, so WHOO! for that, too! I usually get my latte or coffee while in the drive thru, drive around, and park in a spot and just hang out with the dog. Fantastic! We try to tip nicely when we go, especially since they're doing us such a solid by working through this time! read more

Salted caramel cake pop - OUT - again! Vanilla latte coffee...ummm... I'm at home drinking this...where's the vanilla? This location continues to be a mish mosh of service, servers, and inconsistency. I prefer coming to this location because it's so close to my house and usually pretty quiet. When I'm in a rush I don't always enjoy running into people, so this seems to be a great hideout for me...I never see anyone I know here. Please if I can just give the management here some thoughts: * There is great parking. * The staff is unfocused and inconsistent. * The product. This is a chain. The recipes should always be the same. * Salted caramel cake pops...where do they hide them? * The location is sunny with a nice variety of seating and tables. So, don't you want me to want to come back and stay? Believe it or not, I could write a series of Starbucks reviews and every store has something different to offer. A unique vibe, a certain flow, etc. With regard to this location, please take note that I'm sitting here at home, having used up my Starbucks gift card in entirety. I am sad. My coffee is sub par. Starbucks are Starbucks. However, I wanted to give this location a quick review commemorating their excellent customer service. I stop by this place occasionally on my way to work and each time I go, there is a huge line of cars at the drive-through, so I go inside. I've been to other Starbucks where the baristas don't pay much attention to the people inside, but this place? They give each person a lot of attention and the drinks are practically ready by the time I've paid for the drink! The people behind the counter are also super-friendly and have helped me out several times when I've had glitches with my iPhone app. The drinks are always good, too. read more

**THIS REVIEW ONLY PERTAINS TO THE STORE SERVICE AND POLICIES** "Where's your #recycle bin?" as I saw that exact recycle bin I saw at the same 5bucks yesterday was replaced by a trash bin. Unlamentfully the Starbucks barista replies ,"Umm.. we don't have one. You can just throw it in there." Reluctant to that approach I say ,"Well, it was here yesterday. What happened to it?" Stopped in while on a bike ride on a very cold day. None of the staff said hello, cashier looked really tired, an no one offered so much as a smile. I ordered a latte with extra espresso shot and extra foam. First I was delivered what the barista called a no-foam latte, then to add foam he dumped out some of the drink, and bye-bye extra espresso I just paid for. What he then gave me had 2" of bubbles on top. Why does it seem many Starbucks baristas don't know how to froth milk? Not a good experience and I will not be back. read more

Went to starbucks this morning and ordered toffee nut latte with a grill cheese. The cashier sounded annoyed and asked me what did I want in my coffee. I asked what did she mean? She did not understand what I was ordering. When we got to the window she handed me a grill cheese that was just thrown in the bag and it was not cut. I asked her to cut it and she gave me an attitude and had the nerve to say next time I order I should ask to have the sandwich cut. I looked at her and said really nice customer service. I spent $10.63 and this is the service I get!!! The display shows the sandwich cut in half and every other time I have ordered the sandwich I'm asked if I want it cut. Also, my niece found a hair in her drink - lovely, I'm annoyed with starbucks - at least this location!!! NO STARS TODAY but in order for me to post I have to select a star! read more

I have always had a good experience at any Starbucks I've gone to, however, the experience I had at this one store was far from good or even acceptable. I ordered the drink I order at 3 other stores close to this one, but this time when I ordered, both the barista and manager refused to make my drink the cup size I requested. Furthermore, the manager was so rigid in her approach to the situation, it quickly became clear to me that the manager was not interested in my satisfaction as a customer, but was more concerned about adhering to non-existant rules set forth by her corporation. In other words, she lied to me while arguing with me about serving me the drink I wanted to pay for. I was so frustrated that I left without a drink and promised myself I would not purchase coffee at a store where, when I have an issue or when I am not satisfied with the very expensive item I want, the manager does not care about customer satisfaction. Instead of getting my morning coffee, I got an argument and a lie. Not what I was wanting or expecting. Plus- the bathroom in this place is filthy and neglected. Ew. read more
