I marked my calendar for red cup day. I love those little cups and it really puts me in the mood. I am so glad I decided to order my drink for pickup in the store because the line was wrapped. Per usual, their drive through leaves a lot to be desired. Nevertheless, I breezed in, picked up my drink, got my cup and was on my way. I had a refresher instead of coffee since I was on the road. The dragonfruit is delicious. I was so happy the inside was well organized and they had my order ready. Your typical Starbucks with long drive through lane and packed on the inside. Although, surprisingly, the cashier who was helping me on this particular day was super friendly compared to your typical Baristas. She even made sure that she spelled my name right where most Baristas would just put down "Billy" on the cup. I ordered the White Chocolate Mocha and it didn't take too long to prepare despite the number of people waiting in line (I didn't use the drive through). I can't speak about the quality of the food they offer here since I didn't get any, but this location doesn't get any complains from me. read more

I swear this location ALWAYS messes up my order in some form of way. More recently, I came here and ordered 2 grande iced caramel macchiato. Got to the drive thru window, they scan my phone, and they only handed me 1 drink and asked me was there anything else I was waiting for. Specified I ordered 2. They then stated they had only charged me for 1 and had to charge me for another. This has happened TWICE and it's quite irritating... twice at the same location!!! Hope they improve by repeating orders to customers BEFORE they reach the drive thru window, and pay. It's extremely inconvenient having to pay for another drink and wait for it while everyone behind you are irritated as well. read more

As I approached the door I stopped and looked inside to see the manager scratching her scalp with her hand profusely as if she had bed bugs or fleas. I don't understand the customers who have written negative reviews of this Starbucks. I love it! It has been my go-to location, almost daily for well over 10 years, and all because of the manager, Sam. She always has a top-notch crew on hand, and when they get slammed by a rush, she jumps in to operate the bar with both hands and get them caught up--even when she was quite pregnant! Staff is super friendly but also good at their jobs. Back before the pandemic, they all knew me so well, they would start on my usual order when they saw me get out of my truck in the parking lot. I'd walk up to the cash register and they'd hand me my drink and ask, "Anything else today, Keith?" I'm a longtime, hardcore Starbucks addict (I had my first gold card when they were black with just a gold cup design on the front) and I've been to locations from one end of this country to the other, and Sam's Starbucks is one of the best I've found. So, take those negative reviews with a grain of salt and trust someone who really knows. If you have a problem at this Starbucks, ask for Sam and tell her Keith said she would make it right. read more

This location is brilliantly staffed and I have never had a single problem with any of the staff in the years I've been coming here. I have used both the drive thru and ordered inside. Even when very busy service is as quick as possible. Everything I've ever had has been really yummy from this location. It's a good drive thru location for being part of a 'pay it forward' chain...I've actually started a few myself just because. The drive thru is a little weird because it's on the right wall {when facing the building} of a small strip center and getting in and out can be challenging - out especially because you cannot see around the building if there are incoming cars in the driving lanes. read more

Starbucks is great. Duh! I don't have great service experiences at this location but they always get the drinks right and I come here rarely due to location. For instance, this morning it was about 25 degrees outside: the barista curtly said... chip? Then handed me the machine through my car window and had me hold the machine and my card while she shut the window... It was kind of weird! I normally drive to this Starbucks because it has a drive thru and it's near Costco. It's also been my go-to since the employees are so nice and friendly. Every time I have visited this Starbucks I'm greeted, and they seem to love their job. I really like on how they strive with customer service and happy to see you there. In 2 years of ordering this way, this little barista is only the second in likely 100's I've ordered to take it upon herself to THROW AWAY a huge portion of my drink because I only "ordered a grande". I also ordered, AND PAID FOR, additional shots, which adds volume to the drink. So I ask for my grande in a venti cup. I will not apologize for not wanting a chunk of my $8 coffee to be thrown away. I'm sorry the extra shots keep it from fitting in a grande cup, hence the request to put it in a venti cup. The last time it happened, they offered to remake it. This adorable Gen Z'r just said "sorry". I guess she thought she would do what was best for Starbucks and only measure enough to fit in a grande and put it in a venti cup and throw the rest away. I go to this Starbucks all the time and most of them are amazing. I've never seen this dipzoid before, but won't allow her to touch a drink again. Hopefully she'll be gone soon. The employees mostly chatter amongst themselves and only half pay attention to the customers in the lobby. I bought a drink and had to use the bathroom so when I did, after about 15 minutes the manager knocked profusely and threatened to call security because i was "in the bathroom for 30 mins" and their "bathrooms aren't meant for that..." I don't normally patronize, partial as I am to independent shops, and wouldn't normally review, so ubiquitous a chain, but every so often, one location stands out from the pack. Starbucks has really gotten back to their roots with the Pike Place roast, and I regularly buy their beans for personal consumption, especially the African varieties. But again, you could get those at any location. The staff at this Willowbrook area location is particularly friendly both amongst themselves, which gives off a positive vibe to customers, and with the customers themselves. As I've become a regular here, the baristas have learned my name and my order, and a noon hour stop on the patio has become an anticipated respite in the middle of my day. read more

Comparing my visits to this location to other Starbucks locations, they have been OK. I cannot really think of any issues that I have had here.
