The stand in the Cypress outlet mall on the other hand was really disappointing. When we came back for our second and third visits here we had a more mixed experience. I didn't get the best impression of the owners and some of the drinks we're not very impressive. So I have mixed feelings and issues with this place. I still think it's great to have this at the mall and it's still a lot better than most bubble tea you will find in most malls.
