This is my favorite Starbucks location in the Charlotte Metro. They are fast and consistent in quality, which is saying a lot considering how busy they always are! I'm always greeted and thanked--a little exchange that goes a long way. The food and drinks are always prepared correctly--I've never had any issues whatsoever. I mobile order a lot, and I appreciate being able to grab my things and go, never having to worry about my order being incorrect. I don't hang out in the seating areas, but it always seems clean and organized. Thank you to these hard-working folks! I appreciate you! read more

I LOVE consistency & this Starbucks has it. Whether I do a mobile order or order at the register, each time it's been a great experience. Every employee interacts with you. Even if it's just a simple smile or "hello." And my drinks are ALWAYS delicious. Parking is adequate, especially if you arrive before the next door AT&T store opens. I always place a mobile order. This SBux location is a slight detour off 77North on way to the office. Which is not often anymore because of COVID. The nice thing about this location is between 8:30-9:00 am there is little traffic on Sam Furr and it's easy to access and get back on 77. Since March I've hoped to see consistency but it's hit or miss here. This review is for the visits made in 2020. The disappointments are the breakfast sandwiches have been lukewarm and askew. I had to reassemble it. The egg bites were ready and so delicious. Maybe I should stick with those as the sandwiches are not as tasty to me anymore. The coffee is sometimes lukewarm or way too hot. Sometimes the order is ready or almost ready when I arrive. The best timing is to place the order as I approach exit 18. On an October visit the timing was way off! I waited for about 15 minutes for my coffee. It was just a coffee, not a featured drink. On this occasion I had to wait and wait. I think they had forgotten my order. It wasn't until I asked a second time they started to grind the beans to make my coffee! Then the coffee was overfilled and spilling out form the lid and burning my hand as I carried it out. Good thing I had napkins in the car since they cannot put them out. I was watching the baristas and at one pint noticed the manager talking to one barista for a period of time and showing her something on his phone. There were 6 of us waiting for drinks and I was shocked to see he didn't offer to help the bother baristas who were frantically trying to fill orders. I was not happy and decided to not order here for several weeks. Finally a happy visit. This past Wednesday, the coffee was the perfect temperature, made to order correctly and ready when I arrived. Tip : But the baristas are always ignoring you. You will have to make an effort to get their attention when you come to pick up your mobile order. read more

I have not been a fan of starbucks coffee for about ten years. Last year I gave it another try while traveling through the Raleigh/Durham area, and fell in love with the chestnut praline foam over cold coffee (no ice). So, my first visit here, my drink was made perfect. Visit #2 it was ok, and my third visit (yesterday) was NOT good. Somehow it confuses the baristas when I say cold coffee no ice. So it was made with ice. They happily remade it. Thanks. So, the foam was thick and will usually mix with the coffee, however, it did not, nor did it have flavor. I thought, 'hmm, maybe as it settles I'll taste that de-lish chestnut praline'...never did. By that time I was home and just added hazelnut creamer. So, needless to say, I'm very disappointed. read more

Slowest Starbucks ever. They're too busy talking about what they watch on tv than making coffee

It's sad when all I asked was for the cashier to wear gloves while touching and heating up my sandwich . The female manager on shift at 7:00pm jumps in the conversation defensively and said we don't touch the sandwich . My response was that he ( the cashier) did not change gloves after touching the computer screen while taking my order. She ( the manager) proceeded to aggressively make the order and then became sarcastic and rude asking if I wanted to have her "wash the tongs as well?" Ridiculous . That made me very upset. Just visited here about 35..40 min ago. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. I was indecisive about the flavor refresher I wanted and was given a few options from the woman taking my order and one making drinks. I ordered a strawberry açaí one pleasant woman suggested I add a raspberry flavor as that's how she makes hers... omg it was so good! Mary and Hailey at this location were fantastic! At other Starbucks, when I (accidentally) order a coffee they aren't currently brewing, the barista will just tell me "We aren't brewing that" and ask me if Pike is okay. Mary didn't even hesitate, and started making the blonde pour-over. As a former partner, I know that's a lot of extra work, and that's going above-and-beyond for the client. This Starbucks is kinda nasty. Coffee beans and junk on the ground. You stand at the counter for several minutes while the baristas ignore you and shuffle around. Windows are filthy and the worst part is their drinks are weak. I got a latte with an added shot and couldn't taste any flavor of coffee. They remade it and the second round wasn't much better. Though it might not be incredibly easy to get to this Starbucks when heading east off of 77N, it is worth the stop! The morning crew is incredibly friendly...and based on how many customer drinks they know, it's safe to assume that I am not the only person who loves being a regular. When Becky is at the register, you are always certain to be greeted with a smile and friendly conversation. And what is even more amazing is that, even with the kind greetings and such, the service is still top notch, too! If you can stop, I would definitely recommend making this your morning coffee spot. read more

I really want to like this Starbucks but I just can't. Its pretty hard to get to from one side of the street. You have to make a u-turn in front of a neighborhood to get to it from one side of the street.The parking lot isn't the greatest. It's just an awkward layout and there are definitely not enough parking spaces for peak times. Staff was pretty nonchalant. Not super friendly but I can't say that the service was bad. I'm one of those weird people that loves a frappuchino in the winter time and it's never consistently made. 3 stars because it's just average. Not a review for this H-ville 'Bucks?! Ok, I'll snag the FTR honor! It's a perfectly clean, accessible Starbucks in Huntersville. Whether you dig an iced vanilla latte, a breakfast wrap or my all-time favorite, Pumpkin Spice Latte, this shop does it up right. There's not a ton of seating, but there are a few comfy leather chairs and a smattering of small tables. And, it's worth noting that each staff member is incredibly sweet and friendly. Must be from all those free lattes they drink. When you're spending $4+ for a fancy pants cup of coffee, it helps to see that the staff actually cares that you enjoy your drink. And they do just that here. I noticed a woman in front of me bring back her cup o' joe (I don't know why) and they immediately apologized, made her another one and gave her a coupon for a free future beverage. Pretty good place. The staff isn't your typical over friendly Starbucks staff which you would be a custom too. That was pretty disappointing. Pretty much had that "churn and burn" feel while inside. Great Starbucks. I like going to this location because the staff is always friendly, there's plenty of seating indoors and outdoors, and the service is fast. Drinks are consistently good too. I know people have said it's hard to get to this location but it's really not.
