It's one of those places where you immediately want to order one of everything. We tried a few pastries along with the quiche, and everything was excellent. The Kouign Amann was buttery, flaky, and beautifully made, while the quiche was decadent without feeling heavy. The flavors in the quiche were amazing and the crust was perfect. Definitely one of the best quiches I've had. The breakfast sandwich was also an amazing savory item on the menu, it was served on their croissants so you get the best of both worlds. It does get busy, especially in the mornings, but it's worth the wait. The line moves fast and there's plenty of seating on their lovely patio. I'd consider this one of the must-stop bakeries in Jackson Hole.

Most of the time they're referred to as a morning bun and they have hints of orange. 3/5 Now for the beans that I bought. I got home and opened them to see that they were very shiny (that means that they are a darker roast because the natural oils come out of the beans the longer you roast them). They are marked as a light roast and they are far from it. The roast date isn't on them either and that should have been my red flag. 0/5 Below is the Ethiopia light roast from SRRC next to the CC Java Estate that I just bought, for reference.

She said they have no way to warm it but said it was bakery fresh. It's 9:30am... what does that mean to me...or any customer? If I ask for it to be warm, that is how I want it... if you can't do that just tell me before charging me. The manager came over and asked that the issue was. I explained it to him. He then explained that they don't warm things up. I said, "no issue. I just don't feel I should pay for it if it is not the way I requested. He agreed. Then one of his employees stepped in and said, "just keep it. I said I don't want it. She responded with, loudly as almost to embarrass me, "we are going to throw it away because we can't resell it!" This is not a place I would recommend if you like customer service, positive attitudes in the morning and/or a place where you can order food how you like it. This is a place that sells expensive overpriced bakery items and feels it is ok for its staff to be rude and indignant to its customers and does not cater to their customers needs. The bagels itself were a little on the thicker side, they were toasted but not much as seen from the pictures. They were pretty doughy, not a personal favorite.
