Came first thing in the morning and it was busy. There was a line out the door. Luckily, it went pretty fast. The staff at the front was friendly and helpful and my food was immediately ready, which seemed magical. I got two breakfast bagels, which were delicious. My companion also thought so. Both were premade, but were soo good. We got the everything bagels with meat and egg. I thought about these sandwiches for days after. The bagel was a good size, flavorful, and soft. I also ordered a sweet bagel with mountain berry cream cheese. I was excited to try something sweet, but was immediately let down. The bagel even looked different. It was small, kinda burnt, and seemed to not be baked well. The cream cheese also had no flavor. We both tried bites of it, but felt it was bad enough to throw away. What a let down. Our first stop in Jackson Hole and it was packed. The line almost went out the door but went by fairly quick. They have a choice of meats and you can choose your vegetables and sauce. The inside is not too big but enough spots for a group to sit if you get 2 tables, just keep a look out people come in and out pretty quickly. They were out of their Lox Bagel with actual salmon and we accidentally ordered the bagel with salmon but just in the cream cheese. Make sure to clarify when ordering this as we were confused and never heard of it before. The salmon cream didn't have a strong flavor, maybe the cream cheese was pretty overpowering. I did prefer the sandwiches over the cream cheese bagels. There is a thick layer of meat but not much sauce on either sandwich so I would recommend asking for either extra or on the side. The bagels itself were a little on the thicker side, they were toasted but not much as seen from the pictures. They were pretty doughy, not a personal favorite. As a self-aware bagel snob, I have to admit that I was not expecting top notch bagels in Jackson, Wyoming, so this place was a very pleasant surprise. Yum! I think Pearl Street bagels is a huge success. We stopped by on our way out to the trails and I am so glad we did! There wasn't a line at 8AM on Sunday which was great so we walked in and ordered quickly. We got a couple of coffees and I opted to share a cinnamon raisin bagel with honey walnut cream cheese and a classic bacon egg and cheese. My one complaint is that the bacon egg and cheese were premade in a warmer which lost some of the touch for me, but it was still delicious! The bagel with cream cheese had a great portion of cream cheese and it was delicious. The bacon egg and cheese was also great and they add plenty of bacon thats for sure!! The bagels here are truly incredible and so is the cream cheese!! I was very impressed. The selection of bagels and breakfast sandwiches is very simple and easy to navigate. We also had their cookies which were sublime and not too sweet (our preference). Pretty good bagels! I enjoyed the sesame seed and poppy seed bagels. The spinach feta just tasted like a plain bagel, so I wouldn't get again. They were a bit stale when I got them, but once I toasted and added butter they tasted okay. They almost taste like they have a bit of whole wheat flour which was interesting. I got a smoothie, a Banana Coconut Muffin, & an Everything Bagel w/ Cream Cheese, Salmon & Capers. Bagel was very good, they don't skimp on the cream cheese like some places do. The muffin was great, I loved you could taste the coconut fibers. I ate it so fast that I forgot a picture! The smoothie is very fresh, pretty delicious! However, I'd skip it if you're wanting a more consistent drink. Since it has fresh berries, there are some chunks/seeds you have to chew. I like that, but you may not. Pearl Street Bagels was located the block from our hotel, so it made for a convenient choice to pick up a couple of bagels as our snack/light lunch. I dropped by the bagel shop around 11am. There were several people in front of me, but the queue to order moved quickly. I was even more surprised that I got my order 2 minutes after I sat down to wait for it, especially considering there was only 1 person making the sandwiches. I love Pearl Street Bagels!! I didn't get to go to Pearl Street Bagels until my second day because everything was so hectic and also they didn't open till 7 AM which of course is early but when you're trying to get to those trails very often when you're up at 6 AM and you've gotta be on the go. As soon as I started going, I started coming back each day for tea. I would love to eat bagels, but they're on the fattening side so I usually don't however, I did break down and have a couple and they were delicious. They're all baked from scratch, they do not toast them. I would like them toasted, but considering that they were baked from scratch they were really good. I noticed that they were packed every morning and during the day as well, they are such a popular place. There's one girl that worked there that I thought was just so beautiful inside and out she was a tall brunette. Every time I came in she smiled at me and was so kind her beauty exuded outward! The energy there was so good everybody that worked there was so nice. It was just a happy place. I would definitely go back there again when I come to town and I'd recommend that you do too. read more

Quick breakfast spot downtown Jackson. I went at 10 am on a Saturday and was disappointed to find out they stopped breakfast sandwich offerings already. The staff were busy but could h e been friendlier and more helpful - almost as though they were annoyed by any tourist or first time guest. Edit: Omg my husband and I remember I was disappointed by a bagel place in Jackson years ago but we swore it was not this place. Apparently it was. Still sucks after 8 years, don't visit. Do not go here for breakfast! They only offer pre-made bagel sandwiches, which are dry and uninspiring. I like to customize bagel sandwiches with the shop's specialty cream cheese and add fresh veggies, but this was not an option. It was AMAZING. One of the best matcha lattes I've ever had. They put so much matcha in it... they dont skimp. I order these wherever I go and it's so hit or miss. Bagels are a staple for easy road-trip breakfasts. I wish they had more sweet bagels, most of the options were savory. I love me a good blueberry bagel but there wasn't much option here. I grabbed a honey sunflower bagel with walnut honey cream cheese. It was simple, but good. They don't go easy on the cream cheese, so enjoy!
