Pearl Street bagels in Jackson, Wyoming is a breakfast destination, locals and visitors alike. There is a variety of items ranging from breakfast sandwiches to lunch/deli sandwiches The inside of the cafe is cozy. Service is friendly and the bagels are yummy. PSB is a great place to grab coffee in the morning or a delicious deli sandwich.

Service was fast! Got the everything bagel with salmon lox - which was pretty tasty. Would recommend for a quick breakfast.

Very cute little place! Good variety, food is pretty customizable. Staff were very friendly and you can tell this place is loved by locals & tourists alike! They seemed waste averse, which is awesome. Had reusable cups for water, and a discount if you brought your own coffee cup. Food was good, but pricey. But, that seems to be most places in Jackson. I got a smoothie, a Banana Coconut Muffin, & an Everything Bagel w/ Cream Cheese, Salmon & Capers. Bagel was very good, they don't skimp on the cream cheese like some places do. The muffin was great, I loved you could taste the coconut fibers. I ate it so fast that I forgot a picture! The smoothie is very fresh, pretty delicious! However, I'd skip it if you're wanting a more consistent drink. Since it has fresh berries, there are some chunks/seeds you have to chew. I like that, but you may not. Four stars instead of five because it was a bit pricey for me, no toasted bagels, & a few annoying flies coming in from outside. Overall, I'd definitely stop in!

Staff is really friendly. Can't go wrong with any of the options. Definitely worth the trip if you're feeling a bagel and coffee!

Bagel sandwiches were a bit hard and chewy. Coffee however was delicious and latte was the right amount of flavor without being bitter.

Quick breakfast spot downtown Jackson. I went at 10 am on a Saturday and was disappointed to find out they stopped breakfast sandwich offerings already. The staff were busy but could h e been friendlier and more helpful - almost as though they were annoyed by any tourist or first time guest. I got an everything bagel with turkey and cheese - it was decent but would have been better warmed up and the bagel was slightly chewy.. I got a latte which was delicious and they offer several milk and syrup options to compliment it.

A solid "fine". They won't toast the bagel because they say they make them fresh. The bagel was good and did seem fresh, but it's a cold ski town. Maybe you just want a hot bagel. Instead you get a room temp bagel that's more snack sized. If I was hungry I'd need two, which at $5.45 a piece isn't great. Good enough, probably wouldn't go back.

The grilled cheese was genuinely tasty, and I really liked the cortado. The pecan pie was fine -- not outstanding, but enjoyable enough. The croissant, though, was disappointing. It was served cold, not warmed up at all, and surprisingly, they don't even offer a plain croissant. It may sound like a minor detail, but when you're paying bakery-level prices, those details count. The bigger problem, however, was the service -- especially the brunette woman at the counter. From the second we approached, the atmosphere felt unfriendly. No smile, no greeting, no eye contact. There was no willingness to assist, no recommendations, and no sense of hospitality whatsoever. Her expression stayed cold the entire time, and it honestly felt like we were inconveniencing her simply by ordering. To top it off, it took nearly five minutes just to get a basic receipt, with no explanation or acknowledgment. And that's the thing about customer service -- it shapes the entire experience. A café can have great coffee, appealing food, and a beautiful interior, but when the first interaction feels distant and unwelcoming, it overshadows everything else. Staff members are the face of a business, and when customers leave feeling ignored or unwanted, it leaves a lasting impression for all the wrong reasons. Beautiful space and some solid food, but service is what defines whether people return -- and unfortunately, this experience made us not want to come back.

It's fortunate I've had better experiences with coconut matchas elsewhere, because if this were my first impression, I would have sworn off it! The orange syrup was far too zesty, and the coconut water they chose was terrible. Decent pastry offerings. Huckleberry donut was oddly dense, not very flavorful, and topped with thick icing. Dressed up and on reservation, we arrived a tad early and were promptly greeted. Maybe hospitality isn't Wyoming's forte, but all of the staff did not seem happy to see nor serve us from the beginning. The booking site only offered high top tables, so that's what I selected. When the hostess asked if we'd like to switch to a table, she was sternly corrected in front of us that it "wouldn't be possible" by another staff member. The interaction felt unprofessional in front of guests, and as if they weren't willing to accommodate us. On top of that fiasco came plenty of glares and stares from staff throughout our visit. Crawfish & Dumpling - 9/10 For the table. Pungent; a few bites satisfy. I've never had crawfish in this setting. Perfect gnocchi. Delicious all around. Oyster Shooter - 8/10 Fairly priced, fresh. It's a carrot salad with a bite of meat and maybe 5 ravioli. Bar Steak - One came overcooked and one under. Sides were mediocre. Uninteresting mashed potatoes. Our waitress tried to take our order almost immediately after being seated. She visited few times after ordering. With a 5:30 reservation, we left by 5:57 thanks to the small portions and staff seeming to rush us out. In a tourist destination, I would imagine better hospitality and warmth from local workers.
