Not good customer service, work ethic, or professionalism. I recently came by to get a nice cup of coffee to enjoy on the way to work. While waiting for my coffee, the employees had no respect for their customers or workplace. One employee raised her voice to express drinking alcoholic beverages and shots at work. Additionally to this, there was two drinks on the counter in front of this employee that did not look like Starbucks drinks. Another employee repeatedly used the r slur and they shared a loud conversation about how they hate foreigners and foreigners "thick accents". I understand having a personal life , I understand feeling a certain way but this is no place to share your personal life or thoughts on other people, especially customers. Now I'm uncomfortable with going again. You have lost loyal customer. In summary, the customer service and this experience were absolutely horrible and disgusting. Do better. read more

Hey All, I'm only giving one star because I couldn't move forward with the review without at least one star. Please don't waste your time with the drive thru or coming in. Long lines that seem to be stuck outside and inside is filthy. They don't appear to clean at all! Inside wasn't as crowded and it Still took almost 25-30 minutes for a Medicine Ball. One tea drink that helps if you have a cold.... I mean really helps! If I weren't desperate I would've left immediately! Sooo disappointing. There were 5-6 workers that had the personality of a piece of wood! No greeting...looked as if they were doing ME a favor! Really? No customers, no business =no check young folks! Came to this Starbucks after getting food from the place next door before I started my day at the Speedway. The store was a little messy but the service was phenomenal, the one thing that I'll remember here is how well all the workers here are great at multitasking and how fast they were at it . This store staff is rude, it takes forever in the drive through. You go inside and it takes also 30-40 min for one coffee. The coffee taste burnt but don't worry you only get about one teaspoon due to all the ice you can't even get the straw into the cup. All in all if this was my first experience I would never go back. We are staying at a hotel nearby and came to this location two days in a row and it is by far the slowest Starbucks I've ever seen. We got stuck in the drive thru for a very long time. Every time I come here it's always such a frustrating experience. I always put in a mobile order about 15 minutes before I arrive, so I can just walk in and walk out with my drink. But for some reason this location holds the mobile order drinks on a shelf behind the counter, unlike other locations where they arrange them on the counter so customers can just look for their beverage and get it themselves. I get why some locations opt for holding the drinks, and wouldn't be so terrible if they actually paid attention to mobile order customers when they arrived and asked for their drink. Even when there are SIX people behind the counter, not one of them is dedicated to passing out mobile orders when those customers arrive. I've had to repeat my name several times just to get someone's attention, and today I had to go to the main register to look like I was ordering just so an employee would acknowledge that I was even standing there asking for something. I said "My drink is sitting there behind the counter -- I can see it, with my name on it -- but I can't get anyone to hand it to me." It's such a consistently frustrating experience in a chaotic atmosphere that most of the time I opt to drive all the way to Shawnee where they leave the beverages on the counter, say hello when you walk in, and the place is calm and peaceful. read more
