No sign that they were closing early when we walked in. The person working the counter repeatedly told us they were closing in 10 minutes at 820 pm. Hours state they are open until 10pm. He kept asking if he could start a drink for us about one minute after he said they closed in 10 minutes. We ordered a minute after that and the drinks tasted horrible and were lukewarm. Jesus, some of these reviews. I hope the employees reading the nasty ones have a good laugh because they're pretty dumb. Anyways, I love coming here in the morning before my classes. My card didn't work once because I left my new one at home and put the expired card in my purse instead, but Roberta was a total bae and gave me my green tea latte for free (you rock, queen). Don't let the buttholes on here get to you. The store's always clean, the employees are great, and after coming nearly every day of the week this last semester to survive early morning courses because for whatever reason I thought that was a good idea, my order has never been wrong. Wish I could give 5 stars but just can't. The location is convenient and employees great but parking lot stinks. Exiting the drive thru and parking lot can be dicey. Just had a rude experience in that lot today leaving the drive thru. read more

Kenosha, Wisconsin (both locations) Carmel Macchiato Triple Shot - it's what I ordered for months via drive-thru at both Kenosha locations; 2-3x/week at $5.56 a hit, that adds up. The frustration? 1) Having to DRIVE back to the store 2) PARK the car 3) WALK into the store (I use the drive-thru for a reason) 4) WAIT in line All this just to get that third shot (this happens at both locations). Without it, the drink tastes like steamed milk. There's absolutely no punch. I hate steamed milk. The first 20 times or so I was nice, AND I was late for work. When they get it right, it's almost worth it. Today's the last time. At least there was no line. I gave it back to the clerk, told him I didn't even want a refund; just give me a large coffee (I've never had bad coffee at Starbucks, just bad specialty drinks). Although he was very nice, for some reason that alone took almost five minutes. I have no idea why. Get back in the car & take a sip, I can't believe it. Whatever coffee he gave me was so weak, it blew my mind. I've never experienced those two words together before, "STARBUCKS" and 'WEAK". I drove to McDonalds, asked them to throw it away, and paid $1.06 for a large coffee. If I ever see, smell or taste steamed milk again I'll probably explode. And since I don't want to explode, I'll just make sure to avoid Starbucks. And finally, I'd like to end this saga by sharing something positive about this whole experience: that tip jar in the window? It ALWAYS makes me smile : ) read more

Terrible service. Slow and rude. I ordered two iced Americanos. When she read the order back she said two iced coffees and acted all dramatic when I corrected that we wanted americano. And when I asked about milk boxes for my kids because they were out in the cooler you'd have thought I asked them to whip me up a soufflé she seemed so put out. read more

Coffee was fine as always but the girl manning the drive thru was extremely rude for no reason. Her overall demeanor was mean and when she handed my drinks over said "here you go" and just walked away. No smiles and no hellos. Will not be returning to this location because of it. read more

Absolutely one of the worst places for someone with a disability. Perhaps the gods could force the landlord of the strip mall to switch places so they could encounter the TERRIBLE parkng situation. I'll spend my money elsewhere. read more
