I recommend their medium size option if you are getting an iced drink as they always get the coffee to milk ratio correct for me. My only complaint is their iced coffee drinks aren't always cold enough strangely (I have not experienced this with other coffee shops and I love iced coffee). A few times now I have ended up with lukewarm iced coffee with ice that's already halfway melted. I come here often and always hesitate for them to remake it due to this but it really takes away from my iced coffee experience. Due to the inconsistency I'm taking off two stars. I still recommend to try this shop but be prepared for a possible hit or miss experience with their iced beverages.

We ordered a variety of items, including the Steak Ranchera, Mad Reds potatoes, Lemon Blueberry Ricotta Pancakes, and even a Kids Full Breakfast from the kids' menu. Grandma's table did not disappoint. From the generous portion sizes to the awesome potatoes (which are house-made fries) and the fluffy pancakes, each item was bursting with flavor in all the right ways. I never complained about waiting or asked them to rush my order--I was perfectly happy to wait. What made the experience so uncomfortable was listening to an employee openly complain about me while I was sitting right outside the window. The employee at the window was polite and professional, but the other barista's behavior was incredibly unprofessional and made me feel completely unwelcome. I've contacted Starbucks Corporate and asked that the incident be reviewed. Unfortunately, I won't return to this location.
