This is a great, small Starbucks! There is seating inside and outside. They also have free WiFi. I needed to pick up a dozen $5 gift cards to hand out. Had to reload my own Starbucks card first. All the girls were eager to assist me. It was easy to achieve what I wanted. I ran into a friend here I had not seen in a couple years. What a horrible experience today!!! Line wasn't long (only thing positive) but the service was extremely poor. My lemon loaf was broken in a way that it looked like it had been eaten!!! And our spinach feta wrap was frozen!!! They didn't even attempt to heat it up! Sadly they are the only Starbucks in key largo but rest assured we aren't going back!!! We had such a wonderful experience from the staff that we looked forward to our visit the next day. The store is clean, the staff was extra freindly and efficient. The music was icing on the cake. Very convenient location and pretty much the only Starbucks between here and Key West! You can do go and order inside or go to the drive through if you don't want to leave the inside of your car. This location has been my hero many times on our way to Key West. We always make our drive to key west very early in the morning and anyone that knows me, knows I need my morning coffee. We know of plenty of coffee shops in key west but not along the drive to get there; so stopping here becomes necessary plus it's a last minute bathroom stop since hubby doesn't like to stop for bathroom breaks. They always make great coffee and they have a drive-thru for those that don't want to get out of the car (plus with the virus most people tend to avoid going in). read more

After about another fifteen I decided to ask where the second drink was. The barista said she would make it. No apology for the mistake. It's Starbucks COME ON. We were headed to the Key West and it's no matter how terrible the service in small town like Key Largo it's one cup of coffee we can count on. This being our first drive way south we didn't want to take any risk. The bathrooms weren't the cleanest but also not the dirtiest. The baristas aren't as friendly as back at home but than again barista and patron relationships are developed not instant. Overall they have online ordering a drive through and an INSURMOUNTABLE amount of parking than most Starbucks. All in all it was a good experience not a 3 1/2 star for sure. read more

I usually order the triple espresso macchiato but I noticed a new cloud version of it with a cinnamon flavor and dove right in. Being that there's a drive through makes it easier when you can't bear exiting your car before first having your dose of caffeine. It's location in Key Largo make it the perfect spot to get your cafecito on in the best way possible. Starbucks makes the best coffee in my opinion so their addition to the neighborhood is exactly what we all needed. I walked here from the hotel, I don't have a car, they're not doing mobile orders today but they were the other day. They didn't answer the door when I knocked on the door but they saw me so I then went and stood in line in the drive-through and knocked on the drive-through window. I asked do they expect me to stand in the drive-through and the manager of the store said yes .... just stand in line in the drive-through ... we are understaffed. I'm not sure the difference of doing an order that's put in through the drive-through or a mobile unit because they both get produced by the same number of people in the store. This Starbucks location has all the bells and whistles. Prime location great parking outside seating and best of all a Drive through. We came here for a quick bite and they had their "A" team working as they took the order fast and efficiently and it came out correct. Wow all that in the laid back Keys it is a miracle on this Sunday morning. Do you think they can clone this staff and location to be a model for the rest of them across the USA that are mostly regrettable. I ordered a tall cappuccino with a banana slightly green just the way I like it. Hubby a coffee and breakfast steak wrap. Everything was perfect. We sat outside and enjoyed the beautiful day. This Starbucks is unique in that there are crazy rushes due to the tourist driving down. But they handle them perfectly and keep the line moving. I am addicted to Starbucks! I'm part of the Starbucks rewards program.... and I spend my summers in Cudjoe Key this is my first time stopping at this particular location. And unfortunately I'm dissatisfied, the workers give off a "I'm better than you" vibe! And made me feel ridiculed. They also said they don't do a specific drink, but why would it be on the menu and on the app? They even had the nerve to tell me we can make it hot and give you ice and you do it yourself? They no longer put the mobile orders out customers to pick up, forcing you to stand around waiting for a barista to hand it to you from behind the counter. During this wait time the baristas will ignore you, and when they finally look at you, they ask, "well why didn't you say something?" .. Am I really supposed to walk in and interrupt you doing your job? I would feel very rude doing that. And all along, your mobile order is just sitting behind the counter with your name on it.
