So I ordered a drink this morning at 7:30 am from the drive thru and received this. Never going back!

Order a drink Friday 3/28/25 at 7:30 in the morning and the cup had a drawing which was not kind. Poor customer service. Never going back!

The first time in a long time that I've had a positive experience at Starbucks. Shout out to this team for bringing back the "3rd place" values. The team was so kind and wrote "Happy Birthday" on my cup since I used my bday reward and they all wished me a good day as I headed out. So sweet.

    Puppuccino!!!

Great location, unfortunately they won't open at 5am as listed. Hard to support your local Starbucks if they won't let the money in.

Love this place! Friendliest baristas around. Their drive thru sucks location wise, but not their fault. My drink has always been perfect!

I tried to revisit once during the holiday season, but the pastry case was cleaned out except for three cookies. I had much better luck stopping in and hanging out onsite (1/8/26). Same welcoming counter person/barista. Better available variety, and I opted for the featured special, 12oz mocha and a pain au chocolat for $9, which was a great value! There were just two others onsite. There were a lot of takeout customers, including regulars, that I observed while onsite at a nearby two top. My mocha was decent, the pain au chocolat was fresh, good flavor and texture, despite being pretty hollow. The photo I took created quite the illusion, looked like it had mass quantities of melty chocolate. Despite the bakery/cafe has an unassuming, now faded yellow exterior and well worn interior, French and Vietnamese inspired Grand Pere Bakery has quite the longevity record and staying power since March 2014. Decent detour while in Mountlake Terrace.

We tried the almond croissant and the cream tart that almost was like a crème brûlée and we really enjoyed both. Pricing was reasonable. I will definitely come back. The Home croissant was yummy even though it wasn't filled with a ton of filling like I usually like them. But the flaky pastry made everything so much better.

Ice cream flavors are a mixture of classics, and things like cardamom and matcha, providing interest and not just oddball spices for the sake of quirkiness. Between their merch display, and the forest of ice cream scoops hanging from the ceiling, the design aesthetic stands out. They even had a gulab jamun inspired ice cream, which really caught my attention. There were four of us, so we ordered a sundae with a brownie and two scoops of ice cream - it was generous and easily enough to share. It was my first time having a brownie served warm with ice cream, and I absolutely loved that touch. The fruit flavors were especially enjoyable, particularly the mango and banana chocolate chip. The cardamom flavor was a bit overpowering for my taste, but the mango was definitely a standout. The staff were incredibly patient and let us sample as many flavors as we wanted, all with a smile. I'll definitely be coming back!

I'm a creature of habit and often stuck to the other side of the complex. I did not realize that One Bite Cafe took over the former Great Harvest Bread. I had checked out One Bite Cafe before in Seattle's Roosevelt neighborhood out of curiosity regarding croffles, but it didn't not leave a lasting impression at the time (open since 2019, with that visit in July 2022). However, when The College Friend set up a meet up at the Lake Forest Park site yesterday (open since May 2022, this visit on 4/9/26). There is an interior entry from the two level retail area and an exterior entry adjacent to the big shared parking lot. It took me a few tries until I found a spot. I was kindly greeted upon entry while the counter person was assisting the customer ahead of me. I ordered and paid directly on the convenient touch screen kiosk located to the left of the main register. I liked the interior transformation. Lots of onsite seating configurations and pleasant decor. Overhead music played the Beatles, which was a pleasant surprise. The wrap around pastry cases with well placed menu placards showed the variety of menu offerings. There's a wide variety of bevs, sweet and savory pastries, desserts, sandwiches, and even gluten free items from NuFlours. I ordered a 22oz iced classic milk tea with 75% sweetness and no toppings, plus some Korean sausage bread. The College Friend decided on a toasted Reuben with chips. We also shared a Portuguese egg tart. We were onsite for three hours. I noticed a constant stream of customers who also dined onsite, as well as, folks getting items to go. I appreciated observing the consistent pleasant and helpful counter staff, all with welcoming smiles! I learned that One Bite Cafe has grown to four sites: Seattle/Roosevelt, Lake Forest Park, Woodinville, and Federal Way. That's great to see ongoing success for this local, indie cafe chain. Lake Forest Park Town Center is lucky to have a variety of cafe, bar, and restaurant destinations. One Bite Cafe gets a collective 5 star for this first time visit.

This place have been on my list for a while now, and I was in the area so I stop by to give it a try. They had a lot of variety of baked goods as well as things from nuflours in capitol hill. The cafe is nice and there's a couple of places in the back where you can sit and enjoy your treats. We got a couple of things to try: Mango croffle 5/5 -- love the flavor love the texture, crunchy outside, soft inside. Mango was refreshing Black sesame cake -- 4.5/5 --- it was very black sesame flavor which I like. The cake was also soft, a little dry and grainy but not too bad. Blueberry egg tart 3/5: not crispy, the blueberry didn't really do anything. Apple cookie 3/5: soft cookie, didn't get any apple flavor. Spicy crab onigiri and beef bulgogi onigiri: 2.5/5 - crumbles apart and was not sturdy, also kinda pricey Lemon scone 1/5: dry, no lemon flavor at all. Service could be better as well. It looks like everything needs to be prep in the kitchen, so once you order on the tablet, the guy disappear to prep the food and there's no one in the front counter. Overall, I would come back for the croffle and cake but nothing else
