Dear Starbucks, you know exactly how to keep me coming back all because of your mobile app and with many gift cards shared by friends, family, and strangers. I'm now a new regular customer here and I feel the need to post a new review. Yeah, I could have preordered a drink, but Starbucks also has secret menu items which can't be found using the app. This location is open from 7:00am - 7:00pm. Plenty of tables and a super clean environment. My drink was to go, and my cheese danish was also nicely warmed up. Absolutely horrible customer service. I promised myself I wouldn't go to this location after I was denied a straw in the drive-thru. Literally refused to give me a straw because the lid had an opening. Same type situation today- was handed my drink in drive-thru, tasted like water and almost completely white. (I usually never ever complain) I walked inside and said politely that my drink tasked off and would you please re-make it. She proceeded to make up every excuse in the book as to why the drink was water. I practically had to beg for her to remake the drink. I like the new Starbucks. This place has a nice upbeat vibe. Getting into the parking lot isn't the easiest, but you can navigate in without too much trouble. The drive through is quick, and they have gotten my order right every time! The interior is smaller than you would think from the outside appearance of the building. It's also laid out strangely, I can't tell if it's better suited for groups or individuals. It has a nice communal feel to it, but the tables and chairs are too close together, so if you do want to talk to your friends, you will likely have to talk around, over, or through other coffee drinkers. The chairs are comfortable and the coffee is hot. The proximity to the 15 makes this a great place to stop before heading to CA. I like it, I'll be back! read more

Grabbed a Starbucks drink here in the Silverton Casino , I was so glad that this was here this morning. Needed my fix and this location does not disappoint nor not stimulate the senses both visually or old factory wise. There is also a water fall in the middle of the store surrounded by a huge wrap around orange couch. The color of the store and is orange and makes the store so peaceful for drinking coffee and eating that bagel or muffin. I ordered a dragon drink with extra fruits from Brian who already prepared my drink. Then, the manager Edward told me the policy only 2 scoops per drink. This particular Starbucks is absolutely stunning. It has a wonderful outside patio with a fire pit and nice jazz music constantly playing which makes it great for studying or grabbing a coffee with a friend. The employees are also very friendly and are fast! My only complaint with this location is that they are not corporate which means you cannot claim any rewards or collects your stars for the rewards program. So if you're planning on using your Starbucks gift card or any rewards for a free drink - forget it. Other than that, I do recommend this location as they care more about quality and good customer service. read more

The young man behind the counter was as busy as can be, getting things going. He saw me and said in a very pleasant, smiling voice, "Good Morning, I'll be right with you. I'm making some fresh brewed coffee!" I returned the greeting. When done, he asked, "How's your morning coming along so far?" "Well, I just woke up, and I'm glad for that. So we'll see what happens the rest of the day!" All this attention was very nice, along with his courteous attentive manner. While I finished my purchase, another Employee (female) waltzes in. I was busy getting the coffee condiments, when another Customer approached me and asked for creme to go. I told him, "Let's ask!" I went over to the Customer Counter. The female employee was busy doing something. I waved to her. She gives me a doubting expression, but leaves what she's doing and comes over. I asked for creme to go but they have none and her look turned to one of 'inconvenience.' My point is, People providing a service, CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE as to whether a Customer will return or not. Yes, this is the largest and aesthetically most appealing Starbucks I've ever patronized. It may even be the most comfortable. For those reasons only it gets two stars. But, that's where my positive review ends, and my negative review begins. Silverton Village Starbucks is not a corporate store, and as such, don't have to follow the requirements of corporate-run stores. What this means to you is no free second cups of coffee, no acceptance of Starbuck points, higher prices for almost everything, and generally unpleasant service. To make matters worse, they probably don't pay as well or treat their staff as well as corporate Starbuck stores. Translation; the service is awful, the drinks inconsistent, and the overall vibe here is terrible. And when the "Silverton Police" (security guards) show up looking and staring at everyone, you are made to feel like you've done something wrong and have to defend yourself. Super disappointed with this Starbucks. I went there today to purchase a gift card for a coworker. It is windy and cold so I opted to go through the drive-thru. I placed my order for a $20 gift card and pulled up behind two other people in line. Once I got to the window, she asked me again how much I wanted the card to be, I told her again that I would like $20. She then took my debit card and disappeared for a few minutes. She came back and asked me again how much I wanted on the card. She said, "$25?" I said, $20. She then hands me the card back and said that they don't accept cards for gift card payments - only cash. When I told her that I've paid with a card for gift cards before, she said, "I know, but my supervisor said we don't." I didn't have cash on me so I took my card back and left not wanting to hold up the damn line anymore. After I left, I called another Starbucks location and asked if they accept debit or credit cards for gift card purchases. She said that they do and I could even purchase them through the Starbucks app. Honestly, I am really upset with how this was handled. Especially if not accepting cards for gift card payments is a policy, why wasn't I told at the beginning when I tried to pay? Why is this store's "policy" different than others? I was really excited for this SB to open because it is the only one with a drive-thru near me, but now I will go out of my way not to patronize this location due to their poor and questionable customer service. Overall I do NOT patronize Starbucks due to their hypocritical "values" but decided to visit them one morning in July 2022 as Silverton Casino had issued me a coupon for a free drink. Being that I do not drink coffee I figured there would be a selection of other non-coffee drinks available. I asked the young gal at the counter if they had orange juice and was told no in such a dismissive & rude way I almost turned and walked out but figured receiving a free drink and not purchasing anything else would be my way of payback for the rudeness. Fortunately there were no other customers behind me so I took a minute to view their drink signage board and felt the displeasure of this "drink server" gal every second I stood there so I finally just ordered a lemonade. Moved down to the pick-up window a non-talkative male worker reaches into a cooler, pulls out a plastic pitcher of yellow colored water, fills a plastic cup and slides it over to me. Being glad to get out of this establishment, I take a sip and yuk what the heck am I drinking. Waited a minute, took another sip and yup whatever this was it was undrinkable and right into the trash can the drink went. I'm guessing it was old-stale product. The only good thing I can say is the drink cup was large but if it goes into the trash it really didn't matter. read more

My friend and I were out for a late night ride on our motorcycles and we happen to cross the most beautiful and modern Starbucks in the world!! This is what las vegas is all about! Came to this Starbucks which is located inside the Silverton Hotel. I was craving my Venti mango black iced tea. I also picked up my daughter two chocolate cake pops! She absolutely loves these cake pops. This location had some nice seating in front and a large couch in the middle. A Venti mango black iced tea and two chocolate cake pops costs me $9.12. Pretty pricey for just a few items. Maybe prices increased but I thought that it was a bit steep. However, I did enjoy my mango black iced tea. Flavor is on point and is consistent with other Starbucks I have been to. I love this drink for the summer. I am a fan of Starbucks. The employees here seemed to work with no expressions on their faces. No enthusiasm which is why I docked off one star. If I buy a drink from you, I expect at least a smile or recognition from you. Every time I stray away from my regular Starbucks I seem to be highly disappointed. Visited this location because of convenience and really wish I hadnt. I used to think Starbucks was the epiphany of quality customer service but lately I am realizing the consistency of "customer service" is not carried from location to location. I am still confused when the barista tells me this isn't a "real" starbucks, when explaining why a reward, email promo code or app can't be used, but I have never really been bothered because sometimes that is just the way it is. Today's experience however was more shocking however. I went to pay and buy a protein box along with a FRAP and when she told me the total I asked why it was so much. She told me the protein box was $8, when I went to point out to her it states $4.95 on the box it was blacked out with a sharpie. I was so bewildered since I KNOW I had JUST looked at it to see how much it was before I bought it. Then I noticed the sharpie in her hands. I didn't say anything but I wanted to verify, so I went to look at the other boxes and sure enough they WERE NOT blacked out and they were priced at $4.95!!! I was so in shock that this employee tried to straight up rip me off!! NEVER going back and I'm not one to recommend against a place, but in this case I highly recommend against visiting this location. read more

Let me start off by saying this is the most beautiful Starbucks I've ever been to. Their patio is amazing and in the warmer months would be so nice to sit at. Unfortunately that's where the joy of this store wears off. They are not a corporate store so beware, you can't use rewards here and their pricing is higher as well (which I've become used to living in Vegas, all strip locations charge more as well). The cashier was super nice when I changed from my reward order to my regular order but unfortunately my drink sticker didn't print out. After 15 minutes of wondering where the heck my drink was I asked them and they had no clue about my order. My drink was made after a drive through order. At a corporate store I would've got a card for a freebie on them next time for my inconvenience but here not so much. I recently moved down the street from here. There's a few major problems. Bad employees, bad management, not corporate. The employees don't check the stock of what you order before accepting your order, like the almond croissant that I ordered that I got to the window and was told they didn't have. And they aren't the kindest or most enthusiastic either. Management and corporate hand in hand. They don't allow Trenta waters, they don't contribute toward points, they don't accept rewards, they don't do anything that a normal Starbucks is supposed to do. This is not a corporate Starbucks. It is owned by the Silverton, which means you can NOT use your rewards here! Most non-corporate locations are IN something. (Casino/ Airport, etc). So this location is not so friendly towards the best Starbucks customers. In addition, the space looks like it would be pretty big, but it's actually not. The inside seating is actually pretty limited to comfortable spaces. The community table that someone else mentioned in another review... the order line (when long) wraps around it so people are always around you. Another table by the milk and sugar station, I had to do a double take because the chairs and height of the table, I thought was for kids. Ultimately it's too bad they don't take rewards, I won't be going here much. More seating for you I guess. All that being said, they did make the best latte I've had in a while.
