I've been going to this place for years and the coffee is just poor quality. Last week I ordered a basic black coffee and when I went to pick it up, I knew it had milk in it by the way it looked. When I asked they insisted they made it right. I tried it and it was wrong and nobody cared. They just threw it out and remade it, right this time. I love this location and how it is prepared. It is one of the cleanest spots I've been to, considering where it's located. Today we ordered a dozen donuts, and they were pretty good. One of my favorites is the Boston Crème. A little bit of chocolate and a little bit of cream, you can't go wrong! I am pregnant right now, so I'm trying to cut down on the caffeine. Ordering their decaf coffee for the first time was not so bad. I enjoyed it and all of the flavors you get to choose from. Right now, cake batter is in season. Which is what I got. Decided to get some iced coffee before our drive home, so we stopped by Dunkin'. We ordered the medium cold brew with oat milk ($3.59 with $1 for oatmilk), medium iced original latte ($4.79), large iced signature cocoa mocha latte ($5.69), and large cold brew with oatmilk ($3.89 plus $1 for oatmilk), plus 2 donuts ($2.78 total). We haven't had a good donut from Dunkin' and unfortunately this was true at this location. Donuts were dry, as if it were over a day old at least. The coffee wasn't any better either. BF couldn't taste the oat milk in his cold brews and the cold brew was pretty watery. It was just really bad tasting coffee. The signature iced cocoa mocha latte tasted the best out of the four drinks and that's probably attributed to the sugary add-in for the cocoa mocha. We did come a few minutes before closing so not sure if that affected the coffee. Appreciate the workers getting us our coffee so close to end of business hours and for using our reusable Dunkin tumblers for the drinks. I went after work and though the donuts available were the end of the batch for the day, the sales associate were very snippety. The answered your questions with attitude and sarcasm. This morning was the third time I've forfeited my online order because it wasn't ready. A dozen donuts, breakfast sandwich, hash browns and a drink. They had 20 minutes to put my order together. There's been a couple of really sweet people, but very few. The customer service is strongly lacking at this location. Unfortunately, so are the drinks. They taste good, sometimes! It's just that I could order the same drink from this place 100 times and I'm convinced every time it would taste different. When I went recently I had ordered a specific milk option, but they didn't tell me they were out until they handed me my drink and told me it was made with another milk option. Came to this location today, it's been a while since I've ordered from this location. I must say it is by far my favorite of the Dunkin' locations since they are always efficient and friendly. You can't eat in the restaurant right now so all tables and chairs are stacked in the corner. They have a capacity of 4 in the restaurant at one time, but there were 5 after we walked in and shortly after a person got their order and left. There is plenty of parking in their lot as there are other businesses near this location. We were in and out with 15 minutes. The new refreshers are so yummy! I mainly came because my sister works here. But I had my order taken by a lady who called me coward by saying, "how can I help you". At least this purple/blue haired girl made eye contact with me. But my sister, was smiling the entire time, no joke. Well as for my egg white turkey sausage wrap, it could of been better without the cheese. The cheese it self tastes of processed crap entering my mouth and ruining what could be a good wrap. Born and raised in the suburbs of New York City, I was born to run on Dunkin. When you live in a New York suburb, it doesn't take far to run to a Dunkin Donuts. There is practically one at every major crossroads. However in Las Vegas, where Dunkin Donuts followed me, it is a different story where the Dunkin Donuts are few. This puts me in a position where I run on Starbuck's when I would prefer Dunkin. This Dunkin Donuts sits at the crossroads of Tropicana Avenue and Rainbow Boulevard in a southeast corner shopping mall hidden by a Walgreens. It's been a convenient stop for me when I avoid the 215 and drive the surface streets from Henderson to Summerlin and destinations north. My visits here date back to the Spring of 2015 when I was cruising east on Tropicana Avenue and noticed that familiar logo from the New York City suburbs. There are four Dunkin Donuts icons that I have never tired of: 1.coffee with sugar free blueberry syrup and two Equals, 2. a Dunkin Donut, 3. toasted bagel, and 4. Coolata. Going back to the early 1990s, I have been a fan of Dunkin Donuts coffee. This was before the Starbuck's and coffee chain revolution. In the Northeast, Dunkin Donuts has a reputation for their superb coffee. This reputation lives on. As I write this review, I might surprise some people by stating that I prefer Dunkin Donuts coffee over Starbuck's (that is a compliment considering how often I patronize Starbuck's). The best thing about the coffee is the donut or toasted bagel next to it. When I stop by a Dunkin Donuts, I will order a medium coffee the way I like it with either two Donuts or a toasted bagel with cream cheese. The price is around $5 which is reasonable. A nice thing about Dunkin Donuts is that an employee will place the sugar and cream in the cup. A nicer thing is how delicious it tastes. I prefer the tasty donuts that are Seasonally correct. Throughout the year, Dunkin Donuts features a Donut or two decorated for the season. For example in Christmas I had a peppermint Donut that resembled the colors of a Christmas wreath. Around Easter I might be enjoying a Peeps duck donut. If I am not in a seasonally correct mood I always appreciate their strawberry frosted, chocolate coconut, and blueberry glazed donuts. For the times that my sweet tooth is missing in action, the toasted bagel with cream cheese is the perfect companion to the cup of Dunkin Donuts coffee. In the future I could see myself exploring the menu of bagel based and panani sandwiches. I am also a fan of the Coolata. On a hot summer afternoon when Las Vegas is so hot you can boil an egg on a sidewalk, the ice cold Coolata hits the spot. For the record I personally prefer it over a Frapucino. All this Dunkin Donuts stuff excluding the Coolata, I have enjoyed in this location where the seating it plentiful and the staff have been friendly. It is a clean location that also has WiFi. I still run on Dunkin. It would be nice if I didn't have to run as far to reach a Dunkin. read more

I went to this location and they gave me burnt hashbrowns. They twisted the small bag to hide the fact they burnt them because they knew what they were giving was terrible. I also don't understand why they give so few of these hashbrowns. It is a huge waste of money, not to mention, I also got this with a matcha latte. It didn't even taste like matcha. Went here this morning. I preordered a sandwich and a coffee. I got there and the coffee was done but stood there about 20-25 minutes. I could see they were short staffed so that is why I waited before I said anything. I asked how much longer until my sandwich and then I was told no one there can cook so I couldn't get my sandwich. Why not just tell me this when I first walked in instead of wasting my time so I could go else where. I have to work too and be on time. I felt bad that these 2 kids that were not even 18 years old had to be short staffed and deal with a lot of customers being upset due to them not being able to cook and also Dunkin' Donuts is out of a lot of stuff to make drinks but if they would just communicate with customers then it wouldn't have made the experience so bad.
