Starbucks Leavenworth definitely worth the visit even if it's only for the aesthetic. We dropped in one evening after our walk just to check out merch and one latte then came back for "red cup" day and ordered two seasonal holiday drinks. Also, aside from Disneyland & Downtown Disney, I don't think I've been at other Starbucks that's opened from 5a-9p. Much love and props to all the staff! Friendly staff but very busy. After waiting 15 mins, we overheard the barista tell someone it might be 30 mins. We went to check in to see where our order was in the queue and was talked it hadn't even been printed to be queued up to be made. She easily canceled our order since we had a time crunch. It seemed like the drive through was going decently fast. So those trying to get coffee might want to skip the inside and try the drive through. read more

Stopped in to get my weekly markout. They were obviously busy but super organized. Very friendly Barista at the front efficiently asked if I wanted it ground and it was done and handed back beautifully repacked and properly sealed. Thanks, GIRL YOU ROCK!!! The workers were very rude, and I asked for no ice and they took away a FOURTH of the drink, so my friends mom went up to ask the worker to fill it up more and she gave her shit about getting her money's worth of the drink? And even for all that trouble the pink drink wasn't very good. read more

Starbucks is always a great experience for that morning wake up call, a Grande Americano with room is Frank's GO-TO beverage. So for the basics I give a thumbs up for this location! I mean thank god for the vision to drop a Starbucks here in the middle of nowhere. But the reason for my 1 star is the service I received. Yet the millennial's there to serve my needs must have been upset they had to actually leave there parents basement and actually go to work were grumpy. I order 2 Grande Americanos and a slice of pumpkin bread ( simple enough order ). After I make the order I ask for 5 sugars a cream for one and cream for the other. The stink eye look and Billy Idol sneer this child gave me was shocking. CV19 protocols won't allow me to do it myself so your my go to person! Had I had my Grande Americano in hand I might have shared an Americano Hot shower to wake you up and clue yourself in that your not special and to stop with dirty looks and Billy Idol sneers! Now I shared to my other half who got the coffee the day before of my Java experience and they said that's pretty much got the same experience. I'm not sure the Starbucks school manual indicates that this is the preferred method of customer service that corporate approves. We walked in at 7:25 PM (they close @ 7:30 PM), and an employee made an announcement to everyone saying they close in 5 minutes and there is currently a 10-15 min wait on drinks. We kindly said, "so what does this mean for us, can we still order?" and she rudely said, "No". As a business owner, I would NEVER refuse a customer during hours of opporation. The staff there seem to work very hard and the place is always full because the area is such an attraction. Service is horrid, abysmal and lacking compassion and empathy! Never have I had such a bad experience. My order was wrong and rather than kindly accepting responsibility and helping they pointed fingers and became defensive. Then placing waiting to correct my order for several minutes. I have come to expect a level of courtesy from Starbucks. The workers teased and made off handed comments about me and my family behind the counter. Stopped in here twice with the friend while we were rambling around Leavenworth. All Starbucks are the same. This one was super busy since it seemed to be the only place on the main street to get a coffee or any beverage for that matter without going to a sit down restaurant or the McD's down the street, and they were keeping up as fast as they could, so the line was long. Also, the bathrooms had a line out the door both times since those also seem to be in short supply in this tourist trap. Bring your patience. My friend taught me a trick - if you order an ice water, they'll give it to you in a cup for free vs. paying for a bottle of water as long as you are also buying a beverage. Since I don't drink tea or coffee, she got me a free ice water with her drink. Bonus. 3 stars because nothing great, nothing bad, and they were sold out of the sandwiches, chocolates and didn't have any San Pellegrino like I'm use to buying at a Starbucks hence the water. read more

I think it is a very good location for them! But it is not a fortunate one for customers :( There is always a pretty long line to order and another one for waiting! Probably 10-15 minutes for ordering. There is also another one for the restroom. So ask first :S And then, you have to wait 20-25 minutes to get your order. I don't know how they would manage it if not adding another counter, cashier or baristas :( At least they should add tables and chairs for us that wait. read more

The location is at the edge of Leavenworth, next door to a Mongolian restaurant. We stopped by around 7:30 pm, and the town was pretty much rolled up, even this Starbucks. At first I thought it was closed, but there were people inside the store. I love the quaint facade of this Starbucks. It's camouflaged as a German coffeehouse, as all the signs in Leavenworth have German style signs. There's no mermaid or logo on the outside of the store, as everything is in script. The inside is decorated quite nicely, and they even have antlers decorating in the sitting area. The staff was pretty nice, and chatted about my day. Overall a pretty decent Starbucks and even have a drive-through. read more

As I sit here, I decide to see what the reviews are like. I'm not surprised. We showed up at 5:59 to the front door. Not open yet, ok. We can wait. The glares from inside out at us in the 12 degrees was as if we are intruding. When the door was opened, it was just unlocked, and then a walk away. I was standing there. I would have expected politeness to kindly open the door with a nice good morning or smile at least? My husband and I walk in cheerfully to both ladies standing there like we just ruined their day. This Starbucks on Front Street in Leavenworth is one of my most favorite in the Pacific Northwest! When you're in a town of mostly family-owned local flavor delicious Bavarian themed restaurants, sometimes you need a little comfort from an old favorite. Plus this Starbucks is just plain pretty! Seriously, even the backdoor has a beautiful Bavarian scene mural painted across the back of the building. The interior coffee house is decorated well to suit the area in a PNW modern ski lodge type theme. Complete with rustic finished wood floors, a giant farm table with urban cast iron lighting, big comfy leather chairs by the fireplace and even antler chandeliers. It's welcoming and cozy and beautiful! There's a drive through on the side of the building if you're in a huge hurry- but really, it's so nice inside, what's your rush? Order your favorite Starbucks drink, okay and maybe a slice of lemon cake too. Then find a seat and sit a bit. Warm up a while and just enjoy the day. The walls are something to behold as well- custom printed wall paper scenes and framed pictures of yesteryear's ski competitions, mountaineering feats and just badass local Scandinavian awesomeness in general! Don't miss it! Friendly baristas are efficient and keep the line moving. The restrooms are well stocked and always clean despite the obvious foot traffic, even on busy weekends. Extremely impressed with the store manager Jared Wiseman and his staff. Jared was very personable and went out of his way to make my wife and I feel like regulars even though we live out of town. His staff was very quick on making the coffees and they all seemed happy to be there which must speak to the way Jared runs his store. Drive thru, fast service, clean restrooms, and free water station - what more could you ask for? Okay okay free parking would be nice, but you get free WiFi instead! The baristas in here are super friendly and nobody flinched when we brought my friend's lab in with us. On our way out of town we went through the drive thru and that was just as efficient as parking and walking in. We actually parked in the lot when we arrived the first day for 10 min to get our coffee and didn't know it was a pay parking situation - it wasn't a problem! Phew! read more

Everyone who gave a bad review on this site seems like a buncha work. Of course they are busy, but it's not their fault! They are in the middle of a huge tourist town!
